A single crash was the scene of much chaos, though the intention was not to cause such problems. There had been a robbery, the sound of screaming and gun's fired. No one was hurt, but that didn't help the fact there was still a problem with the situation. A single Majin had been the hero of the scene or so it would seem. His arm embedded in the truck, the robbers pointing guns at him and firing. Their bullets struck the Majin's red skin, sinking into him, but ultimately did no harm.
This scene had been playing out for nearly an hour, where the red Majin had been pursuing the criminals across the city. He had managed to catch them, yet to the people in the outside, it looked like a devil was attacking by standers. The criminals having turned the audience against the Majin, people throwing things at the majin despite his freakish strength. Their shouts filled with foul language and people calling the police claimed a monster was attacking bystanders and innocent people.
Zooltan simply stood there unsure how to proceed, a blank expression across his face as he did so. He knew his appearance was terrible, but he didn't mind it. He only cared that the criminal was caught, and so as he advanced upon this criminal, despite trash being thrown at him, Zooltan would raise a hand before chopping the man in the neck to knock him out. It was when a man hit him in the back of the head with a pipe only for it to bend the Majin's head spun on the spot. It did not help the matter at all when the man who struck him yelled out in fear from such a sudden movement, and then only to be grabbed by the foot as he attempted to run. The majin's stretchy arm holding the man firmly enough to cause him pain.
With a loud thump, the man was knocked out completely by having his front slammed into the ground. Now the audience was screaming and yelling, running in fear. Normally, people were not afraid of a majin, but given his demonic appearance and the fact that recent demon sightings only enforced that fear, he was clearly viewed as a monster. The Majin quickly tied the bad guys up with the dented pipe, using the metal like a rope. With the men tied up, the Majin simply stared down at them as he tried to think of what to do next. He could take them to the police... but then he would be treated as a criminal. He didn't want that, and as he dead pan stared into space in thought, the sounds of sirens could be heard. He didn't really know what else to do but run... but good guys didn't run did they?

"First Plague, then Safe, and now you, big guy...I'm a magnet for 'more than meets the eyes' stories aren't I?" Dion was very well aware of the chaotic nature of today in the city, sirens wailing every five seconds as police cars whirred past his fine drinking establishment on their way to wherever the supposed threat may be. However, the bartender still remained inside, choosing to tend more so to his bar-tending duties rather than playing the role of superhero for today. It wasn't that he was feeling particularly lazy or unmotivated to, it was just that presently he couldn't sense any larger than average power levels currently and thus decided that this was most likely a job left toward the actual law enforcement of this planet, not he. Dion didn't want to intrude on their process of justice, nor take away any of the credit that was deserving to the defenders of the public for these people. Then again, there was seemingly an awful large amount of commotion occurring right outside his pub's doors. He could've sworn he heard a couple gunshots go off in the distance as well, causing a good number of his patrons to up and leave out of fear of their own safety, despite having a Saiyan in the room of considerable strength. He didn't blame them. If this happened back on Vegeta and he was the drinker, not the drink giver, he'd most likely have left as well. One thing that was definitive though, was the screams and shouts going off over and over outside. This was starting to spite his concern.
'There's no way it could be that serious of a threat, right? If it was, I would've sensed it by now,' Dion tried to reason as he began to clean some emptied glass mugs, hoping that his doubts would be cleared sometime soon. Instead, the screams of the damned continued to play right outside his door, and the bartender finally broke under pressure- closing his eyes and focusing a bit on the area outside his bar, attempting to sense any out of the ordinary power signatures.
'See? There's nothing there Dion, you can relax,' Dion thought to himself as at first he didn't catch anything out of the ordinary. In fact, he was about to serve another customer when all the sudden he caught something on his radar- a quite large power signature just a number of blocks behind his own establishment. It was not at all anything to scoff at- and while Dion was sure he could defuse anything they could potentially throw out, he could see why it was causing such a fuss for the Earthlings. Sighing, the bartender asked for the rest of his clients to clear out as he began to close down for the day, knowing this debacle would most likely take way too long to return back to his work to.
Once done packing up, Dion finally walked outside of his bar's doors, locking it up as he quickly hopped up into the air and flew toward the direction of the large power level he had sensed. It didn't take him long, and as he zeroed in on the perpetrator he could kinda see why everyone was panicking to this high degree. What seemed to be someone of Majin heritage was just slamming some random guy into the dirt face first, and now after tying several individuals using a dented pipe, was simply standing there with a blank look on their face. Upon first impressions, it looked as though Dion was gonna have to return to combat for the first time in weeks. But, his intuition told him to look a bit closer, and as he did, Dion could see that there was much more here than meets the eye. The group of guys' get ups, the several weapons scattered to the floor, and then a crashed truck on the side all made for some interesting possible alibis. He wanted to get to know it personally though, and soon enough, Dion had superhero landed right in front of the intimidating Majin, dusting his dress shirt off and stretching a bit as he looked at the Majin, and then back at the unconscious people as he asked, "So, big guy- I assume you're the cause of all this ruckus yeah? Normally, I wouldn't take too kindly to people causing this much trouble, but you don't strike me as the kind to do things all willy nilly without reason, yknow? I assume you got a good reason for taking these guys to the cleaners? Mind if I ask as to why?"

The Situation had calmed down of a sort, no longer was trash thrown so that was a plus. It wasn't until a strong individual came to the scene that the majin's eyes widened for a moment. He hadn't expected someone else to arrive to the scene, but it was quickly known that this guy was probably wanting to know why he was beating up people. His questions were innocent enough, and the majin said nothing at first, walking around the truck. From there, he punched a hole in the side of it, then ripped it open to reveal bags of money. The duffel bags having cash sprawled across the floor from the crash and chase.
"They are robbers. I was catching them."
His tone was even, and he was to the point. He kept staring at Dion, unblinking as he awaited his answer. In truth the man seemed quite nice and the Majin liked him from the get go. He didn't have that judgement in his eyes, and there was an air of... good. He didn't know why, but the Majin could sense he trusted this man. For now, which was a big thing considering this was the first person the Majin had met who didn't think he was a criminal right away. He then pointed at the men, a beam forming along his fingers as he got ready to finish the job.
"Now I'll punish them."
It was even, not with malice, or any sort of joy, it was like someone about to clean the dishes or carpet. A thing that must be done, a fact. If he was not stopped he would kill the robbers were they sat, the pipe tied around them preventing any escape.

The Saiyan's nerves began to tense for a moment as the Majin began to use his stretchiness to his advantage- increasing his arm to incredible lengths in a matter of seconds. He wasn't sure of the guy's intent at all, so he wasn't exactly sure whether or not he was gonna try something shifty on the Saiyan. He breathed a sigh of relief as he simply punched through the truck. Better an inanimate object than a living, breathing someone like himself, right? He began to try and ask what exactly the bubblegum dude was up to when he saw that he had taken out one of what seemed like a multitude of money bags out from inside of the truck. Going slightly slack jawed, his mind began to piece together exactly what had been going down. Looking over to the pole of unconscious men once more, and then to the truck, Dion realized a little bit before Zooltan had confirmed it that he was simply attempting to halt a robbery of sorts. It made sense- from the armed yet not cop looking citizens to the several, at least thousands, of dollars worth of stealings scattered across the trucks cold interior floor. I mean, it really didn't take a genius to figure that out. A small smile grew on his face as his mind began to drift off toward another situation like this.
It reminded him of the misunderstood Bio-Android formally known as Plague. He had been lurking in the shadows, attempting to understand the human populace from silently learning from them from the cover of the shadows when suddenly a life was threatened- a young child had wandered into the street in retrieval of their stuffed animal. Before Dion had time to react, the Bio-Android itself charged forward, saving the child from a death by dual truckage, and gently returned them to their mother. Yet, even though it seemed clear what the intent was, he was still shunned by the majority of the populace- with them running in fear for their lives when really there was little to no threat at all. In fact, quite the opposite.
Not wanting to have his efforts be in vain, Dion introduced himself to try and remedy the hurt. And indeed he did.
Now, it seems like he was doing the same here.
But, it didn't look like Zooltan was as complacent as Plague when it came to the idea of killing- and the sudden glowing pink light of a forming beam in the Majins finger caught the bartenders attention and ripped him quite violently back to reality. Oh my god- he was gonna kill these dudes! What kinda justice was that? Clearly, he didn't know any better. What with the eerily indifferent stance he took toward such a prospect, so Dion didn't exactly blame him all that much. But he knew he couldn't just stand there and let the guy slaughter some dudes just because they stole a couple dollars. Okay, more than a couple, but you got his point.
He quickly moved in front of the Majin, extending his middle and pointer finger outwards and using them to gently tilt Zooltans wrist upward toward the sky while saying, "Hey, hey, hey, calm it down now for me would ya-? You can't just go killing folk for just every crime they commit. Besides, if people just up and decided that they'd kill anyone who'd break the rules once or twice, then what separates the justice seekers from the killers? It's senseless slaughter that we don't need. I get it, you wanna do good, but this isn't the way. Let the law handle them, they'll be taken to justice, I promise ya. But as they are now,"
Dion looked back behind him toward the tied up robbers, and then back to Zooltan, "They're defenseless. They can't hurt anyone anymore. As long as there's life, there's a chance at change. You look like you're gonna take their chance away before they even try. So, do me a favor my new friend, and let them have their chance for me, would ya?"
Before he could continue, the young Saiyan male began to hear sirens off in the distance, and he looked in the direction of the noises and then back to Zooltan as he said, "Okay, maybe we should skedaddle then yeah? Is it alright with you if we head somewhere we can get better acquainted?"

Zooltan was ready to finish the job, but it was when a hand stopped him, the other seeming interested in preventing a criminal's punishment. He explained that they would be punished, but in a different way. The Majin frowning in thought as he looked down upon those two, eyes narrowing as he considered. He supposed killing them would be no different than to killing an innocent person who couldn't defend themselves but it did bother him to leave them to someone else.
"Hmph... Very well..."
The beam soon vanishing and the Majin turning to the sound of sirens. The man asking if they could go to a place where they could be better acquainted. The Majin simply nodding.
"Yes."
He crossed his arms, staring at this new 'friend' in question and awaiting to be guided to the new area. His eyes occasionally going to the robbers, thinking of how they might change. To change huh? He supposed it gave them the chance to turn over a new leaf, a new form of life which they then could possibly do good... He couldn't take that away from them, as it was unjust and unkind. He didn't like leaving bad guys for others to deal with, as it made him feel like he was just letting others solve a problem he had been dealing with. Like doing half a job and letting someone else finish it. But he supposed it was better than nothing.
