He watched the gray skinned being through his binoculars. Her look fascinated him. There were many strange looking beings on this world but few as strange as her. Her pure gray skin and black eyes stood out for sure, but her spiky pure black hair made her look almost like those monkey tailed people he had seen before, save she lacked an actual tail.
The desert was what most would consider sweltering today. The sun beat down hard on the sand making it burning to the touch. It would be very easy to get sun burn on a day like today but Mac always wore head to toe cover so he was free from risk. The gray being however…
But that was beyond Mac’s concern.
She had been here a while. What was she doing? Hunting? Some form of training? Mac kept his thoughts going with ideas. He thought of many the possibilities as to what she could be doing. When he heard a noise in the distance.
He turned around binoculars and his eyes went wide. It was a huge sand storm coming towards the both of them way. On his home world sand storms hide piece of glass that, combined with the wind, would cut flesh from bone. Mac didn’t know how tough the girl was but he didn’t want to take risks. Doing this may also give him a favor.
Mac began running toward the alien, the sand storm raging behind him. He couldn’t out running it that was for sure but he had tarp in his bag that could be used as cover. When he thought he was close enough he started shouting, “Get down! Sand storm!” He repeated it a couple times until the storm was too close for comfort. He stopped running and took his over sized back pack off. He reached deep inside the main pocket and took out a large blue tarp, about seven feet by seven feet.
He cast it over himself and his bag and waved at the gray being to come under with him. He really hoped she would, he needed that favor.

Ultimately, she was just standing there. She wasn't hunting, wasn't training, she was just standing there. The truth was, Earth didn't have an infinite number of natural obstacles that could serve as training anymore. She'd gotten a lot more powerful in the time she'd been here.
So it was only natural when she saw an oncoming Sandstorm, she didn't even flinch. She just looked at it during it's rapid approach. She watched it tear apart the ground and throw stones that were just resting on the desert left and right with extremely rapid winds. That was about the time where the energy level she had actually been focusing on- the reason for her stopped motion, started to move. Not long after his head lifted and he got to the top of the sandy hill and began to sprint at her. If he actually wanted to fight, he'd probably be flying, right?
Watching him run closer with the sand storm approaching, the guy shouted towards her to get down. Her brows just scrunched in confusion. To her, that sandstorm wasn't overly intimidating. She could just fly over it if she really wanted too. Hearing it over and over as the guy repeated himself, her right eye started to twitch.
Then she watched him reach into a bag and pull out some kind of crinkly blue blanket. Rubbing her brow, she saw him gesture for her to retreat underneath with him? Growing even more confused, she just gentle rubbed her cheek with her index finger as the storm reached a fever pitch. Walking forward, she ducked down and lifted up the edge of the tarp to look in.
"Why are you like, freaking out about a sandstorm with that kind of Power Level?" She asked, tilting her head. Though she was effectively underneath at least.
