"We've reached our destination." The words stirred Freige from his daydreams, the Arcosian not immediately responding. A captain he was not, specifically for this mission he acted as part of the Arcose Diplomatic Envoy. 'Viceroy' Freige was his official title, though it often went unused by the one who wielded it. An oddity, it was, to see one of the infamous 'space lizards' so indifferent about his position of newfound power. "Have the crew found a suitable port to dock the Venerator?" The ship hand-picked for the journey was of modest size by most galactic standards, built to house a crew of fifty including the captain and any VIPs. What little research he could do on Earth provided him with the possibly true fact that the planet's docking stations were rather lackluster.
"Yes sir. The crew have picked out one of the larger Spaceports to dock at. The settlement is dubbed 'Central City' and we've already gained express permission to land." That was good. So far going more smoothly that Freige had ever expected it to go. "Thank you. That'll be all." He said softly in response, the quiet hiss of the doors sliding shut the cue for white-clad Alien to stand up. Arms folding behind his back, Freige began to pace. It was for no normal reason that they had traveled this far. Especially Freige himself who normally would be standing in Arcose in Nashua's stead. However, that very same aforementioned Saiyan was why he was coming to Earth.
It was a bit concerning to see the newly crowned foreign-born monarch up and disappear in quick fashion immediately after control of Arcose was officially in her hands. Of course in the instance wherein the Queen was not present herself, temporary control over the processes of the planet fell to him and anybody he appointed to help keep track - but that wasn't the point. Last he gathered Nashua seemed intent on 'diplomatic missions', yet doing so this early into her rule was.. not the smartest move to make. Civil unrest was already high, the population far too jaded to trust even the sweetest-sounding Saiyan on what they said. Without her there to at least ensure order and respect, that unrest might grow into a rebellion.
He wasn't officially here to 'fetch' Nashua, merely to do his job as an adviser to advise her to at least send a digital update back to Arcose. Possibly convincing her to return would be merely an added benefit at that point! The ship lurched, Freige swaying with the movement as his lips curled into a slight frown. They must be entering the atmosphere now. Grabbing his newly minted sword and clipping it to a chink in his armor, the Arcosian moved towards the lower decks - intent on being of the first (if not the first) off the ship upon arrival.
Well. Here he was. The ramp was lowered, light of Earth's single sun shining down across the metallic grated pathways. "Right. I believe we can keep the ship on one of the extended stay ports, seeing as I don't have an estimate of how long I shall be here for. The crew is permitted to explore or shop in the nearby city, but go no further unless I give explicit permission or an emergency calls for it. The last thing we need is people thinking there's an Arcosian invasion force on Earth." Even now they were getting a few odd looks, the populace used to seeing Aliens - but not of this type. Most Arcosians either stuck to Arcose or traveled alone, and it was rare to see any in a group as large as his.
