History:
A rock like species hailing from planet Yuvis. One of the few natural species born on the planet Yuvis prior to the Yuvis Arcosians settling and becoming the dominant species population wise. Dumor is claimed to be as old as he is loyal, being as much as a teacher to Neos as one of his most trusted underlings, commanding his other troops during battle. He is very deliberate in what he does in and our of battle, rushing to the extent he can but takes his time in strategy and action. Dumor was not Neos' first underling, but he was the first he showed full trust in and the only of his species to have any part or involvement with the fleet, even if only directly under Neos.
