Thread Power Level: 22.050 The Saiyan had now gone through a multitude of travels, but in any case, it didn’t seem like any of them truly left a sign across his journey. He was wondering if there was truly a milestone to be reached but at this point, all the man was left with was his usual self; even his clothes were the same, as Wu wandered within the depths of the forest and a curious look over his expression. What could be out there for him to discover and change him yet?
“Now, though… I’ve met a few people, sure. But, eh. Most of them were really boring.”
The man was mostly left with no amusement on most of them’s part, therefore, he didn’t really feel like anything that he had been instructed or designed to do had actually been accomplished. Right now, the staff-wielder was wandering through the Eastern regions — he wasn’t sure if he had been there before, but in any case, it was worth a shot as the Zhou began instead to hop off the distance.
He closed the distance between any obstacle with ease. He was a step above most civilians out there as he was a trained monk, but at the moment now, he perhaps wished to at least try and camp out for the moment, hoping that the fire itself would cause some kind of attraction or interest from the people nearby. If there were any.
And so.
The Saiyan moved over to one of the trees and quietly eyed it. “Hmm, this one should do fine,” - mentioned the man before he connected his fist against the trunk — the force of the impact quickly spread across the surface of the tree until it cut the entire material from within and shattered the tree itself as it began to collapse. Little did he know, that while the tree was collapsing, it was also about to fall over a creature that was walking on the other side; a Majin.
Of course, though. Wu couldn’t sense energy, so he simply just put down the tree before he collected his strength and dragged it away; clueless and unsure of what had happened to the Majin to begin with, but it was sure that the creature would have been alerted or at least pulled to look into the man’s nature and what his deal was.

THREAD PL: 21,000 OFFENSIVE/63,000 DEFENSIVE (Dai Majin x1/x3) Kazzam’s travels had brought him to a secluded, dense forest somewhere in the eastern regions of the world. With his objective of exploring the east and the west before regrouping with his martial arts mentor Kazoou in the south within a month. The Majin had hoped a tournament wrangled itself together by then, which was mainly the Namekian’s job. To scout out events for the young bubblegum martial artist to exhibit his skills and further propel his career as a fighter. He’d been wandering through the forest, heading in the direction of the elusive Bamboo Forest, when a loud crack resounded throughout his right ear, the bang resembling that of a lightning strike. He whipped his neck around, Kazzam’s eyes reflected fear in the form of a massive tree encompassing his safe space.
It wasn’t a second after that Kazzam found himself planted face first on the ground, his body bisected in half at the waist by the large tree. At the last moment, the Majin had attempted to jump out of the way, plaguing himself with a clumsy trip and descending face first to the earth below for a mouth full of dirt. To the Saiyan on the other side, it’d look like the yellow gum man had his body chopped in half, his legs and feet on one side with his torso, arms and head on the other. Both pieces of the warrior sat still as the log that lay between them. For what seemed like an eternity, Kazzam sat still, however in reality time had only allowed a few seconds before the Majin’s lower half was hoisting itself into the air onto its feet. He planted his hands against the ground and lifted himself up, now turning to face Wu Zhou as a floating torso.
“Yo! Would it kill ya’ to yell timber next time?” The Majin wore a half-grimace half-joking face, though his tone was all laughs as he broke into a chuckle seeing his own legs hop and skip over the log towards the rest of his body. He levitated his body higher into the air, now perfectly level with his lower half. Within the blink of an eye, the two halves connected in several thick strands of yellow gum-like material that fused and oozed together, seamlessly reforming Kazzam’s body and his clothing.
Sapphire hues carried his gaze towards the furry brown tail that flicked furiously behind the man like a candle flame. “Check it out!” He bubbled. “You gotta’ wicked thing goin’ on there! Are you like… Part monkey and part human?! No, no. You have to be part raccoon, I think I see stripes…” He squinted his yellow eyelids, almost as if that allowed him to zoom in his vision and further analyze Zhou’s extra appendage. “A human-raccoon fighter… Awesome! You’re super strong, right? I mean, you have to be to punch a tree like that and freakin’ break it!” The Majin spoke now in admiration, turning to commend the Saiyan’s handy-work with a simple nod and grin.
Kazzam turned back to face the man, clenching his fists with excitement. His energy boiled, electrifying Kaz’s entire body with a force that bolstered his muscles. A wild smile graced the gulden-gum warrior’s features as he leaned towards Wu, his eyes gleaming with an intense but friendly flare of challenge. “I… I don’t know why, but I really wanna fight you! We should totally scrap!” @yasai

Wu Zhou had gone on through to simply wanting to drag the tree away within an area where he could carefully break each piece and make himself a fireplace, but it was during such a quiet and simple action that suddenly his ears began to pick on a noise; it was… quirky and oddly annoying to the lobe. It kept ringing in his self for a few moments until the Saiyan turned out, obviously alerted to find… a monster right behind him.
“Ah! Another of you — you…”
Wu didn’t seem to quite enjoy the quite… abnormal sight ahead of him. He seemed almost like triggered as if he had spotted another of the Devil’s works. The monk looked quite intelligent, though, but with a… decently restricted mentality at the moment. As if he didn’t even know any better, but yet the man with such a limited culture, still decided not to immediately attack and instead watched the being’s odd behavior.
“How… what, the hell…”
The Saiyan was ready to take a firm grip of his staff, as the blob immediately brought his parts together once more and formed a whole body. Of course, he wasn’t used to seeing anything like that at all. He was honestly lacking when it came to experience and this, although, he had met a Majin before, he didn't truly know what they were and didn't exactly associate the two. So, now, Zhou was pretty much kind of amused and frightened at the same time.
By his knowledge, he bet it was another of the mythical Bao's enemies made into flesh from their evil souls and that they had to be purged. This guy needed some help. Literally, somebody had to show him how the world worked and have him stop just relying on his old knowledge as a junior monk.
However. The nerve hit when the other called him partially a raccoon. Sure, he did have a tail but it had no stripes! The man’s facial expression did somewhat turn tighter and had the monk directly stare up at the stranger with concern, even.
“You gotta be blind if you’re seein’ stripes,” - commented the Saiyan while his tail began wildly wagging from one side to the other. “I was renowned once as a monkey; a noble animal. But never as a raccoon. It’s offensive. Also what the hell are you, even?!”
Wu Zhou’s usually comprehensive and quietness had seemingly been passed by; as his primal instincts were nearly taking over because of both the creature’s witchcraft-ery and the comment he considered to be quite an offensive. In the monastery, animals such as raccoons were seen as lowly, after all. The man quickly folded his arms over the crack of his top and covered his bare chest, while he stared over the Majin.
"Hear me out, you yellow goo. I am Wu Zhou! I come from the far South and was raised in a humble monastery. I don't know who or what you are, but if you're one of the Devil's creatures — as far as it's," - paused the man briefly, unsure of what to say next; he did look kind of new at this. He was a monk, but not that experienced. This was his first time in the world, honestly, and that he needed somebody to help him get loose. "Whatever. But you get it. I didn't want to clap that tree on ya', but again... it doesn't really look like it did anything on you."
The Saiyan was sincere. He didn't even notice the Majin earlier, honestly.
“Fight me? Hmpf. All right then! I will showdown with ya’.”
Although he had been raised by monks; he as one, was still quite struggling with the entire mindset and behavior of any trained monk. Therefore, as much as he tried to force himself into such a state, it was too easy for him to break out of the shell and just drop the act. Somehow completely attracted by the excitement of the Majin, the other also decided to initiate the battle almost immediately — he was completely immersed in the rush now as the Saiyan immediately took off the ground and attempted to run into the Majin with his fist alone, aiming for his stomach; one of many as he'd try and continue to strike through him.

It seemed as if Kazzam’s challenge was answered in kind, the feisty Saiyan now taking it a step further so as to insult Kaz’s appearance. Not that his naivety already didn’t prevent him from picking up on the tailed-man’s angered cues, the Majin continued on nonetheless. “Hahaha, I know! It’s great, isn’t it?!” The Majin performed a little dance, causing his midsection to morph around unnaturally and take almost a liquid form in middair, bending and twisting around until he finally reformed his gut, popping his abdominal muscles like little popcorn kernels. “Something like that could never hurt me!” He tossed his hand in the air, gesturing towards the fallen tree.
The bubblegum creature’s grin spread from ear to ear, stretching across his face with glee as Zhou took up arms, readily accepting proposal of brawling, right here and right now. Zhou’s energy flared and Kaz figured he would do the same. His ki signature was different, however. Power and strength wise, his energy fluctuated around or possibly even a little below his fellow competitor’s strength, but something else was off. His ki would flicker from time to time, flashing into a realm of strength that was within his grasp, yet not always present.
Zhou kicked things off literally by launching himself towards the Majin. Kazzam just stood however, firmly planting his feet and plastering his fists to his hips. Zhou’s unleashed a forceful punch straight to Kazzam’s midsection, a blow followed by furious shockwaves that rippled through the air behind them, rustling trees and even snapping a few branches in the process. Kazzam stood unwavering, allowing Zhou’s knuckles to seep in and just bounce right off. It probably felt like hitting a soft yet very elastic rubber like material.
The Saiyan’s first was quickly pursued by many more in a swift and powerful effort to take the Majin’s down. Every punch however had about as much of an effect on Kaz as the first did, creating small indentations and craters in Kazzam’s body with the imprints of Zhou’s fist and boots. Once he’d finished his unrelenting assault, the yellow Majin would inhale, expanding his chest to such lengths that it would almost push Zhou himself back. After a few seconds, Kazzam’s body turned back to normal, thwarting his opponents efforts.
“Wow! You pack a pretty rough punch for a monk-monkey, Zhou! Hear me out, monkey-man! I’m Majin Kazzam, the bubblegum too real with arms made of steel! The reflection of perfection! How ya’ gonna react to Kazzam’s attack, foooool?!”
Kazzam pranced around, swinging his arms about and throwing his singular ponytail antenna around like some sort of whip. He gave his voice a soft melodic tune so as to come across intentionally goofy even though he was as serious as can be.
“Try this one!”
Pulling his left arm back, the Majin’s fist suddenly retracted back into his forearm, which now bulged from housing his hand. He pumped his shoulder, propelling his fist forward to connect with Zhou’s midsection, only he would not stop there. If his punch connected, Kazzam would use his elasticity to push Zhou backwards and slam him into or even through a couple of trees. @yasai
