ALIASES: Kas, Siel, you can call them just seal and half the time they'll respond.
SPECIES: Shinjin
AGE: 236, but if you asked them, they'd probably only be able to estimate.
GENDER: Genderless. Does not identify strongly either way, and will respond to any standard pronouns.
STARTING PLANET: Earth
APPEARANCE: Kasiel stands at 5'4" when they stands straight, but they often slouch. Their stark white hair reaches the base of their neck and is eternally messy. Their outfit is typical of shinjin fashion, but they wear it with the jacket unbuttoned and the sash typically worn around the waist is instead wrapped around their shoulder and chest. Their grey eyes are almost always unfocused. Overall, their haphazard appearance betrays their nonexistent concern for detail.

BACKGROUND: Like all shinjin, Kasiel was born from the mystical fruit of the World Tree. Unlike most shinjin, Kasiel’s fruit wasn’t really picked; rather, it fell from its branch prematurely. A shinjin elder, after recovering from getting clocked on the head with a magical fruit, took note that the impact had slightly dented the fruit. Perhaps this damage could be credited for Kasiel’s later... oddities.
Kasiel soon became well known (or perhaps infamous) for their absentmindedness and lack of focus. Most of their days were spent in idleness, often daydreaming, living their life step my step and taking things in stride. Their unrelenting passivity often irked those around . With how little they applied themselves, its a surprise they were able to develop any sort of useful ki technique; or perhaps their idleness is the reason they were able to perfect such a reactive technique.
Due to the little attention they gives to their surroundings, he would often find himself in the way of some kind of danger. However, this carelessness would end up posing more of a threat to those around them thanks to their reflexive Energy Redirection technique. The final straw was when they crossed the road without looking and totaled another shinjin's car after it hit him.
After scolding the very confused Kasiel for awhile, an elder decided that the best way to put an end to Kasiel's inadvertent havoc was to find them somewhere else to do their daydreaming. To this end, the elder told Kasiel about Earth. Spacious. Lotsa plants. Dogs. Not dogs. He may have exaggerated a bit in some aspects. Kasiel was positively taken with this exciting new planet and immediately departed for earth. As the elder watched him depart, he was struck with the realization that he may have just unleashed a great, if well meaning, force of destruction upon the mortal world.
Then he shrugged and walked home.
