Traveling around alone had been quite fun for awhile but it was nice to share a few cups of tea with people you knew once in a awhile. Unfortunately for him he did not get along with all the many people on a personal level, even his time at the Saiyan camp had marked him as a stranger. A anomaly for the aliens to test them self against or to gawk at rather then truly befriend. So as such he normally preferred the solitude but recently his meeting with the strange alien known as Aurora had made him change his mind, her interest in his style and ease which they got along was quite nice. It did not hurt that she had enjoyed his tea quite a bit, a trait that was rare enough among other aliens he had meet or at the very least they did not share his enthusiasm for it like him. So after weeks of travel he thought he would check in on them and perhaps share a cup of tea among friends. However much to his shock he could not sense her anywhere, a feet that shocked him as her power was much to large for him not to find her now that he knew her ki. To say it worried him would be a understatement at the least and after his mentors display of power he knew she was still but a small fish in a very large pound. Unable to do anything Reno took to his training again as he tried to move the thought out of his mind, his unease at losing yet another person in his small world racking at the back of his mind.
"I really need to get my act together...I only met them one time."
He grumbled as he walked one of the many abandoned roads, his mind trying as his mind wondered. These roads were perhaps one of the spots he spent most of his time when he needed to wind down, these back roads where great for just letting one wonder without any real aim till they felt better. Still even today he found out that even these treasured roads of his did little to fix his unease as he walked automatically with his head down. Still with nothing better to do he kept at it hoping to at ease by at least night fall. It was only then that he felt it, a small silver of the power he had been worried about in the distance. With a grin his unease left him as he jumped up into the air as he took off, his mind now clear as he rushed to the small source of power he felt. It felt stronger without a doubt a fact that made him a little embarrassed by how meager his own power had grown but he still felt like it was a good thing as he got closer to the source. He wondered if he should try to make a different blend this time or if he should pick up where he left off in their lessons. It would be good to see a familiar face regardless of what they talked about.
It was not till he made his way to the mountain that something felt wrong but he could not put his finger on it, a small bit of unease at both the place he was at and at the energy he was sensing. Still he would not allow this to ruin his good mood as he forced a smile to his face and moved closer, his ability to sense ki being the only thing that allowed the ginger to track her as he moved closer. Still the mountain only seemed more foreboding as neared his target, his eyes looking around for her but unable to catch sight of her. Figuring it would be best to call out to her just incase she might be in some cave he did not see the entrance to he floated in the air just around her energy signature.
"Hello? Hello?! I know your around here some where Aurora its me Reno! I have brought some more Tea for our divine alien!"
He joked aloud despite the sense of unease he felt at that moment. Still she was alive and well if the energy he felt was anything to go by and he hoped she would be happy to have visitors as technically he was a uninvited guest at the moment. Still he would face her wraith for intruding on her if only to make sure she was alright since the last time he had seen her.

Aurora was interrupted from her meditation by the beeping of her scouter as it did its job and faithfully informed her at the presence of a large power level. A sigh leaves the Arcosian as her ruby red eyes open as she glances towards the direction of the power. Significant, although still a little low compared. She wasn't able to really see the source of the signature, as currently she had been meditating, legs crossed, upon the very peak of Mt. Frappe. It was... calm up here. The cloud level below her, and nothing but blue sky as far as the eye could see. She had discovered that such peace was easily able to beat down the worst of her Unleashed form's motivations and instead allowed her a moment of peace. Thus, it had been the perfect place to practice the meditative forms she had learnt from various scriptures, as well as those breathing techniques from that human Renuldo. The Arcosian had found that combining the two practices really helped when it came to shifting her mind to that place she went when she meditated, although it was... still not possible for her to achieve such, whilst also maintaining the combined flow of her Ki, Magic and physical energy that was necessary for her Unleashed form to be brought forward.
What also didn't help with meditation was the perpetual slight pain that came from her cracked bio gem, and as Aurora closed her eyes to try and return to meditation it was now another twinge from the gem that disrupted her focus. A growl of frustration leaves her as a fist pounds upon the rock beneath her, enough power behind it to send cracks through the rock. Yelping a little as the mountain groaned, Aurora's wings flare and she takes to the air. Fortunately the Heart seemed to have it covered, repairing the damage with its ice. Sighing to herself and rubbing at her face, Aurora turns towards where that power level signature had been. Perhaps a distraction would help. It was pretty damn boring up here all by herself, anyways. Nodding to herself she takes off from where she had been floating above the mountain. Wings cocooning around her, she dives down. Wind tore through her form as she tore through clouds in turn, bursting a hole in the grey cover to allow light through as she followed towards the signature.
Nearing where it was, her eyes widen in surprise and recognition even as her wings flare outwards to halt her descent. What was it that the earthlings often said? Speak of the devil, and he shall appear? Aurora was reminded of that exact saying as her eyes alighted upon the form of Renuldo, surprise etching her features before a frown mars her face. Touching upon the snowy earth, she speaks. "What are you doing here, Renuldo?" She questions, even as her form begins to shift halfway through, voice changing. Wings disappeared back into her body, bio armour receded and bio crystals shrank once more as Aurora returned to her Suppressed form. It was better to use the form that she had the most amount of self control in, rather than one that she was... admittedly more than volatile in, and especially weaker to emotions. Her actions upon Brench were more than enough to prove that theory, and Aurora desperately didn't want to have a repeat of that. Just the thought of it was enough to intensify the frown upon her face, even as she crossed her arms and looks up at the face of the red haired man.
...perhaps she should have reverted to her brute form, instead. She always felt so tiny next to a lot of the humans she knew. Dion, Zhalla, Renuldo. They all had a good few inches on her. Huffing slightly at that fact, she looks at the man and what he was holding. "You said you brought... tea, was it?" She continued, tilting her head at him. SHe would reluctantly admit that the prospect of more of the drink... well, it did excite her a little. She hadn't had any since that meeting in the forest, although that was mostly due to the timing of her unlocking of her Unleashed form than any sort of lack of effort upon her part. Things had moved so quickly after that, and although the sting of what she had done and the failure she had experienced was painful... Aurora was still grateful for things to be so much slower. And, she supposed, she also had the man before her to thank for one of the keys to her new power. "Well, I suppose you can stay.. for now." Despite her want to return to meditating, the prospect of spending time with... she supposed a friend, was a little too much for her to pass up. Plus who knows, maybe they could undergo some more lessons. As strong as she was, Aurora could always get better.
A wave of her hand, and all the ice and snow around them cleared. It even became less cold, although that was entirely for Renuldo than her. "To what do I owe the visit?"
Aurora started in her Unleashed form (1,248,000), but has reverted to her Suppressed form (Base PL)

Scanning the area did little to help find his target, a fact that only made his want to scream despite being able to detect the massive of power they possessed. You would think with the power that could shake the very earth would make it easier for you to be found but not for him. Still he felt it get closer so he quietly awaited for them to find him with her scouter, a device he saw little use for as one could sense power without it. It was not until he caught sight of her that he finally relaxed although even then it was a moment before he realized that she did not quite look like the same as when he had last seen her. He could not put his finger on it right away but decided it could wait until they were settled. It was good to see they where what seemed to be good health or at least as far he understood it since he was no expert on alien biology. With a wide grin he smiled as waved at them, his ginger locks waving in the air as he floated down to Aurora.
"Hey! I had not sensed your power in quite some time so I got worried that some thing had happened to you since you where gone for so long. I mean I am sure I would have felt your ki at some point if you had been training like you just where or where you hiding form me? I mean I know the tea is bad but surely its not that bad."
He joked as he took a closer look at her, his eyes finally stopping when they noticed the cracked bio gem. He was positive without a doubt the last time he had seen her that they were in perfect condition and wondered what had happened to her. He was not entirely sure they real gems to begin with since they did not seem to have any real way to stat attached to her, a fact that only made it seem more bizarre that they might be damaged. Still he did not want to pry after just meeting her again so he quickly pulled his eyes back to her face rather then her cracked gem. It was then he saw he turn back to her normal form or at least what he thought might be her normal form judging by the power level going down so much. Still despite it going down so much it was vastly more powerful then he was even if he went all out, a fact that only made him a little angry at his own growth. Rather then dwell on unpleasant thoughts he figured he should offer a gift for intruding and what better gift then some tea?
"Joking aside it was only recently I felt your power again sooooo I decided to drop by and say hello. Now as its normal a custom for us humans to bring gifts when visiting a friend If you dont mind I can make us some tea if you would like? I have some orange blossom tea you could try or shall we stay with the wild peppermint? uhhh sorry before getting ahead of myself I guess I should ask if their was a camp we could go to? If not I am carrying a capsule with everything I might need."
He said with as much confidence that he could muster, his mind still wondering about the damage he saw. His smile only growing wider as she gave in, her jabs at him only making it that much easier to distract himself. With a smile he moved towards the direction he has seen her come form at a slow pace wanting to talk and walk as it was said. It was only then he noticed the temperature change at a flux of her ki, a turn of events that should not have surprised him with how she could make ice blades. Still it was a welcome surprise as the need to get warm could wait at least for a moment, the chill that threatened to freeze him to the bone now a dull ache.
"So little lady what have you been doing for so long that made you drop off the radar?"

A small smile alights upon Aurora's face at Reno's joke, although it didn't reach her eyes. She supposed she should have considered the fact that those capable of sensing ki without a tool like a scouter would inevitably notice her vanishing, quite literally, from the face of the earth. Although she was admittedly surprised that of all people, it was Renuldo that had first come to greet her. The Arcosian wasn't really aware that they had that sort of relationship, but certainly wasn't going to turn down the sight of a friendly place. Her guilt from what she had almost done continued to run through her, reminding the Arcosian with every pang of her cracked heart gem, and she was willing to take any sort of distraction that offered itself up and could reasonably be explained away to herself as a practical and good use of her time. "Hm. No, I wasn't hiding from you or anyone. I was merely... off world for a while." She wasn't entirely sure if she wanted to share her reasoning for exactly why that was with the man, instead deciding to simply address to question and move on. "Although I will admit it is good to see a friendly face again."
She could see his eyes drifting towards her chest, no doubt noticing the crack in her gem. A small frown furrows upon Aurora's face, but she didn't bother to comment upon it. The damage done to her heart was... well, quite noticeable she knew. It was fortunate that it hadn't been completely shattered or the Arcosian... might have died? She wasn't actually entirely sure what would have happened. She had never paid that much attention to things like wounds, but damage to central bio crystals was something that typically only appeared in old fairy tales, often being fixed miraculously after a hero overcomes a challenge. However this was the real world, and she didn't have time to be going off of random fairy tails during her meditative efforts. Thus, the damage was here to stay. She tried to ignore the slight crunching noise that came from it whenever she transformed. Her own eyes travelled to look at the items clasped within Renuldo's hands, brow raising in curiosity as he mentioned names of what she guessed were types or breeds of tea. Aurora... had admittedly been rather fond of the beverage when she first tried it, but more pressing matters had meant she had been unable to have it since then.
"Orange blossom sounds... nice." She says quietly, a hand reaching up to touch her scouter as he mentioned a camp. A member of her species wouldn't be caught dead entertaining a guest outside in the woods like a ruffian, and with a few button presses her ship was called to her. In the distance a sound of cracking could be heard as metal and ice fought, with metal winning and bursting free into the air to head towards where Aurora's beacon called it. Her ship would be there soon. Tuning back in to Renuldo's words, she tilts her head and mulls over how to answer him, quelling the mild spark of annoyance at him calling her a 'little lady', even if it was accurate as she looked up at him. "Hm..." She starts, before a sigh leaves her. Aurora had read somewhere that talking about issues sometimes helped, and Renuldo would... well, he was as good as she supposed she was going to get. "A lot has happened. I managed to unlock... something. It almost doubles my power. You saw it when I came down, with the blue armour." Behind them her ship began to appear from the direction of the mountain, growing in size.
"Unfortunately... I did something, and it could have been a lot worse. The power the form offered... it got to my head, and a lot of lives ended up being at stake. That's why you haven't been seeing me, even after my return to Earth. I've been trying to... control it." Behind her the ship landed with a whumpf, the roar of its engines dying as a door slides open and a ramp extends. "Come along. We can talk in my ship." She gestures for him to follow her, before turning on the spot and walking up the ramp, tail wagging from side to side. Once he had followed her inside and past the entrance, Aurora would place a palm upon the wall next to the open gap and the door would slide closed. A whirring sound beneath them would denote the ramp retracting, and there would be a small lurch as the ship once again begins to fly before the ship's in built gravity kicks in. "This way." She would tell him, before leading the red headed man down a few corridors and into a room with a window, table and a multitude of chairs. "Kitchen." She commands, tapping her scouter as from the walls spring a variety of benches, devices and fridges. "Apologies for how drab it is, but... my clan wasn't exactly the richest or best regarded back on Arcose." She wasn't sure why, but she was feeling rather... self conscious?

That would explain why he did not sense her power anywhere on the planet and he should have guessed she had a ship of some kind. Still he was not sure if that made him feel any better about the fact that she could just vanish and he would never know. Perhaps he should invest in some way to talk with her long distance if that was a thing, his inexperience with technology made him more then a little unsure what was possible and what was not. Well it mattered little as he could not expect them to tell them where they were going after only meeting them one time before this. Well it was something to think about as it seemed they might be staying here form some time or at least that was the feeling he got form them. Hopefully by the time they felt like leaving again he might understand what was going and just what they were up to.
Listening to her try to give him a meager explanation warned him whatever had happened weighed on them heavily, a fact that was only compounded by the words "A lot has happened". Still if they wanted to tell what happened he would leave it up to them and for now he would focus on trying the new blend of tea. Still he assumed whatever had happened was the cause of the damage on their gem, a feat he thought would be quite a few if their power level form before was anything to go off. It made him feel like a small pound surrounded by vast lakes and the only time he had felt anything like it was the time his mentor showed him his power. A small voice mocked his own weakness in front of all these giants but he shook it off as he watched her mess with the small device on her head. Perhaps it did more then just detect power levels, he would make sure to ask about that soon enough as it would perhaps be a good idea to collect one. Watching her sigh as she explained her new power only made him whistle as he thought just how lucky if would be to have so many power ups.
"ahh another one? Cause you where already powerful before that....Just how many does your race have? Also jealous you know and I would not mind if you shared one with my race."
It was only then he heard the ships approach as he turned to the sound he spotted it, a impressive ship if smaller then the one he had seen before it. Still he was glad he had not gotten around to using his capsule to create a camp site, it would have been embarrassing to pull such a shabby set up when compared to such a ship. It was pretty much house size and he was sure it had everything one would need to live in relative comfort where ever they where, and while it was no where as nice as the other he saw he was still pretty damn jealous of it. Still it left him as soon as it came as she explained more about the new form she had unlocked. she was terrifying already and a lack of control could easily mean countless lives lost in a single moment. He was not sure who had it worse, the people she had to fight in such a state or Aurora herself. He could not imagine coming back to your senses after you lost control like that, and while he was sure he could handle it better then most he some how doubted Aurora could. The fact she refused to fight some one much weaker then her showed she had some pride and compassion so he could only assume such a lack of control terrified her.
"That sounds......terrifying for those you fight and yourself if you ask me. I doubt I could tolerate a loss of control in myself."
He replied slowly, his voice trailing a bit as he tried to phrase it better but failed. He did not want to sound like he chastising her but rather trying to sympathize with her, his lack of social graces only bothering him at times like this. It was as he saw the inside of the ship that he noticed a lack of crew, a strange thought that only confirmed that the device on her head was more then meets the eye.
"So....does this thing come automatically or did you signal it with that strange eye thing? Not very good with technology...or at all really."
He explained as he tried to change the subject at least for the moment as he entered the ship, his boots clanking on the metal ramp as he hurried inside. To say he was more then pleased at the warmth inside would be understatement, his clothes doing little to stop the chill form reaching his bones. Letting himself be led around was not all the bad as he looked much like a kid with a new toy as he looked form one room to the next. Still he quickly gathered himself as she finally took him to the kitchen, its small quarters stocked with devices that look close to what he had seen in the city and others he had no idea what they did. Still he took steps forward as he looked form one device to another before turning around amazed that she would apologize after having such a set up.
"Not sure why you want to apologize. I mean I treated you at a small campfire in the middle of the woods and you show me a room filled with devices I have never seen. Plus its rude to complain as a guest when you drop by uninvited.....plus if you want to speak about clans I think mine does not even own a light bulb. Candles and wax everywhere for as far as one could see. Smells awful too if the complaints of the travelers had any truth to them"
He replied with a small laugh at her silliness as there were more important things then having fancy things. Still he did admit a few where useful here and there, the capsules where one such device as it made carrying the camp around a lot easier. Still moving forward he examined each device slowly as if looking form something, his eyes scanning the alien writing on each device before he finally stood up. Giving up he turned around and looked at her with a awkward smile covering his face as his eyes looked away.
"uhhhh I know this is weird but uhh which ones makes fire to heat the water"

"A common misconception is that my race is born with a multitude of power increases." Aurora remarks, bringing an arm up to her scouter and speaking the words 'Water boiler'. A moment later, she followed the outline provided to her and walked over to what looked like a kettle combined with a microwave, pressing a few buttons on the side to open up the top of the device, quickly filling it with water and turning it on. She might as well help, after all. "When that beeps, the water will have boiled. Simply press the red button and hold whatever container you want the water deposited into beneath this nozzle." She instructs him, gesturing towards a small pipe sticking from the strange device. "Anyways, where was I? Ah yes, the transformations. My species, the Arcosians, are often seen by others to be able to transform and power up at will. However, that's merely a fallacy spread by the world trade fleet in order for the ignorant to fear us. The truth is actually the reverse, as the majority of our transformations actually weaken us in order to make sure we stay healthy." A small smile touches upon her face as Aurora delights in the slight humour of the situation.
"My species is born naturally powerful." She continues, voice neutral as she explains to the red headed earthling. "To the point that it can be unhealthy for the majority of us to stay in our... true forms, I suppose the term is, for extended periods of time. Not to mention, it can be intimidating to the aliens we often need to deal with. Fortunately, thanks to our natural ability, we learn from a young age how to reduce both our presence and our general power through a variety of transformations that act as seals." Gesturing at her small body, Aurora takes a seat before continuing. "What you see now is my strongest seal, suppressing as much of my power as I physically can. I have two other transformations between this one, and the one with the... the wings, that you are most accustomed to. That form is, in fact, my true self." It was odd, telling this to Renuldo and realising that the human had seen more of her true form than... possibly any living being in the universe. The very idea of such a thing was... odd to her, that a somewhat random earthling would know that much about the Arcosian.
"As for my ship...? Hm, no it came at a signal." Reaching up to remove her scouter from her head, Aurora places the device upon the table and gestures at it. "This is a scouter, a common tool used by those unable to sense Ki. It measures the strength of beings around me, as well as acts like a... well, I suppose a more advanced phone would be the closest comparison I could give it. Said scouter is linked to this ship's on board computer, so I am able to call it to my or any location from anywhere on the planet." It was so odd for Aurora to explain something that, to most people outside of Earth, was very common knowledge. But she supposed that it wasn't a bad thing, and she liked Renuldo a lot more than anyone not on Earth. The earthling had a sort of... charm to him, she supposed. That awkward smile certainly pointed to as such, and brought a small smile of her own to Aurora's face. "And I suppose that yes, you are correct. Although I must admit that i'm surprised there are still settlements on earth that do not have even the most basic of working electricity? I thought poverty was an issue of the past, here?" Candles and wax... such things were nothing more than ancient antiquities back on her home planet. "Is this another odd earth custom?"

It was interesting to say the least hearing about her races natural ability if a little frustrating, the amount of training he had to do just to reach this level made it seem like they had it easy. Then again their race had no doubt been at this for a very long time and probably was ingrained into their blood. Still it was interesting to know more about her race and it made a good reference for what he had to aspire to in the future. With these thoughts he blankly watched her work though the appliances in front of him as his eyes watched her every button press. It would help if in the future he could do it without help, his lack of tech savvy on earth made him seem like a savage enough much less with the alien technology in front of him.
"So basically using your full power shortens most of your races lifespan? What about you? Can you stay in your full form or are you one that needs to stay in the sealed form?"
He asked curious about just where Aurora stood on that or even just how powerful was she compared to her race. Still he would not ask that just yet as it might send the wrong message similar to all the references he got for being strong for a earthling. Not that he could blame them as earthlings where beyond weak, some of them where even unhealthy due to their bloated size. It would do his race some good to actually have mandatory training he thought even if only to protect them form the aliens that seemed to be rampaging across the planet of late.
"hmmmmm interesting I might need to get one later if only to speak long distances. They look rather fragile though are you sure their good in combat without breaking?
He asked as he moved closer to look at the device, his eyes scanning each button as he gave it a quick look over. Realizing he was rather close he took a step back before turning back to making the tea, his hands quickly taking a small amount of leaves to add to the mix. It would take some time before the tea was done steeping though so he quickly turned back to Aurora his eyes looking up as he tried to think of a way to explain his upbringing.
"For the most part it but their is always exceptions at least here on earth. My monastery was one such exception but it was by choice rather then need. If fact their quite rich form their warriors going out as mercenary's to guard towns and the like. But it is widely believed that technology will distract a student form putting their focus on their training in favor of technology. A example would be using a car or plane to get some where instead of just flying there. I can pretty much outpace any flying device with perhaps the exception of a space ship so in some regards they are not wrong about their ideals. However when you reach the level to be allowed to leave and sell your services they allow you to acquire technology freely as long as you do not bring it back to the monastery. The sole exception to these rules is that hey have quite a advanced medical facility deep in the temple that no student is allow to visit with the unless they need healing. Even then they are forbidden of speaking about it."
He replied as checked the tea again, his hand using a fine spoon to mix the small herbs around in the kettle. He let out small sigh as he noticed it was not quite done before turning back to Aurora with a small smile on his face.
"It will be done in about 5 more minutes or so. In the mean time why don't you tell me about your so called adventure into outer space or is it a sensitive subject? If it is forgive me for prying where I should not"

"I'm... not actually too sure on that part, I'm afraid I must admit." Aurora responds to reno's questions, brow furrowing as she took a seat at the table, remembering her etiquette lessons as she straightens her back and resists the temptation to crack her neck. She needed to be a good host, after all. "I very rarely use my true form due to my... extra appendages. I'm sure you noticed them earlier, and when we first met. The majority of my Arcosian brethren have simple, more streamlined true forms, meanwhile mine has enough razor blades to walk through a forest and come out with a desert behind me, and the wings." A small bit of humour could go a long way, she remembered. "Not to mention that no matter what species it is, children are going to be children. When your form is so out of the norm, and you don't have the raw power to back yourself up... well. You learn to keep things under wraps." Her lips tighten for a moment, before she shakes her head as if to clear memories from her mind. "It wasn't all bad though. Such a trait wasn't unique to me, simply being a peculiar family mutation within my branch of the Arctos clan."
"Anyway, to answer your question, I simply haven't used my true form enough times to know if it has any sort of adverse effect upon me. It wasn't until the events on Arcose that I began to use it again." The memories flooded through her, and Aurora automatically regretted mentioning such a time. The anguish, the rage and fear... the image seared into her mind, of her brother and mother and father running into their house. The last thing she would ever see of them, beyond the red of their blood staining her skin and crystals... She shook her head yet again. "Well, not an adverse effect upon my health in the same way it does most of my kind." Yes, stay in the moment. "Since i neglected to use my true form for the majority of my life, I... well, I don't have as much control over myself as I do in other forms. My emotions are heightened, and I'm more susceptible to things like passion or anger. This is made even worse, possibly even amplified, with the new form I've recently attained. I trust you can see the issue there, with such power being in the hands of an emotionally unstable being."
A sigh leaves as she moves to rest her chin upon the table, lessons forgotten in the wake of memories and problems. It was... cathartic, explaining all of this. "I certainly do hope that I'm not one of those that cannot be in our true form permanently, otherwise this new form could kill me. The sheer amount of power within it could accelerate the process, or something along those lines. I am... not too sure on the specifics." She had done some research on it, and discovered what she herself had suspected. It wasn't something completely new, and there was a little knowledge about it. However, what she had uncovered was less than inspiring. "I've only ever seen such power before in the recordings of Lord Chill, and there simply isn't enough data there for me to know anything more. What's even worse is the fact that, from what I have discovered, I... I may be the strongest Arcosian in the universe." The thought scared her for a multitude of reasons. She had apparently surpassed Lord Chill's power, and there was no one else she could think of who came close to her level of strength.
Yet if she was the strongest of her people... the events on Brench made things look even more dire. To be so utterly defeated... Even if it was for the greater good, such a crushing blow was hard for her to come back on. Then, shaking her head, she lifts herself from the table. On to lighter matters. "Most scouters are made to survive the rigours of combat. While most aren't able to survive a head on blow from beings as strong as yourself, well... if you take that sort of blow to the head, you probably wouldn't need to worry about your scouter any longer on account of being quite dead." She then continued on to raise a brow as he explained the rather backwards way and beliefs of Renuldo's 'order'. "That sounds rather strange. Technology is made to help, after all. Although, I must ask that if you're not allowed to speak of this medical facility... why are you telling me?" She wouldn't exactly be surprised at the idea that Renuldo wasn't the best student, as while she like the man well enough he didn't exactly give off a feeling of... Aurora supposed diligence was the right word.
"As for the events upon Brench... There isn't much I wish to say. Please don't take offence, it's merely painful for me to remember. In short, I threatened the lives of thousands of Saiyan warriors in an attempt to provide a home for my people that wasn't under Saiyan rule. In response, Nashua and a warrior known as Typha showed up and thoroughly trounced me. It... wasn't even a competition, really. These events have been the reason why I've been rather silent, as the majority of my time has been dedicated towards not allowing them to happen again." That was all Aurora was currently willing to say about the matter.

The talk about different forms and seals was a strange concept if not a hard one to understand. Humans did not really change at all nor did they need to be careful about about their power when growing up, in fact unless they really cultivated their power their were hopelessly weak. Most did not even know that you could grow stronger though training or at least to the levels employed by their alien visitors. It was only listening to her that he began to realize much like himself that she was a outcast compared to her own kind but unlike himself she was not born stronger then her kin. The hard training he had been doing of late was new to him, his recent encounters with powerful foes made him realize just how weak he was. Still his thoughts were moving away form him as he tried to focus on her again, her comment about the desert forcing a small smile form him.
"That does not sound so bad, all it would take is someone obsessed with sharp things to really appreciate you"
He jibbed back aware that he was one such person with his own obsession with swords, a fact he was not gonna admit out loud. Still he stood up to check the tea as he nodded for her to keep going, hands moving as if on auto pilot as he moved the leaves around a little. His eyes furrowed for a moment as he listened and weighed her words. It was a good thing he thought it would not have no ill effects on her health but the lack of control was not a good thing. In fact it could be dangerous to ones self more often then not, a painful reminder of his own was the scar he carried form one of his masters. It was not a painful memory but it did remind him that a lack of control of yourself was a dangerous thing. But all of this made him realize on just what he had intruded on, her massive power level on his arrival had been her training her most power form. His brows still furrowed as he poured the tea into two hand carved cups, his eyes never leaving her as he pondered more on her words. and he could only agree with her about her life spawn in her new form.
She was the strongest of her kind? Her race seemed extremely talented already and it was confusing why only she had reached such a level. Was it due to her mutation or some other reason such as peace? Form what he had gathered form the few Saiyans he had meet at the camp they were much weaker then they were now, perhaps due to the same reasons as Auroras race. Perhaps only their recent need for strength had pulled out their hidden strength, his own trials recently had done as much. In fact without them he was sure he would still be lazing around in the village and getting no stronger, a thought he abhorred to think about now.
"Now I am not the smartest man out there but form what I have gathered it seems the period of peace took a toll on the Saiyans as well as your own race. In fact I can beat many of their lower class warriors now, a feat that only came about after I learned just how weak I was. If I had not meet S.....my mentor I would still be wasting away with no goals, content to stay in my own little world no matter how shallow it was. Even the Saiyans recent surges of power came form the need to grow stronger. Is your own power not form such a need Aurora? Much like them you will keep growing in power and you must be ready to use such a power when the times comes."
He hypothesized out loud, his voice gentle as he tried to reassure her. He knew a pep talk was unlikely to persuade her though but maybe it might put the idea in her head for later. Still holding the cups of tea he handed her one as he allowed her to take over the talk again, her explanation on the device enlightening him yet again to the wonders of technology. Still it was not until she asked why he had told her about the medical room that he had even realized he mentioned it. Turning a little red at his mistake he shrugged, his eyes looking up to avoid looking at hers.
"err I forgot? I mean its not like it matters much unless you plan on going to the temple to tell on me and its not like I was real big on listening to them in the first place."
He joked a little as he tried to cover up his embarrassment, his face quickly matching his hair. After taking a deep drink of his tea he finally calmed himself to listen to her again, the miracle liquid doing much to help him control his emotions. It was only after her half confession on what had occurred that he realized just how much the lack of control bothered her and just how much guilt she was running with. Even without the details he knew she would be conflicted about it but he knew he was perhaps the wrong person to talk to. He had much blood on his hands and unlike her he had no issues with his control, his hands stained with the guilty and the innocent. Recently he had become much more tame it was true but he was in fact guilty of such acts unlike herself. A small thought raced though his head, a uncontrollable fear he was barely able to keep form showing.
" I know its not my place to say it but no matter what happened you did it for good reasons. Perhaps you wish you could have done it another way but for now you can only focus what you can do. Your people deserve to rule themselves much as earthlings and even the Saiyans do. Its no different now then when they were struggling to retake their own planet, the shoe is simply on the other foot. The only thing is at the moment they are winning and for their victory how many of your own people paid the price? Freedom to choose your own path is worth fighting for and they honestly cannot expect your kind to just let it go. They themselves were willing to fight for the very same reason and even kill for it. No matter what they say they are simply fooling themselves if they think they did it for any greater good."
He reasoned, his voice gentle if a little worried he had over stepped his bounds. Perhaps he should change the subject to some thing less heavy, he was sure she had already been hard enough on herself without him adding to it. Taking one last drink of he tea he stood up as he mentioned to the door.
"Perhaps it would be best to change the subject for now and focus on something we both can do for now? Perhaps a nice relaxing match of curb stomping the nearest ginger? I have heard that hitting me in the face is quite relaxing on multiple occurrences, a statement I beg to disagree with. Plus it would be a good way to check my own progress"
He joked after a moment of silence desperate to change the topic before she replied. Perhaps it was not the best joke but then again he was never one for jokes in the first place. Still that small voice still echoed at the back of his mind, a small reminder of what he had nearly become. He knew unless he confessed no one would know of his past but it offered him very little comfort, his mind still rolling with the what if.
