Ghoti's Known Capabilities.

Offensive/Defensive:

Yoo-hoo! (N1, Barrier): In a most unpredictable manner, Ghoti intensifies his energy so much that he creates a protective field around himself... At the same time of this occurrence, he temporarily becomes pantsless. It's unclear as to why this happens, or if this is actually what brings forth the barrier to begin. Like standard barriers, though, this follows the same principles in that if the Barrier user is within 65% of the attack's PL, the damage is halved. (IE: If a Ki Barrier had 2,000 PL, and was broken by a 3,000 PL attack, the bleed-through damage would be 500 PL instead of 1,000). If the Barrier user is lower than 65% of the incoming attack, the damage reduction is only 25%. It uses 1 KP.

Support

Please Forgive my Foolishness! (SU1, After Image): Ghoti knows when he's screwed up, and in an effort to calm the person, he'll swiftly jump out of the way from the oncoming attack and start to bow. It may appear that this is truthful, the actual case is that he is simply aiming to dodge the individual. Like standard After Image (SU1), this uses 1 KP and can dodge up to 100% of his PL!

After Image (SU2): (Learned with Dirty Magazine) Through miraculous teaching from a magazine Ghoti had procured, Ghoti trained his body just enough to move 50% faster, out of the way of someone's attack directed at him, or to react someone else's attack. Works at a rate of 150% current power level and uses 2 kp.

Utility

Ki/Energy Sense [UT]: Via some method you are capable of feeling the natural energy of living beings, you have an understanding of the power level of other non-android warriors and can feel the power of the attacks they are using compared to your own. This technique is Passive not requiring activation and uses 0 KP in a KP Battle, Energy Sensing does not work on Androids.
