Created by Doctor Satsuma in the days of the Saiyan-Tuffle War, Libit was a maintenance robot designed to assist him around his lab, and to repair and assist androids created by Doctor Satsuma. When the war ended in the Night of a Thousand Apes, Libit and his android partner Veis were trapped within a Novadome, a protective vault hidden deep in Plant's core. For over two thousand years the two have remained there.
