I am writing this post through blurry eyes. Not because I'm crying, but because I'm not wearing my glasses. I'm just going to come out and say it.
I gambled my membership to WOD away.
It all began with me popping into the Godsquad discord with an idea. An idea to introduce a new plot for the Godsquad. The idea was brilliant, a true masterpiece of writing. We'd work together to craft an NPC character to replace Chime and lead the Godsquad as Kami. And just who was this NPC?
Little Obama.
Little Obama.
Little Obama would be the new Kami and he would lead not just the Godsquad, but all of WOD to their greatest arc in the history of the site since Wod4. The Little Obama Arc. But my idea was immediately met with rejection. That can be understood, but one specific person took this rejection and criticism to a new high.
Nashua.
As an Administrator of the site I expected Nashua to act as a pillar of the community, and give harsh yet fair criticism of Little Obama. But instead I got berated and insulted. I was called a little johnny pee pant pinocchio looking thing. Do I have the screenshots to back this up? No. That's not what's important here. What's important is we discuss who the mastermind who orchestrated the whole thing is.
CHIME.
Chime has been attacking me since I first joined WOD a year or whatever before Chime joined. Chime was making jokes about how stinky Yogu was before I even made the character? How, you may be wondering to yourself at this exact moment in time? Well, I had pondered this for quite a time. Then the answer came to me. It was staring me in the face the whole time but I had never thought it possible. I thought myself mad when I came to the conclusion. And you may find me mad when I unveil this to the world. The truth about Chime is...
CHIME IS A TIME TRAVELING ALIEN BEING FROM ANOTHER PLANET
Now at first you're thinking, Yogu, aliens aren't real you dorkster. Ya goofster. You SILLY SIMPLETON! But that's where you are wrong. If you flip to Page 483 of Little Obama, you can see that for one page it details an encounter Obama had as a child with alien abductors. And as we all know that Little Obama is based off the true life events of Little Obama, we know that aliens are, in fact, real. So what's to say Chime isn't a time traveling, universe crossing alien from the far reaches of the universe we haven't seen that just so happens to play a character on WOD also called Chime?
Whether or not Chime is a Time Traveling Alien Being from Another Planet isn't important to the heart of the issue. And neither is the fact that Nashua called me a little johnny pee pant pinocchio looking thing. The main issue stems from the tail end of the verbal abuse I suffered at Nashua's hands. I made an oath. A promise. To all of the Godsquad. That if Little Obama 2 came out, I would leave WOD. Now you're probably wondering at this moment... Yogu, how could they make a Little Obama 2? His entire Little story had been detailed in the first one. That was exactly my point. I was making a point about how much of a wellspring of lore we had to use for the Little Obama NPC leader of the Godsquad. But what does Nashua go and do?
This was a targeted attack at me. To get rid of me. To delete me from WOD. And, since I'm a man of my word, I will be leaving WOD directly after posting this.
I guess, if I had to sum up what this post was with one sentence it would be...
