Typha walked along a small beach with no one in sight of course other then Yudi. Typha had come to love finding beaches to cool his head. Though this time it was just to figure out his next move. With what happened to Carro it'd soon be time for him to be in for the fight of his life or to talk to Kayen and see what was up. Either way the prospects were not going to be fun. So why not take a small break and just a breather. Yet, he didn't go to a public beach since he rather just be hanging out alone with Yudi. Yudi shuffled in the sand not wearing his normal armor but rather some shorts so he could head into the water. "Man Typha I gotta thank you for taking me for all my training." Typha frowned. "Yah that is why were here." Yudi frowned. "So were not here for me being stronger." Typha shook his head. "Your as strong as you were when I meet you." Yudi turned. "WHAT!" He'd grabbed Typha by the collar and began to shake him wildily "Then train me for real please! You can't do this to me." Typha sighed, guess he was not going to have much of a vacation.
After being unconscious for four months, Suri was looking to reconcile with her friends and acquaintances. She couldn't easily contact all of them, though, but she decided to try anyway.
Suri was flying around, wandering the skies. Suri approached the sothern tropics, and that's when she thought of Typha. He was the first person Suri had met since she first started her self-searching journey. Suri had asked the prince to be friends with her, but she hadn't contacted him in ages, and she felt bad for that. Also, for some time, he had been unavailable for some reason. Suri assumed it was because he had gone back home to Konats, as her phone's call signal couldn't reach outside of Earth.
Suri wondered how the prince was doing. Hopefully he was well. She looked down and saw that she was nearing a beach. Was it the same one she had met Typha at? No, it didn't seem like it. It seemed pretty deserted, for some reason. Suri decided to ask the few people there why, and made her descent down to where the two were.
And that's when she realized that one of the two was Typha. "What the- Typha?!" Suri vocalized her shock. What a coincidence, she had just been thinking about him! Suri landed, and smiling, she hopped over to greet Typha. "Typha! Hey, it's been so, so long!" She then noticed the guy he was with. He was a blue, horned man, who sort of reminded Suri of Daruma. He was tall, was he taller than Typha? And...he was holding and shaking Typha. Suri stopped in her tracks and eyed the Ogre suspiciously. "I-Is everything alright? Who's this?" She asked. Suri knew the prince could handle himself, being a soldier and all, but still, she would back Typha up if needed.

There comes at a time when a man needs a vacation and the best place for some rest and recuperation is the beach. The half saiyan outfitted himself with the appropriate attire, swim goggles strapped on the edge of forehead, swim trunks, and a pair of sandals with no signs of a shirt. Throwing a towel over his shoulder the hybrid left his living quarters and traveled airborne through the sky for the Southern Tropics. The trip didn't last too long, experienced Ki users became accustomed flighting, the concept of time became irrelevant. What important is that the sandy glitters on the surface are within his line of sight. Russé's mouth formed a grin, visioning himself of enjoying good food from the hot dog stands and diving into the endless depths of the ocean, and soon it will become a reality, the sandy extravaganza is right below his feet, and all he has to do is descend from the sky to have some fun!
Doing just that, Russé is standing on the beach and shortly noticed nobody is here, where the hell did everyone go? an index finger rubbed the side of his head and looking around for any sign of people., not a single soul around here. "Huh...this place looks empty, did I come at a bad time?" he forgot to check the time for when its appropriate to show up, he was so caught up on getting dressed for the occasion, he didn't realize the weather may not be in the right conditions to warrant a visit to the beach. "Oh well, at least I can have this whole area to myself" shrugging his shoulders then pressing knuckles on waist.
The first thing the hybrid did is sat down his towel then kicked his sandals off, the man approached the sodium chloride-water and did exactly as he imagined, diving headfirst into the ocean for a swim. As soon as his body touched the liquid unfortunately it wasn't warm like he hoped. "Brbrbrbrbrbr, its cold!" holding his arms, he'll have to put up with it though so it's not too bad. The hybrid began trotting his body across the water, taking steady strokes without a care in the world, it sucks no one else is around to share the fun at the beach with, Suddenly his acute senses picked up on energy signatures around the strength of either Dion or Nashua, possibly higher. Russé poked his head out fo the water and looked at the direction of where the feeling is coming from. "That strong energy,..someone is here? No..there's more people" He should be overjoyed more beachgoers showed up, however, something tells him they didn't come here to swim.
Russé swam to shore and got out of the water, he dried himself off with the towel he brought and slipped back on his footwear, deciding to investigate the source of the enormous power levels. Walking towards the newcomers, he recognized a familiar face he met long ago and two other people he never saw before. "Hey! Your that girl I saw at a bakery store long ago, I never got your name, I'm Russé" introducing himself with a friendly demeanor. He threw a glance over to Typha and his companion, "friends of yours?" looked at the majin woman for an answer.
Typha looked over when he saw someone he had not seen in a long time being Suri. He remembered the Majin but it had been so long. Guess being dead and racing around to help people had really left him. "Yeah, it has been how are you." Typha walked over as Yudi turned his head confused as hell. He had no idea who Suri was. She then asked who Yudi was as he smiled. "It is a long story but short of it I died and then was brought back to life. This is someone I meet in the afterlife who decided to join me in the living world. This is Yudi." Typha would point to Yudi as he bowed. "It is nice to meet you." Typha was about to ask how Suri was doing but he sensed another power.
Typha turned to look over to see a blue-haired man. He was a bit odd-looking but he seemed all decked out for the beach at least. He also seemed to know Suri at least from some sort of bakery. Then he wanted to know who he was. "Well if your a friend of Suri then you're a friend of mine." Typha bowed his head. "I am Typha of Konats. This is my friend Yudi. He and I were relaxing on this beach but it is our luck to have some company instead." Typha smiled while Yudi frowned. Typha didn't mind seeing people but Yudi just wanted to train. Guess that was thrown out the window. Maybe he could train his talking skills but that would be little help in combat. "So what have you been doing since last time we meet Suri. You seem to have gotten a lot stronger at least." Typha then looked at Russe. "You also seem quite strong too. You a fighter?" If he was maybe Typha could give him some pointers.

Well, guess he didn't mind Suri not calling him. She had been sort of worried about that, but was all well? Typha asked how she was, and to that, Suri said "Good! Yeah, good..." A lot of things had happened, so she would save the long stories for later. It seemed like Typha had an even longer story, though! He did condense it down into a short version. Suri's eyes widened as he stated that he died. "You wha...?" Rather nonchalantly, too...probably because he had put it behind him already. Was it the Dragon Balls that brought Typha back? She had heard that they granted any wish, but to think that they could revive the dead, too... That did give her some ideas.
Yudi bowed when he was introduced, and Suri returned in kind, bowing as well. "Nice to meet you too, Mr. Yudi. My name is Suri." He was definitely an Ogre, what with the horns, blue skin, and the fact that he was from the afterlife. Suri responded politely as she usually did when meeting new people, especially those who were/could be older than her. "So, you're Typha's friend, then? I'm sorry for assuming otherwise.." While she felt bad for assuming the worst from Yudi, she was more glad to know everything was alright.
"Hm?" When Russé called out, Suri turned to see him approaching. She hadn't noticed him until then. So they weren't the only ones there...she should really invest in a scouter or something, Suri thought to herself. "Uhmmmm..." She put her fingers to her chin, and her mind rolled back to past events, reminding her of the blue-haired Saiyan who ordered a heck-ton of doughnuts. "Oh, I remember! We met at the one Patrona works at, right? It's Suri." Suri replied, returning his friendliness. When asked if Typha and Yudi were her friends, Suri nodded. "Same logic applies to us, right?" She whispered to Yudi.
Suri waited for Typha to finish introducing him and his friend, then spoke when she was asked what she had been up to. "Mhm, I have gotten stronger, huh? I've been told that... Well, for the most of 3019, I travelled the world, and I think it went well overall. I trained under this person named Nashi, he's a really strong martial artist and I think his training really helped me get strong!" Suri explained enthusiastically, though her smile turned somber after the last bit. "Though I fell into a coma because I got too much power and it got out of control, and...hrm" and Nashi. She couldn't bring herself to finish that...
Russé was strong too, according to Typha. "...Really? So, is everyone here a fighter... Maybe we could all train together sometime?" Suri suggested. Some training could be good. She hadn't done any for so long. And she needed to. While Suri had definitely gotten a lot stronger last year, she didn't know if it was enough. There were always stronger people out there, it seemed. If she wanted to protect the friends she had left, she needed to keep improving.

The half Saiyan certainly recalled that day, he was really hungry for some dessert and almost broke out of cash because of it. "Yeah, I was craving doughnuts so much I bought a shit ton of them, kinda feel bad for the workers of having to box in so many doughnuts" smiling sheepishly, rubbing his neck. He needs to go on a diet but what is considered a diet for a Saiyan is a question for another time. Curious green eyes examined the pair in front of him, studying Typha and Yudi's features, concluding one of them is an Orge and the other is much harder to decipher, is he an alien or a human? Russé didn't sense any sort of malicious aura from the both of them, they seem friendly enough and they knew Suri quite well.
"Pleasure to meet ya" returning the bow respectfully. "You came here for the beach too? I wanted to come here to relieve some stress and sit under the sun rays but it looks like no one is here, good thing you all showed up, it would certainly get boring to enjoy the beach by myself." he doesn't have any problems with doing things alone, he does it all the time with training, but having fun at the beach requires a various number of people to make things lively.
Suri explained her whereabouts, mentioning she trained under someone called Nashi, which explains her very strong energy levels the half-breed felt coming to this place. However he learned too much strength comes at a price of slipping into a coma, his expression fell down in dread worrying about this woman's condition, and he only just told her the poor girl his name. "My Kami that's horrible Suri, glad your able to wake up from that experience, did this Nashi person helped you recover?" curious about this individual.
Typha noticed Russé is pretty strong and asked him if he is a fighter, a grin sprouted across the saiyan's face. "You bet I am a fighter, I'm a Saiyan, fighting is practically in my blood:" waving brown tail side to side. Suri suggested they should train sometime and he couldn't be any happier to accept this proposition. "Oh hell yeah, we can totally train sometime, but are you sure you're in fighting condition? You said you woke up from a coma" concerned about SUir's well-being.

"Yah I was on Namek defending the planet. Got a little out of my depth." Typha laughed thinking back to when Monster killed him. At this point, Typha had mostly gotten over it. Yudi rubbed his neck as Suri called him Mr.Yudi. "Yudi is fine don't worry about it." When the new arrival came and he asked if they were friends, Yudi nodded. "Guess we are." Yudi was not as a friend giving as Typha was but he was slowly becoming more and more like his guard and mentor. Typha and Yudi then looked back at Suri as she explained her story. She had been traveling and then she had gotten some training from Nashi. Typha frowned, he remembered that cat. He had been too arrogant for his own good. Hit Typha with one good attack and he thought he had won cause Typha was a defensive fighter. But from what Suri was speaking it seemed something had happened during the training. She seemed to have some sort of hesitation near the end. "Sorry that you fell into a coma." Typha decided to not press the issue of what caused some sort of hesitation. He was pretty sure he knew what.
Russe, on the other hand, noted he was a Saiyan warrior and a fighter. "The blue hair is a bit of a surprise I thought you were human. Maybe half human half Saiyan." The two seemed eager to train though Russe did ask the question if Suri was in condition to fight. That was a good point seeing she had been in a coma. "Well anytime you both want too I am happy to train with you two. I was just coming here to relax but training would also be worth the while." Typha could sense both of them were still behind him in strength he was pretty sure he could give them some pointers. Especially with the times, Earth may face in the future they would need to be ready.

"I see... Well, I'm glad you could come back." Suri thought, it was rather heroic of the prince. At times like these, Suri felt relieved that there were still good people like Typha around, willing to fight for good and defend worlds with their lives. Well, Suri decided she would speak of this no longer. She figured that being reminded of dying probably wasn't all too pleasant.
Suri giggled, remembering all too well of the time the blue-haired Saiyan walked into the store she was in and ordered 20 doughnuts. ...So, they were all here to relax at the beach. Suri had just been passing by, thinking of reuniting with friends, and well, she guessed she got what she wanted!
As Suri talked about her four month long slumber, she worried that she had brought the mood down. "Yeah. I'm...alright now. Sorry to be a downer and all..." Suri winced when she was asked if Nashi had helped her recover. "N-No, my family did. He...he wasn't able to." Suri squirmed, and avoided eye contact. Suri had already seen their expressions when she talked about her coma, and she couldn't bring herself to bring up Nashi's passing. The Majin's glance briefly betrayed her intent and met the revived Konatsian's, with a grim expression on her face. He knew all about that, didn't he?
Suri found the topic of training and fighting to be much more...enjoyable to talk about. Oh, and Russé's hair. She had thought it was hair dye, though she guessed it was possible for the blue hair to be natural. As for the training she had suggested, Suri got positive answers from both sides! "Oh, awesome!" A smile found itself on Suri's face once again. She had also been asked if she was able to fight in her current state, and... "Well, I've had some time to recover, so I'm fine to move around now. I do feel like I'm still out of it, though, my body feels a bit stiff, and I think my skills have gotten a bit rusty... I was thinking I could use some exercise. I could use some training as soon as possible. Would now be okay?" Suri looked to everyone involved. No one brought any weights or anything, obviously. What would they be doing? "Sparring session, maybe?" That didn't require anything but your body, fists and feet in tow. Who would be fighting who? Well, Suri would leave that decision to the one(s) with the energy sensing.
Typha mentioned he was defending Namek and judging by Suri's response, the dude made it out okay, there was still some concern when he said it got a little out of his depth, implying the situation was dangerous for him. "That's rough, I assume you succeeded in driving away the intruder who attacked Namek right?" asking the warrior. There were comments about Russé's blue hair, understandable there is confusion regarding his species, a smile curved on the hybrid's face when Typha accurately guessed he's half human and half saiyan.
"Your correct, I got the blue hair from my pops genetically and mom taught me how to fight" proudly putting a knuckle on his waist confirming his heritage. Suri apologizing for being a downer and turning away from the trio meant didn't deteriorate Russé's concern, he would expect someone to be happy they woke up from a coma but her body language is the opposite, it's great her family revived her but did something happen between her and this Nashi person? It's probably rude of him to pry for information but he can't help to be curious. Russé opened his mouth to speak about the latter but no words came out, her mood seems to improve on the aspect of training right now and he didn't want yank away her joy.
A sparring session can do wonders for all of them, are much stronger than the hybrid strength-wise, but that is the beauty of combat, testing your limits against a superior. "Right now? I was planning to chill in the beach and chow down at a hotdog stand, but this place doesn't have enough people to enjoy the experience, sparring it is then" a smile doused in excitement. Wet towel flopped on the ground, arms moved around and popped a shoulder or two, legs are stretched to loosen their stiffness, he was ready to go!
Russé prepared a battle stance, a smirk replaced his smile "give me your best shot!" barked and then he would gun towards Typha who appears to be the stronger of the two, attempted to punch the man in the face.
Typha nodded as Suri really didn’t want to talk about Nashi. Guess that confirmed what he was worried about. But Typha was not going to ask Suri to confirm that. Who had the power to Kil Nashi? He didn’t like him but he knew he was strong. Whoever killed Nashi was a threat that needed to be dealt with. That was another thing for Typha to have to deal with. Typha rubbed his neck. Trying to be a hero was a lot of work. There were so many people to help and so many groups to stop. Sometimes he felt it was too much but then he remembered what had happened on Konats and knew it would never be enough. Typha had to do everything he could to protect people.
Typha moved away from the thoughts of if Nashi was dead to the prospect of training. Russe seemed to be fine with training and Suri seemed to be ok with doing it. "Well, I'd take you both on. I am stronger than the two of you so a two on one versus me should be a fair fight." Suri was pretty sure from the looks of it but Russe was not as strong. Plus I need to do some training too. I can't be slacking." Typha went to stretch but Rusee moved into to attack right away. Typha watched the punch graze his face as he flipped back landing. "We didn't even start yet but that is fine with me." Typha wiped the bit of blood that the punch had made. Typha kicked off the ground flying right at Russe. If he wanted to be aggressive he'd be too. No need to hold back if his foe wanted to spar that bad. Typha sent a light blow to the stomach but for someone like Russe, he bet it'd hit like a truck considering the power gap.

It was agreed upon that they would spar. Nice. Perhaps in battle, Suri would be able to temporarily forget about the recent events, and the worries that swam in her mind because of them. Apparantly the Konatsian prince was the strongest of the three, so it was Typha VS Russé and Suri. "Great. Alright, then..." Suri said, and she started to do some warmup stretches in preparation... She looked towards Yudi for a moment, wondering if he was going to join in, when all of a sudden, the blue-haired Saiyan hybrid kickstarted the sparring session! "Wh- Woah! We're starting already?" That was eager you, Russé. Typha responded in kind as well with a punch of his own, acting as a sort of wordless agreement. Well, if the two of them were okay with that...
"Well, here I come!" Suri announced, before joining the fray as well. Suri would play the defensive, but not without using attacks. The Majin pulled her foot back, before she leaped forward to deliver a flying roundhouse kick to the side of Typha's head, then spun around for a second attempt with her other leg. Suri's intent was to send Typha flying backwards to put some distance between him and the duo, making some room for them to breathe. Suri's next move was to point her palm toward the prince, before sending a wave of kiai his way, which would act as either a ranged attack, or another attempt at creating distance, depending on whether her earlier attempt had succeeded or failed.

Russé somehow managed to make the stronger warrior bleed in his current state threw the hybrid off guard, curious the young adult stared directly at his fist in surprise, did he really do that? "Whoa.." He expected a sucker punch wouldn't harm anything on this guy, but apparently his energy defenses aren't up. Understandably anyone not prepared for a spar wouldn't expect an attack, but Typha has a sizable advantage over the pair, perhaps the hybrid underestimated his own strength too much. Being awestruck will cost him however, getting punched in the stomach without him paying attention is karma getting to him.
He couldn't tell of Typha tried his best to hold back the blow, it hurts like hell that's for sure! Saliva involuntarily leaked droplets from Russé's mouth unto the sandy surface, arms clutching his stomach, breath sucked in oxygen then exhaled in relief. "I deserve that one.." thank kami no ribs and internal organs are damaged!
The half-saiyan hopped in a battle stance, joining Suri to take this man down. watching the Majin do her thing, Russé attempted to pester Typha with a short flurry of ki blasts, then he would sprint towards him and try to left side kick the konatstain upon waist.
Last Edit: Mar 8, 2020 20:35:27 GMT -6 by Russ: edit post
Typha hit Russe dead on sending him flying away. He hit him with pretty good but he was still standing. Typha landed back kicking away from the two of them. He didn't want to be ranged when they attacked. He knew that being in close range of two fights would be a tough fight. Though as he backed up he was hit with a kick in the head and sent flying back. He hadn't expected her to leap towards him so fast. Typha crashed into the ground but quickly flipped to his feet wiping the blood away from his head. She quickly fired at Kiai which caused Typha to cross his arms and be blasted back even farther. Then Russe blasts hit him dead on but he was able to take them well enough. He eyed Russe as he charged right in which caused Typha to grin. This was getting good. Typha was ready to go now, it had been a while since he had fought two foes. He might want to be prepared for the day he faced many foes at once. "Alright time to go." Typha aura flashed to life as he went to catch Russe's kick. He then swung around attempting to throw Russe right at Suri! "Sorry about that!" He'd yelled at Suri and Russe if his throw was successful.
Her first kick was a hit, though it was enough to send her opponent back, making the second one a total miss. Her third ranged attack hit its mark, pushing Typha further back. Distance was made. While Russé opted to charge in, Suri started to charge energy into her hands. The Majin martial artist's left shoulder and part of her back faced her target as she stood on one leg and prepared a throw like that of a baseball pitcher's.
Suri's left foot was set in front of her, as her upper body turned around. "Batter up!" And she swung her right hand forward, throwing what she had been holding in her hands. A searing-white light of magic left Suri's right hand, before it manifested as a vanilla-white snowball, flying toward Typha's face at high speeds. If the orb made impact with anything, whether it was Typha or not, the magic infused ki within would detonate the ball, causing a concussive blast.
When Suri set her gaze on Typha to see the results of her attack, she finally noticed the blood on his hand. Was the Konatsian going to be okay, losing blood like that? Suri couldn't be sure, she had none of it! "Uh, are you okay, Typh-"
"AH!" Typha was going for the throw with Russé. Suri's upper body would twist, as she turned to use the arm she hadn't used to throw. Her left arm would stretch out to an unnatural length(or natural, to Majins and Namekians), several meters in length. If Typha's attempt was successful, and if Russé didn't stop himself midair, Suri would try to catch the Saiyan by the hand. If unable to, her hand would instead head toward Typha, and Suri would attempt to grab him and hold him still.

Hahaha! Typha will fall down before the strength of Suri and Russé, as they say, two heads are better than one. He may be a real tough customer but teamwork will always be unrivaled, and it will remain that way for eons, all it takes is forming a strategy. If the hybrid and timid blue majin come up with a coordinated attack, this guy will get on his knees and yell "uncle." However, all of that sounded better in his head. Reality is a downer because of how brutally honest it is, crushing hopes and dreams for the sake of refusing to lie.
Russé thought he could make the man flinch again, a single kick to create an opening for Suri but Typha is ready, fingers wrapped around the ankle like a bear trap, "Gyaaah! Whooa!" the scene suddenly became erratic, getting chucked across the air. He heard the konatstain apologizing for it and that was okay, no harm done between them in a friendly spar. Russé struggled to regain control of himself and thankfully he didn't have to, his battle partner caught him before his body tasted sand. "Nice catch!" giving Suri a thumbs up of gratitude. Snapping to Typha, the hybrid's face furrowed eyebrows to regain focus, "Take this! Root Cannon!" Russe utilized a stance, cupping hands together pulling backward, then fire an energy wave at their opponent.
