He knew he needed to focus if he was gonna hold his own vs Suri, her ability to over power him quite clear form the start but this was a match to help her defense so he was sure she would not go all out against him.
It was at the moment she flew up that both of the clones acted, each of them shooting up at her at a breakneck pace in attempt to cut her off however Suri's attack nearly threw a wrench in the plan right away. The Ice cream attack doing more then shock the ginger as he prepared to dodge a ki attack, the very idea of food flying at him in a spar was something he never thought he would have to face. The moment of surprise more then enough to allow the blow to land and only a last moment evade attempt stopped the attack form being a direct hit, making the clone fly off course as the other one kept flying straight for her. Her small ki blasts doing much to keep the second clone form closing in on her, Reno's unnatural speed allowing him to dart around her attacks despite large gap in power between then clone and Majin.
Reno had always been fast but his recent encounters with the powers in the world had made him aware of just how much power he lacked, his body lacking the constitution and strength to stand toe to toe with other fighters. His reliance on his blade had given a certain type of grace and agility that other fighters lacked, a trait he trained even further as he attempted to gain power. His masters words coming back to him yet again at his foolish choices of not taking his training serious until it was too late, a truth he know understood all to well.
Crashing into the ground in a controlled role the damage clone pulled itself up before chuckling to itself "A food attack? Really?", his tone suggesting he found the situation amusing. However it did not take long for the first clone to shoot back up into the sky at Suri as she tried to hit the remaining clone, its constant attempts to close in on Suri making for a good distraction as the first clone rose above her position before shooting down at her form above. It would not be until he closed in on her that both clones would shoot at her in unison, their blades coming to bear as a attack form below and above came at the exact same time. Each blade filled with his ki ever so gently giving them a dull red glow just before the actual swings came at her.
