There weren't a whole slew of reasons why Nashua would ever be going out into Arcose's dangerous Glacial Belt, but a potentially dangerous meteorite getting a bit too close to the planet for comfort was one of them. The object had appeared on some scanners a while back, and now looked like it was starting to hover closer to the planet than was considered comfortable. So, being the strongest thing on the planet and all, Nashua decided it'd be a good idea for her to go out and see if she could intercept the thing before it became a real issue. The Saiyan had flared up her Super Saiyan and taken right off, it only taken a few minutes before she reached the planetary ring just on the edge of Arcose's atmosphere, equipped with a basic oxygen mask to keep herself breathing, and her scouter to keep in contact with the planet below.
"Where'd you see it pop up on the last scan?" she asked mission control down below. Well, she called them mission control, but it was really an Arcosian named Sven and a Beppan named Daryl sitting in front of an aging computer system relaying information back to her. "Uh, last popped up at the... Twenty fourth quadrant about a sixteenth semiparsec out." "Right," Nashua replied, then paused, briefly. Her eyes darted off to the side, then to the bottom, then back to the side, before she asked, "What's a semiparsec?" There was a pause from the other end, as well, before an answer came back. "A measurement of distance in space. Just- It's not that far, okay?" "Roger!" Nashua chipperly replied, before taking a good look around the area for the first time. It sure was cold up here, but the warmth her ki was providing managed to keep her from freezing to death.
Little meteors and asteroids orbited the planet in a rather spectacular looking ring, which seemed to stretch across for miles on end, and looked even more impressive when Nashua turned her head and saw how far around the planet the ring stretched, it wrapping around the big blue ball past her field of view. The distant sun made the more ice based stones sparkle and glint with their own brilliant light, and while they looked to be moving slow as a whole, focusing in on the individual rocks really gave you a sense of how great their speed was. These things sure were incredible, when they weren't posing a threat to your planet. And speaking of the threat... "Is that it?" Nashua mumbled as she squinted her eyes up towards a faint glimmer way off in the distance. It didn't look so big at first... But it was getting closer and closer by the minute. "Gah, imminent contact!" she heard someone shout in her earpiece.
"Oh, relax," she assured them, wheeling her arm back and cracking her neck. "This is just good target practice for me." She then raised her hand and started to take aim at the increasingly closing meteor. All she'd need was to keep her aim steady, and...

Ochra's PL: 177,201 The last time Ochra had been to Arcose, he had come here to die. But now, he had a much more meaningful purpose. He had been initially surprised to hear that Nashua had been made Queen of Arcose, after the World Trade Fleet had been defeated. The woman didn't seem like one for royal ambition. But, the more he thought about it, the more the decision made sense. After all, she was even tempered, sensible, and compassionate. Someone that was perfect for taking control of such a volatile planet. Anyone else would try to subjegate the populace, and that would do nobody any favours. While Ochra hoped that in the future, Arcose could govern itself without running off to fight Vegeta, he can understand the logic behind Nashua being in charge. He had managed to put the pod he had been sent to Earth in back together, though at the moment it more resembled a ball of junk. Well, it was good enough to get Ochra to Arcose at least. He'll make sure to get a better pod when he arrived. Shouldn't be too hard after all. Hell, his old one might be still around somewhere. as he approached the planet, he opened his eyes when he felt something down on the planet. A strong power. A VERY strong power, and one he was familiar with. Nashua. She's become so much stronger since we last met. Even with her power as a Super Saiyan, the increase in power, and the gap between them, was clearly evident. And yet, the change in power didn't bother him so much. Becoming a Super Saiyan himself had taken a huge burden off of his shoulders. But as he flew closer to the planet, he noticed something. The power was in front of him, right in the path of his incoming pod. And it was climbing. Ochra had been in enough situations to realize what was going on. She was getting ready to open fire on the pod. What, did she think his pod was a piece of random space junk? Well, he couldn't blame her for that. "Oh hell!"He needed to get out of this pod, and there was one fast way to do it. Focusing his energy, he let out a powerful burst of force all around him. The makeshift pod crumbled and burst apart in the air, sending pieces of scrap metal flying in all directions. The three down on the planet below would see the pod break apart and burst in mid air, before revealing the tall form of Ochra, looking down at them. "I thought this sort of greeting for Saiyans went the way of the Fleet," Ochra said, in a teasing tone. Nashua

Juuust as Nashua was about to blast away the incoming meteorite into oblivion and keep all those down on the surface safe from harm, the incoming hazard seemed to just spontaneously combust upon itself, exploding in a bright flash of light before she ever got the chance to fire off her own attack. "Did you do it?" a voice chirped in her ear, though she frowned as she replied, "Er, no, it just kind of... Exploded on its own. I'm gonna go take a closer look." She then took off through space, speeding towards the location of the explosion until her scouter picked something up. Wait a moment, that energy signal it was picking up... That belonged to a person! And, not just any person, but... "Ochra?!" Nashua exclaimed as she skidded to a halt a few meters in front of the other Saiyan. "What are you doing her- Did you blow up that meteor?"
At first, his comment confused her, but then she started to put two and two together. And what she got was starting to add up to four. She held up a finger at Ochra as if to say 'one moment' before she barked into her scouter's communicator. "That wasn't a meteor, you just nearly made me blast one of my friend's ships to pieces mid-flight! Can your scanners not tell the difference?" "U-Uh, it didn't come up as any kind of ship any of us have ever seen down here!" "Then do more research!" She then abruptly shut off the call and rolled her eyes at Ochra with a shrug. "What're you gonna do, right?" she said with a chuckle, before powering down out of her Super Saiyan form. No need to keep that up anymore, she figured. After her hair had turned back to its usual dark brown, she gave Ochra a smile.
"So," she asked, "What brings you to Arcose? I assume you've hears about everything else that happened here." She sure hoped he had heard at least some of it, anyway. Having to explain everything that had occurred over the last few months to Ochra was really sounding like a chore to her for the moment - though, she supposed she'd do it anyway if he really was clueless. "Oh, and-" she added, realizing she probably should have lead with this, "-sorry I nearly blew up your space pod for a second there. Our technicians down on the planet read it on the radar as a meteorite that was posing a threat to the planet, somehow. It kind of makes me wonder how Arcose was such a powerhouse before we all became Super Saiyans, you know?" They were certainly less threatening when they weren't all six times stronger than you.

Ah, so that was the reason behind it. They had apparently mistaken his incoming pod for a meteor. Well, points to Nashua for going out to defend the planet herself. Already she was proving to be a competent and active ruler. "Eh, it's ok. Honestly, that 'pod' was a banged up piece of junk I made somewhat workable. I was thinking of getting a new one while I was on here anyway."When he was asked what he was doing here, well, guess he may as well tell her. "Kayen told me everything back on Earth. How Aizu tried to destroy Arcose and how you guys saved it. And how you ended up being made queen of the planet." He crossed his arms, but he still seemed pretty relaxed. "A decision of Kayen's I actually agree with. Couldn't think of a better person to rule over this place myself. So, I thought I'd come down here and see how everything's going. I mean, last time I was here, I was wandering around this frozen waste, half expecting to die."Hopefully this time his visit would go a lot more smoothly. After being stuck in that cramped pod, he could go for a proper meal. "I see things have been going well for you so far. No potential uprisings or riots I hope." And more importantly, he hoped that if there had been, that Nashua handled them with professionalism and maturity. He could imagine other Saiyan lords simply going on a killing spree if things like that actually happened. Nashua

Ochra was surprisingly okay with Nashua having nearly blasted him into oblivion. She, obviously, still felt kind of bad about it, but if he was willing to let it slide, she supposed she couldn't argue about it. If it gave him an excuse to get a new, hopefully safer pod instead of that ragged old one, though, Nashua supposed the positives may outweigh the negatives. For all she knew, perhaps she'd just saved him from his pod failing in the middle of deep space or something. Yeah, she'd just look at it that way. "Well, I'm glad you are okay," she said with a concerned frown. She listened along as Ochra explained why he'd come to Arcose in the first place - and had to admit she was a bit surprised that the news had reached his ears. "Oh, um, you heard about that, huh?" she asked, clearly somewhat embarrassed.
"Well, I am glad that you think so highly of me," she replied with a smile. "Truthfully, many people do not seem very happy to see me where I am now. I have already had one Arcosian in particular named Aurora nearly wipe out thousands of people to try and get me to step down. I stopped her, of course, but I worry that I may not always be able to stop these things in time." It'd be just as easy for someone to blast apart a planet entirely unannounced, and in that case, only the Dragon Balls could fix things. But, even then, the damage would have already been done. She shrugged, though. "Buuuut I'll keep handling it as best as I can," she added with a small chuckle. And it wasn't as if she was without allies, either - even Ochra would likely lend a hand if he was called upon.
Nashua clasped her hands together and rubbed them as she said, "Anyway, why don't we head down onto the planet? It's rather cold up here, and I am also sure you are probably not getting enough air to last for very long. Arcose is cold too, but still warmer than this." Assuming Ochra agreed, she'd lead him quite quickly back down into the planet's atmosphere - "Oh," she added, "And I recommend going Super Saiyan, or you'll get some nasty burns upon reentry!" And with that, Nashua hurtled herself back down towards the planet. The reentry burn did still sting, even as a Super Saiyan, but it was nothing she couldn't pretty easily handle. She'd been blasted with attacks that could annihilate planets and walked away just fine, after all, so a little friction wasn't much for her.
