APPEARANCE: Yànhuì stands at 5'10 with a very strong athletic figure that she usually keeps hidden under heavier clothes. She has thick, short black hair and deep blue eyes. She is most often seen with a black quilted jacket under which she wears a white T-shirt and black jeans. When approaching people her walk is measured, neither aggressive nor submissive and more often then not her expression is blank, almost coldly so. She has richer tastes then she tends to display , and when her credits match her needs this will change.
BACKGROUND:One man's legacy is another persons calling Yànhuì is the last in the line of practitioners of the art their sect simply calls the White. The White is a secretive and selfish art , passed down through the generations by practitioners that are chosen based on a marriage of ambition and aggression , rather any sort of concept of self defence or anything dedicated to the greater good. This is not to say that its practitioners are evil, just that they tend to be driven, self motivated people , no goal is to lofty, no concept out of reach to aspirant dedicated to the art.
Yànhuì was chosen early from her position from a man she only ever knew as Master Crane. He was a old man, the fires of his ambition having been put out years ago , and with that the edge in what made his art strong. He had been looking for his final apprentice for years , and after a long period of option Yànhuì was chosen. What first started as after school lessons became a driving passion and Master Crane was more then willing to fan this new students flame , pushing them longer and harder , forging body, mind, and spirit into a shape fit to take on the challenges that would be thrust upon them.
Their relationship was near adversary Master Crane always pushing harder and harder, and Yànhuì refusing to back down from the challenge. There were many evenings that teach or student would storm off , but under it all there was a understanding that they would be back the following day ready to tackle the next part of their training with fresh eyes and clear mind. Master Crane's teachings focused on discipline and control being just as important as power and speed and this edge helped Yànhuì not just learn the art of the White but also excel in various parts of day to day life.
It was last year that Master Crane gave into his age and passed away, a death of natural causes , he passed with the comfort of knowing that his technique was passed down to the next generation , and now it was up to Yànhuì to do with it what they would. The training has left Yànhuì confident , ambitious and sworn not to shy away from any, and anything she deems worth her time and dedication. The nature of the training has left Yànhuì a sense of personal pride and with the understanding that to take what she wants it will require more then just her fists. She seeks to be both warrior on the battlefield and the negotiating table.
At this point in time she breaks her secrecy and pushes herself out into the world, her first goals to meet the most politically connected and most powerful people to get a better understanding of the world she thrusts herself into.
TECHNIQUES:
[A1] Brilliance: By gathering her Ki Yànhuì creates a small ball of brilliant white ki that will float above her hand, by pushing into it the ball expends itself, becoming a beam of incandescent light scorching inanimate targets and exploding on impact against living ones. It deals 33% PL in damage.
[B1] Intervention: With an outstretched hand Yànhuì creates a white barrier of power between herself and an attack, protecting herself for 33% of her power level against incoming attacks.
[UT] Energy Sensing: With practiced ease Yànhuì can read the power level of living things around her, through this understanding the threat of her enemies.
