The clashing of powers to the north was amazing, even from the spinach wastes that were south of Mt Frappe it could be seen the powers that be. Xander had remained out of the fight because of Oboe's orders, yet he wanted to join in... He wanted to help his master fight, yet he was useless... Powerless in this current state. The namekian kept his gaze fixed on the distance, eyes not wavering even as a shockwave came rushing to greet him. It was like a nuke of energy there, every so often a wave of energy coming to tilt the trees or blow over some rock formations.
Xander stood silently, watching from a distance with his keen hearing. It boiled his insides to not be apart of it all, and some part of him... felt disgusted with himself for not being present. His eyes narrowed as he stared at the mountain in the distance. The powers of super saiyans, of being he didn't even know the names of and possibly more were there... and yet here he stood. Xander's eyes then went to the ground as he gritted his teeth in frustration.
Just what was he doing standing here! He should be in there helping the Guru! Some part of Xander was furious and he also had this gut feeling... something was wrong somewhere else. But he didn't know where or why? Perhaps his instincts were kicking in, or perhaps something else was at work? Whatever the case may have been, Xander's inner self was screaming that he should be doing... something... ANYTHING. Yet he continued to stand, silently staring at the mountain from a distance. Waiting for the return of his master.

Kraktus flew towards the battlefield his scouter beeping with a wild set of numbers. Seems he was missing at one hell of a party. This is what he got for oversleeping. He could have been there though it might be for the best. Some heroes would maybe take the chance to kill him and he could not risk that. Kraktus scouter beeped agian as it picked up a power close by. Kraktus looked over to see a namekian who seemed to be watching the mountain where all this fighting was going on. Kraktus looked down and grunted. This would be for the best he was not going to join the fight. He might as well ask what had been going on. Maybe this namekian would give him some context. Or maybe he was clueless. Either way, there was nothing better for him to do. Kraktus would slowly float down landing in front of the Namekian. "Well, I didn't expect to see your type around here. I assume you are just sitting here waiting for something or can you sense Ki. If you can then I bet you can pick up the massive cataclysm that is happening right there." He'd point towards Mt.Frappe a grin on his face.

Xander's eyes looked to the new arrival, his words seeming confusing at first till he realized the squid was referring to his Namekian heritage. At least, that was how Xander took it to heart, his eyes narrowing at the individual. He was strong, about the same strength as Oboe at base form. But Xander showed no fear in his eyes, but rather a seething hatred for the alien. Xander's prejudice coloring his view before he even got to know the alien, not that he thought about it like that. All he thought was how arrogant this man seemed in his approach and words.
The namekian gritted his teeth as he looked back to the mountain in question.
"Tch... Aye, I can sense them."
But Xander's gaze was distant as he thought about his master once more, feeling the world about them groan in pain from their fighting. Such fighting was unnatural for this world and the spirits spoke to Xander to say as much. Though they were quiet to anyone who didn't possess that ability, he was clearly listening to them. But his hood may have prevented that from being seen from the sides or behind.
"You are strong... why aren't you up there fighting Squidman?"
Xander's remark was a cutting one, meant to offend and it was clear he didn't care about the strength gape between them. Perhaps it was arrogance on his part or ignorance of the consequences. Whatever the case was, he kept his gaze in the distance.

Kraktus smiled as the Namekian seemed to confirm that he could indeed sense the ki that was coming from the moutains. He wished he could sense it. It must have felt so good but sadly he had to rely on his scouter to tell him anything. It was not that it didn't work but it was not the same. Kraktus then turned to look at him as he seemed to be aware he was strong and wanted to know why he was not fighting. Kraktus shrugged. "I don't want too. I am well aware that If I go and fight I am going to be killed. Plus hopefully, if all goes according to plan. Everyone is fighting there and that means things are free. I can think clearly without worrying about any danger for a while. This fight will take a long time and a longer time for them to recover. Most of all It is a battle not worth much. A battle over a stupid mountain. Who the hell would want to fight over that. If this was a battle for this planet I might give a damn but for what is being offered. I would never waste my time with something so small." Kraktus huffed.
