I'm not making this to say that staff aren't doing their jobs or that they're doing them poorly, I just want to make that clear. Because I do think staff are doing a fairly good job going but that doesn't mean there aren't issue.
I've just been noticing a trend where people sometimes have to wait weeks or even a month in order for things to get graded. I get that this is a hobby and that the staff team have other things going on in there lives but waits that long leave people with a sour taste in their mouths. My solution to this is a rather simple one in that you we simply increase the number of staff members. These staff members don't even need to be admins but moderators that can handle some of the smaller tasks like BPs and Apps.
I feel as though this would help a lot in the speed at which some things get done.

Thought I'd come in and drop my two cents on this while I wait for my EXP to get fixed.
Yes, I've noticed that things are fairly... slow, so to say. However, I do have to give big props to Sketch and Nashua who are constantly the MVPs when it comes to admin work.
Having said that, the number of staff is not the issue; we already have 7 members of staff, which is more than enough. What they should be looking for are staff members that know what they're doing, know how the plugins work where changing EXP/PL is concerned, and are willing to put in the time to get around to things that haven't been touched yet.
No, this isn't a knock against current staff, so don't take offense to this post.

I think both of you have your points. 7 staff is enough to do it but more staff regulating very specific roles can reduce common areas that see backing up or long wairs. Grading training post for an example can be graded by delagated person then his recomendation sent to an actual admin. There they can quick review to speed up time or trust the grade up to admin. The wait times can really hurt the desire for new players to join Wod or I should say younger players. This also has a third role. It helps develop trust between current admins and possible future admins if the site starts to grow.
As for the correct training maybe make a youtube video and post it up. That way they can come back and review?
