NAME: Talia (From Taliaferro apple, an extinct fruit species)
ALIASES: Tal, Tali, Doc, Medic
SPECIES: Alien A (Neo Machine Mutant Tuffle)
AGE: 2324 (Mentally 32)
GENDER: Female
STARTING PLANET: Vegeta
APPEARANCE:

Talia was a Tuffle woman. At first glance her appearace wasn't that different from Human-type Earthlings, albeit shorter. She stood at 111 centimeters tall(or 3'8") tall, with a semi-athletic build. She had a light complexion. She had red neck-length hair, cut in a mushroom-like hairstyle. Her eyes were a normal light green. Talia had gone through some cybernetic modifications, noticable with the red marks across her face and body.
Now, Talia lives as a machine mutant Tuffle. Her height and build stays mostly the same. Her metalic skin is a pale white, and so is her hair. She has synthetic eyes that lack any pupils or irises, and go from green to red based on her emotions. Overall, it's apparant that Talia is an artificial being.
Talia wears labcoats or surgeon scrubs when she's working. She dons more casual outfits when she isn't. She likes to wear fancy clothes, with bright colors like red or pink, as it reminds her of her past self.
BACKGROUND:
Talia was a Tuffle born on planet Plant, on Feburary 22th of Age 695. She was raised in a pretty wealthy household, and her parents were medical scientists. Due to that, they had access to high-level Tuffle medical technology, and Talia got to experience its effects first hand. This was good, since Talia was a bit of a carefree, outgoing kid. While not the most athletic Tuffle girl out there, playing outdoors was something she liked to do, and often she came home with a few bruises and scratches, minor injuries that could easily be treated.
Still, Talia's parents got worried that their daughter would mistakenly think that she was invincible, so they sat her down and had a bit of a talk about her mortality with her. After that, Talia did become a bit more careful. At the same time, Talia came to understand how great of a thing medical technology was, and found a new interest in it. She wanted to save lives like her mom and dad, further the development of medical science, and perhaps one day, find a way to rid of her race's mortality, somehow...
For the several years that followed, Talia changed...well, shifted her focus. Talia was still as spunky and jovial as ever, but she became a bookworm of sorts, and she studied hard to enroll in a medical school, aiming to become a medical scientist. Talia found out that she actually had some talent in this department, and everything seemed to be working out for her... However, while Talia was in college, the Tuffle-Saiyan war broke out, ending peace for all Tuffles.
Talia continued on with her studies and training, and became a doctor at a pretty young age. Talia stayed optimistic, and tried her best to brighten up the mood with her peers and patients. She tried not to get involved with the conflict, hoping it would all just blow over and end. However, reality soon hit her hard in the face.
It all happened so suddenly, one day, the city Talia was in happened to get attacked by Saiyans, and the hospital Talia worked at got caught in an explosion, killing or injuring hundreds of Tuffles. Talia herself was critically wounded as well. Thankfully, after some extensive surgery, Talia survived. Talia had her eyes and some limbs and organs replaced with cybernetic ones, and she had to be put into a healing tank for a week, but she lived.
It didn't feel quite the same, though. A lot of those she knew had died, and the incident was ingrained into her memory, along with the permanent reminders implanted in her body. As much as she felt heartbroken, Talia remained good at her job, and even better with cybernetic assistance. Talia continued to work, perfectly treating patients and peforming surgical procedures, making no mistakes, almost like a machine. Talia still kept a smile on her face, she had to stay cheerful, if not for herself, for everyone else.
Some Tuffle soldiers suggested that Talia join the military, and she wouldn't have minded that, had her father and mother not suggested an alternative. Malus and Pumila offered their daughter Talia a job in their lab, where they were working on a new, enhanced nanomachine prototype. So, Talia started helping her parents and their team with this project. They hoped that once it was completed, they could use it to greatly reduce casualties, and help the Tuffle army win the war.
But it seemed as though fate was not on their side.
The Saiyans transformed into terrifying beasts under the full moon, and had started decimating the Tuffle army. The lab had received several calls for help from both armymen and civilians, only for them to cut to static soon afterwards. The Tuffles were losing, and they were being wiped out by the minute.
Talia grew desperate, and irrational as the seconds ticked by. Talia stood looking down at the vat containing the nanomachines, trembling as tremors and quakes caused by explosions and giant feet could be heard from above. Oh, if only they could complete their creation, and produce more. Then they could help the soldiers outside. They could still turn this around, couldn't they? There were still survivors, they could heal them, and they would rejoin the fight, and...
A loud boom rang out as a giant monkey's palm broke through the ceiling and reached into the lab. A Saiyan had found them, even though they were underground, they could not fool their scouters. The underground Tuffle lab broke out in chaos, researchers screaming and fleeing, guards futilely firing upon the Saiyan, while the Oozaru crushed one Tuffle after another.
Talia, in her panic, accidentally slipped and fell into the vat of nanobots. She writhed in pain as the microsurgeons tried to heal wounds that weren't there. As useless as she knew it would be with the Saiyan being here, Talia struggled to get out, like her survival instincts were telling her to.
Then someone closed the lid.
And activated the cryofreeze.
All Talia saw was the ceiling collapsing on top of her, before everything went black.
Over 2000 years later...
Talia opened her eyes again. She had survived, the nanomachines had preserved her. However, something was different. The Tuffle known as Talia had ceased to be, her organic body had been lost, fused with the nanomachines she had helped to create. Was she even alive anymore? Were there any Tuffles left alive? What had happened while she was out? Wishing to seek answers, the thing that called herself Talia exited her container, and headed outside.
TECHNIQUES:
OFFENSIVE/DEFENSIVE TECHNIQUES:
8k - [A1Offensive] Scalpel Lance:
Talia can morph parts of her body into the shape of different tools for medical procedures. She can also use them in combat by creating enhanced versions. Talia produces scalpels from her body, and using 1 KP to charge them with artificial ki, she charges at a foe, attempting to deal 33% of her offensive PL as damage by stabbing them!
[B1Defensive] Painless Steel:
Talia can use her nanomachines to make her body more durable. By using a bit of power, she can enhance her durability further for short periods of time, and take a hit while reducing the pain she feels. Talia uses 1 KP to harden her skin, and defends herself with 33% of her defensive PL.
SUPPORT TECHNIQUES:
[SU1Evasion] Plasma Booster:
Talia activates her plasma thrusters, firing them up at max power. She uses her jetpack, jetboots, or anything else she can produce, and blasts off at high speeds, flying away from danger. Using 1 KP, Talia dodges an attack if it has a power lower than 100% of her defensive PL.
UTILITY TECHNIQUES:
[UT] Medical Nanomachines:
Talia's body has been fused with an enhanced version of the medical nanomachines that she used during her life as a Tuffle doctor. They are first and foremost a medical tool capable of aiding in the body's healing. Their fabricator program allows them to create materials, medical tools, food, water, blankets, etc. The microsurgeons can also be weaponized, but their dissolving power is only as strong as Talia's PL, and their attacks can be defended against. Requires OOC consent and can be blocked. This may be intergrated into KP attacks, which can also be blocked by the usual methods.
[UT] Tuffleization:
Talia's body can scatter, and enter another being's body to possess them. Her nanomachines can leave a Tuffle parasite within the bodies of other beings. Once planted, it continues to control them, and slowly mutates them, transforming them into a servant of her and the Tuffle race. This does require OOC consent, with effects varying from person to person. Those with a strong mind or body may be able to resist this through some method.
[UT1] Stealth Drive:
Talia has installed software that allows her to enter a stealth mode of sorts, and with it, she can stay low and make herself less noticeable. Talia's power level gets lowered, her energy being suppressed to a lower level. Talia's part-organic, part-artificial ki signature is still able to be detected, as 1 PL is the lowest it can drop to. When Talia uses any KP techniques, the stealth drive is automatically deactivated.
TRAITS:
ACE
➠Liquefaction/Regeneration: Talia is a machine mutant Tuffle, modified to endure and survive. Talia's nanomachines allow her to liquefy her body, and regenerate by recreating lost cells and regrowing body parts, or reattaching seperated parts. Once per thread, Talia can heal 100% PL in damage, as long her taken damage is under 300% of her PL, or as long as she doesn't get wiped out in one shot by a 200%+ PL attack.
MODERATE
➠Jumpstart: While fighting is not second nature to this character, she can make use of her heightened inteligence and craftiness to come up with new ideas on how to use her pre-programmed fuctions. Talia begins with two extra technique slots at character creation.
DIMINISHING
➠Rampant Nanomachines: Some of Talia's forms require her to overexert herself. Without proper control, errors or glitches may occur, causing her nanomachines to go berserk. Three of her transformed states need Tech Slots to be used to gain control at certain PL intervals. These forms are: x3, x19, x32
