Babyl's PL: 26,000
Seeing the look on Ikra's face and the explanation from both Riis and Kaal forced Babyl to refresh the side of his brain that handled reason, giving him a chance to finally notice the crowd gathering in the room. Most of them seemed to know Ikra, Riis, Golgari, or all three, but Babyl knew not one of them aside from the three previously mentioned. As he looked around the room, the hostility was evident. Everyone was on edge, and for good reason. Ikra had essentially issued a declaration of war in her haste to read the mind of Riis, and without a second thought sought to achieve something not quite within her grasp. Still, the fact that so many strangers jumped at this opportunity meant that something more might be going on behind the scenes that he had no knowledge about, especially with the two strangers that seemed most hostile. He took this moment to look upon the Arcosian and the stranger with the cane. He didn't recognize either of these individuals, nor had he heard about them in passing. As the man with the cane spoke, a familiar feelings soaked into the back of Babyl's neck as shivers travelled the rest of the way down his spine. He didn't need to know who this person was to understand that they were bad news. Reflecting on his new acquaintance's words, Babyl was struck but inspiration on how he might be able to calm the nerves of all of those present- though admittedly, it was possible that anyone could use this opportunity for more fearsome reactions. Babyl took a deep breath and sighed, turning back to Ikra with a serious stare. "We need to talk, Ikra. But first..." Babyl paused and gestured around to the room, regaining his composure and taking on a big, charming smile. "Let us all sit and have a cup of tea, yes? We can have a little chat about what in the world is going on here without throwing fists, I'm sure." With a flick of his wrist a wave of energy flew out from him in all directions, but seemed only to make contact with those not already allied with Ikra or Babyl. With each new word he spoke, his voice rang in their ears with a certain extra spark as if being hypnotized or charmed. "I feel it would be most unfortunate for this to be resolved in any other way save for civility, wouldn't you all agree?" With a few more waves of his hand, the shadows from before focused themselves on him before spreading out in a large fan. Though intimidating as this looked, they soon began to form the shape of chairs and tables with tea sets already placed on them. With a bow and the snap of his fingers, his own form shifted and his clothing changed to something a bit more formal. As if in the form of the devil himself, an all-black suit now adorned this already massive and strapping individual and his yellow eyes stood out more now than ever before. Moving to the table closest to them, Babyl offered the largest chair to Riis in an effort to apologize for his previous transgressions. Though he was a man with a talent for words, apologies were not his strong suit, especially so soon after a veritable army appeared seemingly out of nowhere. Either way, the room was far too tense to continue on as if nothing had happened without some sort of compromise. Perhaps this would be enough for the moment. Babyl uses his Mesmerize utility technique. This costs zero KP for the purposes of a KP battle. Characters who are affected by this technique find that attempting to harm the person who cast it or their allies is nigh impossible. Effectiveness depends on the caster's hostility toward the victim, the victim's current state of mind, and finally the victim's predisposition towards violence.

Why did it always seem that a single spark of trouble called everyone and their mothers’ from across the galaxy just to poke their noses into something that for all intents and purposes was not their business? At least not as far as Riis was concerned. Granted he hadn’t met most of the people here, so maybe they had business with the quieter parts of Konats. He could even sense a power level just outside his castle doing… something. But the two people that stood out the most for him where the Arcosian and the human. The moth man was a tad blunt as well, but the prince was well used to that sort of behavior. Still, all of this cacophonous nonsense was beginning to bring out the monster.
To top it all off, Ikra’s submission to punishment brought a red tinge to his cheeks. “N-no. No no you don’t need to be punished for being overzealous. Actually you may have given me a bit of inspiration my dear.”
Riis was about to snap at the orange-haired man for insulting his brother. Luckily this Kaal fellow had a calm and clever head about him. Riis smiled, “Thank you, Kaal was it? A cool head is always appreciated whenever things begin to grow a little chaotic. However, I don’t think it is necessary to kick anyone out. Yet. Perhaps this is just what I needed.” The eldest royal son sauntered over to the large table conjured by Ikra’s brother, taking his place at the largest seat, looking to the male demon himself. “Thank you as well. Ikra never told me she had any siblings.”
The prince’s gaze drifted over to his originally uninvited guests. It seemed the first thing he should do was clear up a few things. The arcosian peacekeeper was neither needed nor welcome. Unfortunately their power dwarfed everyone else in the room. Riis would have to choose his words carefully before proceeding.
“Now that things are at least starting to calm down, I believe I should clear the air.” First he glanced to the moth. “If you think I didn’t notice any 'obsession' then you either don’t know me or only got your information from Ashi. I DID notice, however I didn’t say it due to any negative connotation the word would have. Simply put, I choose my words carefully.” Then he glanced over to the human. “I am Prince Riis. Typha’s eldest brother. And you will not insult Konats’ greatest hero in my presence. Do so again and you will leave,” his tone slowly crept into a sharp almost monstrous growl. Despite the gentle words, it would be clear that this was nota request.
Now it was time to address the elephant sized power level in the room. “I appreciate your concern for my home. However I must state that Konats has been and after recent events shall always be independent from the whole Saiyan versus Arcosian war going on. If you are aligned with either the Kingdom or the remnants of the Fleet I must ask you to leave. As Kaal said, the magical shadow has receded so there is no more need for further assistance. That being said bear with me a moment.”
Riis then let out a deep sigh, “Finally,” he said in an almost groan. “You two. I’m guessing you are also siblings?” he asked the bizarre alien duo. “I suppose I am… Ikra’s... man yes,” he blushed once more. “Which brings me to my next point. I wonder how you all know her.” His attention quickly darted back to his castle doors. “Oh and someone please tell that power level outside to either come in or go about his day. In the mean time I believe it is quite rude to barge into someone's home without introducing yourselves.” Though he didn't say it outright, Riis hoped the gathered crowd got the message. Then again, with everything happening there was no guarantees. "Names and your business here. If any. Please."

Well, this certainly took an interesting turn. Not long after he approached the scene, did they get a couple of arrivals. A pair of twin aliens, one seemed rowdy for a fight, the other showing reasonable restraint. But what really drew everyone's attention was the Arcosian entering the room, indeed stronger than anyone else here. He was certainly someone Flip needed to keep an eye on. He seemed fairly reasonable, but that could change any minute. Flip would have to wait to see how things turned out regarding him.
However, his attention was quickly turned to the source of the telepathic message earlier, who was no projecting his words telepathically, stating that Riis was unfit to rule, before turning his attention to Flip, telling him to shut up. Flip's eye twitched at the humanoid moth's words. Unless Konats suddenly started sprouting moth people, he wasn't a native either. Though there was one thing Flip had noticed.
Ikra had not reacted to the moth's words regarding Riis. Had she not heard? Perhaps he was keeping her out of the telepathic loop. Flip's smile quickly returned, as an idea came to mind. The issue with Ikra seemed to be sorted, but will it remain that way? Well, that was to be certain. He paid little notice to the other alien's words, accusing him of instigating. It was when Riis spoke up to him about insulting his brother that Flip saw his opening. He gave the prince a charming smile. "My dear prince, I certainly mean no insult. I merely state fact, one that your brother himself has even admitted to me. This isn't the first time he's been regrettably absent in Konats' time of need, though I will not doubt his desire to help his people." He looked the prince right in the eyes. "Though I must disagree with one thing. You may not be as strong as your brother, but you are here, helping your people in any way you can. I believe YOU are Konats' greatest hero. Do not sell yourself short your highness."
At that point, he felt the magic spell that the second shadow demon was weaving, summoning up a table and a tea set. Unfortunately, Babyl made one small error. Flip didn't plan any hostility towards him, or her sister. He gave the demon a smile. "Well, a cup of tea would certainly be lovely. But I'm afraid there's one thing that needs to be addressed first." He turned his attention towards the insectoid bioandroid who had talked smack to him earlier. "Isn't that right, my little telepathic hypocrite?" He closed the gap between them, his eyes locked on him, "You quickly, and rudely, rush to Typha's aid when I simply start fact, and then in the same thought declare that our dedicated crown prince here, doesn't deserve to rule. Do tell us, who do you think should rule instead?" The others had heard his telepathic words, that wasn't being debated. But what Flip was making sure was that IKRA heard them.
Let the games begin.

His entrance was not taken well. That was to be expected, at the very least. A show of force immediately upon arrival could certainly sour opinions of his very being there but when civilians were potentially in danger, there wasn't time to dance around the subject and meekly introduce himself as if he were a squire again. The only thing that temporarily drew his attention was a pair of aliens stumbling in the door in an accidental manner, slinging back words of colorful vocabulary between each other. His eyes narrowed a bit, but Freige didn't address the pair as they were already being reprimanded by others present. Well, to be fair, so was he. A few of them had some things to say about his arrival, none really particularly welcoming.
The first one to speak had a familiar voice, and it took only a moment to pin it down. "You were the same one who sent out the message," Freige stated, tilting his head as he addressed Golgari. "Your phrasing and tone were more liable to attract people rather than repel them, you know that right?" Or maybe he thought that a psychic threat would ward off potential interference. "'Our politics?' Last I checked, Konats wasn't home to people such as yourself." He said dryly. "And, forgive me if I'm mistaken, but I don't believe the capital falling under a cloak of shadow and someone warning all to stay away from the planet is typical politics. I suppose you could consider a hostile takeover a political shift of sorts, so in that regard, I shall continue interfering if that is what you mean."
"As for the culprit-" He turned to continue, only for Ikra to immediately reveal herself and reign in her shadowy powers. "Oh." He blinked. "That was easier than I had anticipated." Relaxing, Arondite hissed as the techo-magic sword was sheathed, the Arcosian adopting a more friendly stance. "My apologies if I came off as callous. Usually, situations like these don't diffuse quite so... easily?" Kais above knew that such was the case for his own home AND Earth, as far as he had seen. He didn't mind that the Demon kept the magic up specifically in the throne room. It seemed to be her line of defense, and dropping it now would be foolish.
A male spoke to him, one of an indiscernible species. Freige was unmoved by his demands, giving Kaal an unimpressed look. "I'll leave once this whole mess is sorted out. I don't see you trying to boot out the squabbling pair or the... egg... person." It was almost as if they expected him to laugh manically and threaten to blow the planet up. He was interceding on a planet-wide threat, not barging in unannounced during an official coronation. A demon, similar in appearance to the shadow-caster, spoke in an attempt to defuse the situation. For some reason, despite the inoffensive nature of his words, a shudder racked the Arcosians' body as his eyes grew unfocused for a moment. A fleeting emotion, a wanton want, passed over him and left as quick as it came. "Perhaps I'll take a seat in a moment."
Unbeknownst to Freige, Babyl's attempt to coax him mystically had failed, but the knightly warrior had no true hostile intention in the first place. The actual Konatsian addressed him. Despite the attempt at appeasing Freige, an involuntary scowl flickered across his face. "I'm not affiliated with the Fleet simply because I am a-" The Arcosian paused, face returning to a neutral expression, tail flicking in irritation. "The Fleet was a plague that had unfortunately garnered support among the more vile members of my species. I'm not here on behalf of anyone, save for my own intuition." Not a lie. While he worked for the Saiyan Kingdom at the moment ultimately, his presence here was due to his own choice to help.
"I am Freige Feran. Arcosian warrior and off-duty diplomat." He stressed the last part, simply to enforce that his being here wasn't to try and gain an edge politically. He didn't want to outright lie to the planet's future leader, though, so a small concession was necessary. "I had come to ensure that no innocent lives were lost in what seemed to be a hostile takeover of Konats. While that threat has seemingly abated for the moment, I'd like to stay for a bit longer to fully confirm that it won't start again as soon as I depart." The man with the cane spoke up again, Freige turning to give him a concealed glare. Flip seemed here only to cause issues, and if Freige was reading the situation properly, most of them thought that he and this man were no different in their intent. He wouldn't make a move just yet. After all, he had just been told to 'not interfere with Konatsian politics' and the question the slimeball posed seemed as political as it could get.

Leech and Anny looked over at Golgari as he was yelling at them. The two sneered at him. “This is a family matter stay out of it!” Both of them yelled at him. Did he think he was allowed to get in there way? Both getting that out of there system did call them down a bit. They stopped there cursing and began to focus more on what was going on. This Golgari guy was really aggressive though he wanted everyone to just leave words would not get people to move out. Anny rubbed her forehead. “Jeez this is a mess.” Leech nodded. “Yeah, I got to agree on that one. I didn’t expect to find something like this. To be honest I am genuinely shocked. Still, this mess seemed to be ending as the shadow was fading. Guess whatever Ikra was doing was over now. Anny frowned looking at her friend. She seemed really down and out, guess she fucked up bad.
Then Leech and Anny felt a humming in there head. “Man, I don’t feel very violent?” Leech frowned. Anny just stared. “Yeah, I feel pretty calm right now.” Anny looked at Leech. “I am sorry I kicked you.” Leech nodded. “I am sorry...hell no I ain’t sorry!” Leech grabbed her collar. “You asshole shut up already!” Anny yelled. Babyl technique has only just made them turn their anger on eachother again. At least they’d not go attacking anyone else though. Leech elbow Anny in the jaw before Anny put Leech in a chokehold. “Gah tap out!” Leech yelled as Anny kept him in the chokehold. What got them to stop again was Riis speaking as he seemed to be mad at this Flip guy apparently this Typha guy was important. “Sounds like a jobber,” Leech said as Anny made the choke harder. “GAH!” Anny just smiled. “Yes let not go insulting people that are not here especially people who are heroes.” Though Anny had to admit this guy did sound like a jobber. If he was a hero he’d be here instead of somewhere else.
Leech grunted when Riis was embarrassed admitting he was Ikra man. “You should be fucking happy bro. She is hot as hell.” Anny made sure to make the chokehold even harder again as he said that. When he asked who they were, Anny smiled. “Well I am Anny well that is just my nickname. This is Leech, my dumbass older brother.” Leech raised a thumbs up as his face was puffed up blue. “We know Ikra from Arosce we meet her there. Then the reason we are here is that we left a planet and got chased by the galactic patrol. Don’t ask why we were being chased, it ain’t important.” Also, that would mean she may need to dispose of it. No way in hell was she and Leech being taken in by the GP. Leech looked up at Flip spoke up. He had a slimy way of speaking. He was like those guys who hired bounty hunters. Really arrogant until someone crashed there head under a boot. Except, this guy had a little flare to it. He was an odd one and dangerous to boot.
Anny paid little attention to the man focusing more on Riis which allowed Riis to slip out of the chokehold. “Hey?” Anny looked at him. Leech just grabbed his neck. “Christ you were gonna kill me. Don’t need to choke me I am done.” Leech tapped the ground. She grunted and went back to focus. Something about calling this Riis guy a hero and how the aggressive moth boy had seemed to be on the side of this Typha guy was a better ruler. That what Leech and Anny understood. Anny just sighed. “I don’t know who this Typha guy is so I don’t really care. Plus if Ikra picked Riis gotta be a reason.” If Ikra knew a smoking hot, better version of Riis why not take him. Especially if he was some hero. Nah she’d pick the best guy even if Riis did look like a jobber. Leech just stood there rubbing his chin. Anny looked over shocked. “Yo...Your thinking!” Anny asked in shock. Leech nodded. “Ye I am thinking what to say. I don’t usually like to be all smart and stuff but I can do that. I got a brain you know.” Anny frowned. “I doubt that you're a meathead.” Leech didn’t move leaving Anny confused. He really was using his brain? That hadn’t happened at least since Vega 7 10 years ago. This was going to be interesting.
“First off I wanna thank this guy.” He’d point to Fridge. “He seems to be here to solve this problem. While I do hate those types of people you guys really should be more appreciative. He came to help people so yah.” He’d clapped as Anny looked confused. What was Leech playing at? “Second, I ain’t here to tell people who should rule the planet. In fact, I don’t give a shit if this planet gets turned into a dustbowl. Hell, I just saw a bunch of mercs go to blow up Planet Namek. My point is my sister has not started yelling about anyone being really strong. You all seem to be hella weak. Compared to me you're probably way stronger than me but that means shit. I can’t even hold a candle to a super saiyan. Instead of asking who should rule this dustbowl you should ask how you gonna keep your dumb people safe. So let's not bitch and moan about that. The person who should rule the planet is the person who can keep its people safe. That means if you wanna rule fucking Ikra boyfriend. Get strong enough to protect your people. That how the rule is controlled afterall, it ain't bloodline or right it is strength.” Anny frowned. “So you're saying he should be a dictator?” Leech crossed his arms. “I just think he should be strong enough to defend it like Kayen is.”

'Oh, so you simply... what? Didn't bother with my friend's feelin's because it would cause you trouble? You call yourself her man, and yet all I hear is how you've been ignorin' her.' Golgari's 'voice' rises within Riis' mind, his antennae beginning to hum and twitch more out of anger than his telepathic messages. He took a threatening step towards Riis, hands balled into fists as a small cracking noise comes from his body, before the words of the others distracted him. First was the weasel of a human, a type of person Golgari had plenty of experience with as he had traversed the less noble side of Konatsian society. 'Sands you're greasy.' He hums within the redhead's mind, wheeling around to look at him as his mental communication included everyone. He stared Flip in the eyes as the two practically butted heads, they were so close. 'You implied that just because Typha's dealin' with somethin' that he don't care. Nobody here is that stupid that they'd fall for somethin' that damn obbvious. And yeah, I did say that. I also said the words if he didn't notice her feelings, which you coincidentally left out, scumbag. He did, which ends that part of it, even though it raises even more damn questions about what the hell he's doing.'
'As for you, fuck off means fuck off. We don't need or want your 'help'.' He doesn't even look towards Friege when he addresses the Arcosian, green eyes still staring down Fortuna. 'And my siblings and I are as native to Konats as Kaal and Riis here. We were born on this planet, don't try 'n' talk about crap ya don't know.' Then the other two began to act up, and Golgari felt a small headache begin to build. It wasn't through his near continual use of his telepathy, but between the voices of his siblings as they settled around the capital city and all the yelling going on, he found himself about to snap out towards where the fighting pair were. Yet before that could happen, he suddenly felt... less angry. A calming breath leaves him as he stands away from Fortuna, crossing his arms and leaning against a wall to peer at where the blue one was talking. 'Ya ever heard of people just workin' together?' He says, mental voice significantly calmer now. 'It's idiotic to think ya need personal strength to rule people. All you really need is people to like you. Then they'll follow on their own.'
'Though I gotta say, between the Hero Typha and the prince Riis, things aint lookin' too good on that front for ya.' He sends a glance towards Riis, feeling a a minutiae of annoyance before it was squashed out by... something. He wasn't sure what. He just felt... calm. Or, well, calmer. A sigh leaves him as he debates just washing his hands of the entire business. He knew things were only going to escalate, judging by the attitudes here, and now that Ikra wasn't covering the place in shadow he really didn't have much of a stake in it outside of making sure she was okay. Sands knew he didn't have any love lost between him and the prince.
Golgari is affected by Babyl's mesmerise! He is calmer now.

Boft didn't know what was going on. People were talking, and things happening. It seemed political. He was never one for politics. It was all too complicated for a man such as himself. He preferred the more simple pleasures in life. Like fighting, being a space bandit, drinking tea, playing on his Game Bao, etc. He was just there for his good friend, Kaal. He hoped Todd and Carl were doing okay. They were still unconscious, unfortunately. They'd wake up eventually. Boft decided now was a good time to set them down on the ground, just as the prospect of tea time was being discussed. Now, Boft was interested. It seemed like everything was going to be ending peacefully, after all! No big fight with those shadow creatures in the palace. No fighting the beautiful demon lady. Not a single punch had been thrown! That made Boft quite happy. If peace was an option, he'd always like to take it. Well, unless he was fighting for fun of course. If Boft had vocal cords, or the ability to move his mouth, he would be saying "alls well that ends well" right about now. Yep. Nothing else could possibly go wrong- "the... egg... person."WHAT?!
Boft, in an almost robotic fashion, turns his head a full hundred-and-eighty degrees to face in the direction of Freige. What did this lizard thing just call him? Was he just referred to as an egg person? Was that all he was to people? An egg-thing? Because that wasn't what he was at all. He was an EGGE! The last member of an extinct race! And he was proud to be an Egge! This was just... Prejudice. He was being overlooked as someone with worth. He was just the "egg guy" to this Arcosian. Now Boft's entire body had twisted around as well to face the man. Boft wouldn't stand for such an insult. Nor sit. But he would walk. Walk right at Freige, menacing energy beginning to build. And yet the expression on his face didn't change. The same soulless stare and blank smile. Then, the color on Boft's shell begins to change. It begins to darken... Until it becomes a deep, crimson red. Then his muscles begin to change color too, becoming a bright, pinkish-red. Smoke begins to rise off him as his body heats up, becoming so hot he singes the floor where he steps. It gets so hot that the shell begins to crack! Until finally... The shell snaps open! And what's inside? A... Tinier Boft?! That's right, another Boft, no taller than 3 feet bursts from Boft's head. The shell on the original Boft's head comes back together, and it's fully repaired as if nothing had happened. From here on out, the original Boft will be called Boft α and the new Boft will be referred to as Boft β. β is just as red as α, and just as muscular. While α keeps walking at Freige, β begins to rapidly grow, stopping at the same nine feet and eleven inches as Boft. One is just as strong as the other. Just as the two of them were about to launch their assault, they felt something. A sensation, a slight calming effect comes across their minds. Something- No, someone was trying to calm them. How could they remain calm when they were insulted like that?! The two Boft's heads turn completely backward yet again, looking in the direction of Babyl. Their rage wouldn't be sated by some childish trick like that! For a moment, their menacing rage was directed at the demon, before snapping back to the arcosian. β catches up to α, their maximum energy now fully on display. While everyone else was bickering about something or other, the two copies of the same person stand side-by-side, and in unison raise a hand in the air, aimed right at Freige! At first, a ball of yolky yellow ki appears right at the palm, before expanding outward, and then releasing itself in a beam of energy! Both beams are fired towards Freige, with the intent to cause some serious damage, a lesson to be learned when messing with the last Egge in the universe!
OOC: Boft rejoins post order!
He transforms into (x2T) Hard Boiled! His PL is now 60,000!
He then uses [UT1] Yolk Split! There are now two Bofts?!
Boft α:

Boft β:
PL: 30,000 KP: 7/7 -> 6/7 PL Damage Total: 30%

With everything going on, Ikra was grateful to Kaal when he spoke up chiding Flip and Friege for their unwanted interference. Indeed, Flip in particular was being rather insolent to Prince Typha. She wanted to thank him now and personally, but Ikra’s guard was up now. The Arcosian still seemed hostile. The strange fellow standing beside Kaal… well, Kaal seemed to know him so it was less of a concern. She glanced over to Babyl when he said that they needed to talk. Oh dear, why couldn’t he leave her alone? She was already embarrassed enough to have shamed and slighted her Lord Riis. But as he went on, she realized what he was doing. She shifted herself slightly so that Riis could not be affected. But, Ikra didn’t feel the tug of magic, so he must not have angled it toward her. Hopefully, he had the sense to avoid Lord Riis too. She cast a worried look to her darling prince to check it he had been affected.
To her surprise, Ikra didn’t see the sparkle of magic in his eyes but a red blush on his face. Her own face heated up a little bit, treasuring just how adorable he looked. He even pardoned her actions and praised her by saying she had given him inspiration?! Ikra had to stop herself from swooning. He even thanked Kaal in her stead. Oh, what didn’t he know to do? As he moved to the table that Babyl had conjured, Ikra stayed at his side, standing on his right next to his seat. She didn’t feel comfortable around so many strangers. Especially when most we’re still relatively hostile. Still, Ikra heeded Riis when he spoke, tilting her head to the side as he spoke to Golgari. She hadn’t exactly been privy to that conversation, so she was a touch confused. Obsession? What obsession? Whose obsession? Ashi?
As she was pondering that mystery, Riis addressed Flip, but not with the amount of venom that Ikra would have put into it. To help further emphasize Lord Riis’s point, Ikra contributed her own glare at Flip as her edges tattered and ripples just that little bit more in the darkness. He soon addressed Friege with all the grace and eloquence that Ikra had fallen in love with. When Riis deigned to bother himself with answering Leech and Anny, Ikra’s face went red with embarrassment. The two of them were making quite a show of themselves. Riis had even called him her man. She covered her face so that no one saw her ecstatic expression and fought back a squee. When she was composed again, she turned her attention to Flip as he spoke.
Her guarded expression melted into a warm smile as he explained what he had meant. Well! That was definitely something that they could agree on. Lord Riis most definitely was Konats’ best and most dedicated hero. “He has a point, my lord, and I’m inclined to agree with him. It is you who have worked so tirelessly all for the sake of Konats! You worked yourself sick. Truly, there is no one more worthy to be King.”
But Flip wasn’t done. He walked over to Golgari, calling him a hypocrite. Ikra started to move to defend the little moth bio-android. Certainly, Golgari was tougher around the edges than others, but a hypocrite? But then he continued… and said something about Golgari saying that Riis didn’t deserve to rule…? Ikra’s eyes flashed with a very brief malice before it stabilized into something more akin to a mother’s scalding glare.
“What…?”
Shadows leaped and stewed around Ikra in a roil. She only cast a passing glance at the Arcosian Friege as he more politely explained himself. It seemed like he had relaxed quite a bit after she had withdrawn her shadows, though Ikra was a little hurt and offended that a foreigner would try to stop her from doing what she thought was right for her prince. Still, it hasn’t been right, and for that, she was deeply ashamed. She briefly returned to darling Riis’s side and leaned down to him in a soft whisper.
“I think we should allow him to stay for now if it pleases you. It seems he’s become civil. More so than our other guests. Please allow me to deal with them.”
Ikra was about to go handle Golgari when Anny and Leech broke out into another brawl. Why? Why Anny? They eventually calmed down a bit, but that didn’t stop Ikra from walking over to the two of them. Before she could ask Anny to remove Leech, the brother went off into a bit of a speech about how Riis should become stronger. Ikra, for her part, was deeply offended. Lord Riis was perfect just the way he was. His mind was his weapon, and it was a sharper wit than anyone! Even this Kayen person, of that she was certain. Besides, it was her job to be Riis’s shield. And sword, should he need one. She turned to Anny.
“Please, Anny, you know I love you darling, but could you take your brother outside if you mean to continue to fight?” Ikra’s look was almost pleading. The throne room was no place for a brawl. After delivering her heartfelt plea to Anny, she turned and marched herself over to Golgari as he was trying to defend himself. What he actually ended up doing was making more of a nuisance of himself and indirectly insulting Prince Riis. Ikra smiled a severe smile and reached up to pinch his antenna.
“Golgariiiiii~ I think you’ve said enough, dear, don’t you?” Ikra said with a venomous sweetness to her voice. Honestly, she was a little hurt by Leech and Golgari’s opinions. That anyone could think that her sweet Riis wasn’t worthy…. but especially Golgari whom she was so close to. She lowered her voice so that only he could hear her, unable to keep the hurt from her voice. “Why would you say something like that?”
Before he could answer her though, the strange alien that had stood beside Kaal startled her with an incredible outburst. She jumped and glanced back wide-eyed at him. She watched with some mixed feelings of horror, fascination, confusion and disgust as the alien… gave birth? As energy started to visibly swell around them, Ikra panicked a little and glanced over to Kaal and then to Babyl with a pleading expression.
“K-Kaal! Babyl! Do something! Stop him!”
She couldn’t stand for someone to harm a guest on Riis’s watch! She, of course, had to guard her darling Riis at all costs. Just in case something went for him. She didn’t think anyone could, but a stray blast in the ensuing chaos… oh, she couldn’t bear to even imagine it.

Kaal began to feel a bit more of the pressure get to him as the company's tension continued to slowly grow. He was never much of a diplomatic type, he figured that's partially the reason why he was a better soldier than he was an authoritative figure- he was more used to solving problems through combat rather than through words. But he was able to at least keep some semblance of a calmed composure as the situation continued to escalate, mostly due to Flip's yearnings to meddle in with the inter-workings of the relationships exposed to him there, and the Arcosian still very much being that of an intimidating presence to have to contend with. Normally, he remained stoic yet all the more confident, but, it seems the appearance of such a game changer knocked such posturings down a peg. Kaal ran a steadied hand through his hair, attempting to swipe the sweat off of his face as his ears and eyes remained trained on specifically Flip, whose silver tongue could lead to greater damage than any of the others could possibly achieve through their fists. Well, besides the Arcosian, at least, but even then at the looks of it he did not seem in the mood for any sort of scuffle. His gaze suddenly shifted from Flip and Friege toward Babyl- him sensing a strange sort of alluring quality coming from the shadow-suited demon sibling. He recognized the feel of magical tinged charisma from anywhere. Though he found it strange such an already politely mannered and charming individual would ever need such a skill- it was a fun little trick for his own people to do back on home, and a nostalgic grin came upon the Vangardian as he serenely recalled his home for a couple moments. Only to be replaced by the sudden stinging of tears upon remembering the tragic end to his entire race. Shaking himself, he raised a hand in polite rejection, saying to Babyl, "Ah, I apologize- but while your offer is quite tempting, magic or no magical influence, I will have to pass. Besides, I'm not much of a tea person, sadly. That goes to Boft right here-" pointing a finger toward his egg-headed friend upon finishing.
His attention then was drawn to the present prince of Konats, and then he immediately began regretting it- wishing he had simply chosen to keep his eyes on Babyl or Flip as his gaze was met with even more gushing of Riis from Ikra. Another irritated twitch of the facial expression- this time a bit more pronounced, and now Kaal had to actively pat his cheek to keep himself in order. Passion was not going to alleviate the already quite passionate atmosphere this entire event had to it, and if they had any chance of leaving this room without any difficulties arising they needed to keep a level head. But the continued exchanges between the prince and his ever-loyal servant was getting on his nerves. Maybe tea wasn't such a bad idea after all?
Attempting to ignore Leech and Anny's shenanigans, shooting them only a stern look that spoke volumes on keeping themselves under control, Kaal was about to announce his reasons for being here when Golgari's telepathy once again sounded off within his mind. He began to get worried he was getting a bit too heated for the circumstances in which they've found themselves in- as any motion of attack at this point could lead the figurative kettle to overheat and explode. Though, as he was then about to ask Golgari to hold off on the gas a bit, his words began to reach him, Kaal finding himself agreeing with every word that left his, well, proverbial mouth. Why choose now to treat Ikra as she should? Who really would fall for Flip's attempts at puppet-mastering the situation? Was a more upfront approach what they needed? Since it seemed Golgari was finding minor success with convincing at least one man of his intent..
..the moment Golgari stopped though, Kaal finally regained his common sense- being forward in their advances toward already seemingly quite defensive people was NOT the way to calm this whole thing down. Once he realized this, Kaal quickly took a step toward the moth-like young man, about to speak a bit of advice as all the sudden the stakes jumped ever higher.
Due to a certain Frost Demons choice in vernacular toward an egg-friend of his.
The Vangardian watched in slight horror as Boft began his walk toward the Arcosian, gritted teeth replacing his tempered expression as the Egge began to power up- even going so far as to, birthing another completely separate Boft!? He had to rub his eyes and check his sight on that one, he wasn't sure if he was seeing straight. But no, Kaals vision was correct, and there was indeed now TWO Bofts he had to take care of present! Facepalming in now blatant frustration, he was already one step ahead of Ikras plea- charging forward and afterimaging into one of the blasts, attempting to prevent any more irritation of the Arcosian noble within their midst. Though he was unable to raise his arms up properly by the time the beam came to impact, and so after the dust settled the now slightly battered warrior took a quick knee, panting heavily and wincing at the now forming bruise on his chest.
Looking upward at the two Bofts, he hoped to calm them down a bit, raising both of his hands and staggering to his feet, stumbling slightly toward the two as he said in a quieted and comforting tone, "Listen, my friend- I out of all these people would know your pain, and know just how much having your races' name be dragged through the mud like that would feel like. But please, we need to stay calm, or else collateral damage will be unavoidable, and you'll not only hurt me, but all of your new friends here. Please."
Not just a request, but one that did indeed hit home- both of their races had indeed been eviscerated by the sands of time, and he hoped that one solid connection among others between the two close friends would help Boft to return to a more tranquil state of mind.
Or else things could indeed get more messy from here.
KP 2/3, Afterimage used to tank one of the Bofts' attacks. Damage percentage is at 56%.

Babyl's PL: 26,000
Babyl was taken by surprise when it seemed like nobody was interested in his offer of peace. Sure, he understood that things were tense here, but to refuse tea? Besides the fact that this Freige fellow was presumably here to calm things down, many of the others seemed to be here either by coincidence or to berate Prince Riis. Babyl refrained from admitting it aloud, but he didn't really like the prince personally, even knowing of his sister's infatuation and obsession with the man. It isn't that he had anything against him, either, he simply felt that there was someone out there that was better for Ikra than he was, though he was careful never to let such things slip to Ikra. Who knows what she would do if she ever found out... Moving on from the home team, Babyl turned his attention to the strange demon who tried to talk things into a more chaotic state. He was clearly egging on everyone in the room, especially anyone loyal to Typha. Babyl knew nothing of Typha, as he was rarely mentioned whenever Ikra spoke of the realm of light. Then there was Golgari, throwing his anger and resentment everywhere at once. He was frustrated, and rightfully so! Because of Riis' lack of presence as of late, Ikra was left in despair and resorted to such unsavory methods to garner his favor. He certainly couldn't argue with any of the facts Golgari shouted forward in the minds of those present, but that attitude certainly needed to go elsewhere in a situation such as this. Luckily, Babyl's 'words' seemingly got through to him, as the bio android's anger quickly diffused and his mind cleared of the potential violence he was no doubt plotting. When all had seemingly calmed down a touch, the air suddenly soured as the egg man suddenly spoke in an agitated voice wrought with disbelief. It seemed as though this Arcosian’s way with words was a little… lackluster. He could have used any other combination of words, so why that? It was as if he wanted to be blasted away. What surprised Babyl more in that moment was the image laid before him in that instant. The egg-headed man split himself into two perfect copies! Not only were the two of them charging their energy, for a moment it almost seemed to be aimed at him! He knew this meant trouble, and before Ikra’s pleas reached his ears, he was already next to Kaal with his vest unbuttoned slightly. The shadows from around him had begun to cover his body in darkness before retracting again, altering his body from its previous form. Dark, inky wings sprang from his back, his horns and hair grew longer and curved, and a long, black tail formed right above his behind. In the instant before the ki blast landed, Babyl threw his vest into the air, snapped his fingers and forced the vest to freeze in place. Instantly, it expanded and covered the entirety of the blast before falling back into place in his arms. Oddly enough, a cup of tea was in his other hand, still completely still and unspilled. Babyl offered it to the egg man once more. “Please my friend, I wouldn’t want the tea to get cold! A gentleman like yourself wouldn’t refuse tea now would you?” Instead of using his magic to attempt to charm Boft again, he simply hoped he would see reason. Turning his head to Freige, Babyl issued a sigh before continuing his plea for peace. “Such insults are not appreciated here, dear defender of Konats. I ask that you apologize to the good man before anyone’s hands get any dirtier. This tea won’t drink itself, you know.”Babyl Transforms into his Shadow Prowess form, boosting his PL to 2x his base! This is a permanent form. Base PL: 26,000 New PL: 52,000 Babyl then used his B1 skill Shadow Wall technique to block 33% of his PL in damage! KP: 2/3 Damage percentage: 0%

A wide almost giddy smile stretched across the prince’s face. For years it seemed, he had been surrounded by blunt and half-cocked monosyllabic brutes that would rather punch him out of the throne rather than use their heads. Not to mention any time he did speak, it seemed only half of his words were ever heard, as evidenced by Friege not hearing him mention both the fleet AND the kingdom. But here was this carrot-topped human singing praises and speaking with a flourish that Riis himself was impressed by. Which meant he was likely trying to take him for a ride. This man had a rapiers wit to go with the verbal thrust and parry of a good verbal duel. The royal son made up his mind, he had to befriend this man.
“Well now. Thank you very much, my good sir. Forgive me if I seemed terse before. I take my brother’s name very seriously. Even the slightest hint of a possible insult is enough for me to lose my cool. I must say though I am no hero like him. But I seek to prove I can be.” He then realized this man had yet to introduce himself. That wouldn’t do. That wouldn’t do at all. Ignoring the fact that the prince asked those present to introduce themselves, that left this witty stranger without a name to call himself. For now at least.
But there were still others to address. Including the seemingly pleasant if not straight forward arcosian and the sibling rivalry personified. Riis turned to Freige, “No not yet at least. My dear Ikra gave me an idea. Perhaps not my best but in order to ascend the throne I do need witnesses. Besides, I’m not the type to boot out people just because they’re a little rowdy.”
As if on cue, the power level outside his door burst in, infuriated by Freige’s comment about them being an egg. Riis didn’t stand from his chair at the head of the tea-table. Instead, he merely rubbed the bridge of his nose and let out a long sigh. He made no other move to stop the egg. Both Babyl and Kaal were already ahead of him. Rowdy was one thing. Violent was not acceptable.
“Insults and violence, however, are things I will NOT permit in my castle.” Riis pushed himself to his feet. “I will let those go this once. Just as I did for our guest here,” he gestured toward Flip. “Same as with him if it happens again you will leave. That goes double for you two.” Now it was time to address the brother and sister. “Though I suppose that does lead into your point rather well. A fair one at that. In a world of super saiyans and other powerful beings, it’s damn near impossible to keep people safe without being strong yourself. Sadly due to a rare… condition that plague the few unlucky Konatsians, I find it incredibly difficult to raise my own power level.” He was, of course, referring to the monster lurking inside him. Riis himself didn’t know if he believed the legends of Hirudegarn, all he knew was that if he used to much power, he lost control of it. “So instead I seek to surround myself with powerful allies. Of course, there is my brother Typha and even the Guru of Namek as a potential ally. Not to mention Ikra’s power has grown quite a bit and still is growing. It takes more than brute force to rule. So I rule with my mind. With a sharp tongue and a sharper wit,” he flashed a quick smirk toward Flip. He had a feeling this was something they could relate to.
“To that, I say let people doubt me. I’ve heard it enough times that their words lost all meaning. Time will prove whether or not I am truly meant to rule. If Typha was meant to rule Konats then so be it. Until then I will not step down until I have to.” With that speech finished, the noble son plucked his teacup from the table and marched over the throne. He sat down, throwing one leg over the over, taking a sip of his tea. “So let that be a message to my many doubters and naysayers. I’ll relinquish my throne only when I prove unworthy. Until then. How would you all like to be witnesses to my coronation?” he raised the cup to the still-unnamed human “Perhaps you good sir? Or perhaps an Arcosian diplomat? If not I understand, I certainly won’t force people to stay.” That was more directed to Leech, Anny, and Golgari. They clearly voiced their own displeasure in the Prince, be it simple dislike or lack of faith in his strength.

Post by Flip Fortuna on Mar 5, 2020 13:32:15 GMT -6
His words had some effect. He was clearly agitating the moth in front of him, though it was clear he was going to be pissed off whether he did anything or not. Despite his appearance, the insect-like alien certainly seemed like a small powder keg. Flip could only imagine how much further poking would be required to get him to explode. The smirk never left his face. "I never said he didn't care. All I said was he has a habit of not being around during situations like this. Do not twist my words young man." Flip was going to keep up the appearance of being the reasonable one between the pair of them, and with Ikra intervening, well, guess she caught what he was saying.
Of course, it wasn't all hostility. Riis had taken Flip's words pretty well. Well, as long as he was getting in the good graces of the monarch, that was what mattered. After all, Riis was the one who could stop him from establishing some business on the planet. The smirk of Flip's never left as Riis spoke up, stating that while he wasn't strong, he was smart, more seeking out powerful alliances to help protect the planet. "A very fine way of thinking your highness. After all, the best way to protect your planet is to ensure that they would not need to fight in the first place. Perhaps we can form a sort of arrangement, for mutual benefit of course." Flip paused, then realizing something. He gave a small laugh. "Oh deary me, do forgive me. I forgot to introduce myself during this whole affair. I am Flip Fortuna, leader of the Fortuna Conglomerate."
And then, things heated up rapidly. It seemed like the Arcosian had said something to set the strange, egg headed alien off, because his power grew. And then he...birthed a copy of himself? Flip couldn't help but feel there was something, well, indecent about that. As the egg men tried to attack the Arcosian, the soldier looking alien and the male shadow demon stepped in, blocking the attack, while Riis firmly laid down that he would not tolerate this sort of thing. Flip turned to Riis. "Perhaps we can discuss matters of security as well. After all, we wouldn't want any old riff raff coming in to cause problems." Granted, he was quite calm despite the potential fight. Of course, if push came to shove, Flip could handle himself just fine.
When Riis offered for Flip and Friege to attend the princes' coronation, Flip smiled, swaggering over to the table and picking up a cup of tea. "Well, I would certainly be delighted and honoured good sir. Wouldn't you agree Friege?" he addressed the Arcosian in a casual tone.
But then, things would take another interesting turn. Through one of the windows, a small device flew. Flip caught sight of it, recognizing it was one of the holographic comminucators that were on his ship. The small metal ball flew through the air before stopping in front of Flip. And then, appearing before him, was a hologram of the bird zoanthrope Keech. "Mr. Fortuna!" Keech spoke out. Flip gave the bird a small, annoyed looked. "This had better be important," Flip said, his smile fading for the first time since he got here, "I'm sort of in the middle of something." Keech paused, a little embarassment when he realized he was interrupting. "My apologies sir, but I thought you should know. Now that the shadows have cleared, we've taken note of thousands of moth people heading towards the palace."
Flip blinked. "Moth people huh?" He looked over in the direction of Golgari. "Care to explain?"

Out of everyone present, Freige least expected the bickering duo to come to his aid. Well, one-half of them that is. "...Uh, thank you, I suppose?" He said hesitantly, as if unsure what the Alien's goals were. Of course, it was interrupted in short order by the overly rude moth-type thing, mouth spewing more obscenities as he continued to throw a temper tantrum. "And to you, 'no' means no. Unless you want to try and move me yourself, I suggest you quit making idle threats especially seeing how it was your action that was liable to attract more people here to begin with." Sighing, the Arcosian turned to raise an eyebrow at the sudden actions of the egg person.
Despite obviously approaching in an openly hostile manner, he made no move to retaliate or dodge, fully confident that whatever the now two eggs did would hardly harm him. "Is something the matter?" Freige said tiredly, tilting his head at the beams of energy both Bofts saw fit to send his way. Even if both managed to hit him square in unplated areas, the damage would be hardly more than a tickle. "If I've upset you, perhaps correcting whatever I said wrong would be the more civilized maneuver first." Apparently, though, others saw this meager attack as a true danger. The Demoness from before called out to two others, asking them to stop the enraged egge.
One of the weaker aliens moved to intercept the first beam, words spilling out in an attempt to soothe the attacker while the other Demon took the other blast without issue. "Er, that wasn't necessary of you to get hurt like that." He directed at Kaal first. "I appreciate the gesture, but I was fully capable of taking whatever retribution the- er... your friend saw fit to dole." According to the others, his grave mistake was calling Boft an egg man. Despite that being exactly what he was. The concept of being insulted over species was foreign to Freige regardless - many a time had come and gone where 'space lizard' was thrown his way with nary a reaction.
"If an easy mistake as that is such a dire insult, perhaps it'd be best for those who know him to try and instruct others of their preferred terminology." The Arcosian said dryly. "Nevertheless, if it truly is an insult of the magnitude you claim, then I apologize... Boft, was it?" Riis' speech, while holding merit, only soured his mood further. It appeared that the Konatsian Prince enjoyed the exchange of underhanded words and trickery more so than blunt honesty, a fault Freige found in many of the nobility, including his own family. Bantering word games were meaningless drivel, and helped in no way to serve the people when used in the way they often used it - for games and pleasure.
A shame. Still, personal dislike for habits didn't mean Freige wished to burn bridges or insult anyone else further. A face of neutrality masked his inner frustration, the Arcosian stiffly walking over to the table and picking up a cup just to be polite, holding it with just enough force to refrain from shattering. The slimy weasel Flip had decided to keep up his own antics, addressing Freige in a tone indicative of earned respect. "Of course." He said easily. "I would be honored to accept your invitation."

Leech put a hand to his chin as everyone seemed to still bicker. And he was an idiot? Leech sometimes wondered if maybe he should maybe try to do something like run a planet? If these clowns could maybe he could. Then he shook his head, that was too boring. Anny just frowned listening to everyone. She was in agreement with Leech for once. She was quite confused about why everyone was still bickering. Leech and Anny looked at Ikra as she made the point that Freige was being pretty chill. “Thank you, someone, for listening to me.” Leech grinned. Anny just grunted, “Don’t get too happy dumbass. You probably burnt all your brain on those words.” Leech shrugged. “Worth it, I just proved I am the smartest.” Anny just shook her head, her brother was a fool. Still, he might have been smarter than some of these people. They seemed so defensive and she didn’t know why.
Right, when she thought of that Boft seemed to have gotten triggered by being called an Egg and split up. “Woah that like what we do. That…” Anny grabbed her brother. “You can’t say that he's gonna blast us next if you do.” Leech paused in confusion. “What you mean..” Anny nodded. “Oh ok.” He’d turned. “Hey, you fuck…” Anny slammed her brother on the head. “Seriously this is not the time.” Leech rubbed his head, “Ouch guess I deserve that.” Anny turned to Ikra if she asked them to take there fight outside. “Nah we ain't gonna leave. I ain’t leaving if you get into danger.” Leech nodded. “Yah but we will try to stop you know my sister is just a..” Anny glared at Leech and he laughed. “Oh, you know?” Leech didn’t want to get hit again.
Everyone quickly moved in to help stop Boft which caused Anny to roll her eyes. They didn’t even need to protect the guy. She swore it seemed like no one could sense energy but her. Anny guessed it was a good idea since maybe that will help calm this egghead down. Knowing he was outmatched and outnumbered he might realize it was not worth it. She hoped he realized it she was not keen on cracking his egghead. Babyl seemed to want to get them to drink the tea causing Anny to sigh. “Alright fine. I’ll drink your damn tea.” Anny began to walk over and Leech followed.
Leech looked at Riis as he claimed because of some sickness he found it hard to increase his power level. “All I hear is that I am a weak baby and that I need others to protect his throne,” Leech grunted. Anny sighed. “My brother is an idiot.” Anny looked at him “Say sorry to Prince Riis he has been kind to us." Leech huffed. “I ain’t. Because simply put your allies won’t be there to save you. When the going gets tough you can only have your strength. Trust me I know. My own people tried to get my sister away. All my friends and family tried to stop me.” Leech's eyes grew dark. “So strength is the only thing that makes people listen. Anything else will be ignored.” Anny looked at her brother, he never talked about there past. Why now? What here made Leech feel like trying to give advice. Anny just stayed silent. She was used to her brother being subservient but they were times that Leech took command, he was the older and the original.
Anny sighed when Riis wanted to elect himself right now. “Guess you can but I mean this seems like a chaotic thing. You probably want to set up some grand event.” Leech nodded in agreement. “If you're going to be a King you gotta make the event big. That's just me though. You can do what you want though.” Leech shrugged. He doubts he’d keep it for long. Those Stargoons would probably come along and wreck it someone else quite strong. Still, things seemed to be calm so Anny took a sip of the tea. “This is actually pretty good.” Anny smiled at Babyl. Leech took a sip and groaned. “Fucking tea I hate this.” He still sipped it though trying to keep as cool as he could. But it was pretty hard when almost everyone here was either a weakling or a moron. Only Ikra and Friege he liked and Ikra was for selfish reasons. That Friege guy had some strong will to take all these insults without being mad. He'd already exploded into a fireball.

"Kh!" The sound left Golgari's mouth as Ikra pinched his antenna, the appendage buzzing as he reacted to the pain. Those were sensitive, damn it! 'I've said what I wanted to.' He responds to her, marks pulsing green for a second as he tries to gently tug himself free of her grasp. 'I didn't want you to hear it, but I guess there's no damn choice anymore.' A glare was sent towards the redhead across the room, a silent promise that this wouldn't be forgotten. 'Yeah, I don't like the guy.' This wasn't going to go well. What was he doing? He knew it wasn't as if Ikra would understand what he was saying, and hell, Riis hadn't even acted out against Golgari before. But... that didn't mean the man got off lightly with neglecting the closest thing both he and his siblings had to actual mother. All that it took was the image of a tired, sad and worn out Ikra back in the bar where he had first met Babyl for Golgari's resolve to harden. 'All the pretty words in the world don't mean shit if his actions don't back them up, and from what I've seen from you alone is enough for me and mine.'
Despite Babyl's magic coursing through him, or perhaps because of it, Golgari stepped forward to look around the room. 'If he's going to treat his obviously most loyal subject to the point she ends up looking like how most of us have seen recently, and ends up attempting something like this to get what amounts to his attention? Attention that she should have receiving from the start? Well it ain't for me, and my family isn't going to stand for it.' He looked over as the red weasel began to speak, eyes widening somewhat at the name mentioned. 'Fortuna huh. I know you. Syndicate would be a better word than conglomerate.' His voice rings out inside people's minds as he raised an eyebrow at him. Two can play at that game. Golgari had frequently heard of the man, or rather his name, whilst searching for pieces for his bike amongst the less reputable of Konats' machine fearing populace. 'And yeah, that'd be the family of mine I mentioned.' He gestures towards the device that the alert had come from, even as outside the skies seemed to darken. Opening his mind up to the rest of the hive, Golgari noted that it seemed that every one of his siblings was there. Despite misgivings, each and every one of them were in this together. It... brought a smile to his face.
He made his way over towards where his bike was laying on its side, frowning at the scuff marks upon his machine. Despite being caught up in the moment... well, he still needed to treat his baby better. Picking up the vehicle, its hover engines kick in and he slowly makes his way past those assembled in the room. For some reason he had felt basically all his motivation from earlier disappear. Instead replaced by a sense of... defeat? 'We... love you Ikra. You and Kaal saved us from the worst place on this planet, and we'll never forget that. But it's 'cause of that that we ain't gonna just... sit, and watch this man do to you what he did before.' For a moment, he turns to face Riis, sitting upon the throne. 'And we're certainly not going to follow the man responsible for it, let alone watch his coronation. Do what you want, but the... The Swarm refuse to follow such a person. We'll be making our own home, somewhere on the opposite side of the planet.'
With that, he mounts his bike, a rev of his engine echoing out through the cavernous hall. For a moment, the Lunarian leans forward, ready to leave, before a thought strikes him. He remembered why he had been near the capital in the first place. He had finally put the finishing touches upon his bike, and after some testing, found it was finally worthy of leaving Konats. Capable of carrying him to other stars, to see the universe. Everything he had wanted for a while now. He had been coming to the capital to tell Ikra and Kaal that. Then everything had happened, and he had almost forgotten. 'Oh and... I suppose this is my last chance to say this to you for a long while. I'm leaving Konats, setting out into the universe to... find myself I guess. That's why I originally came here today. So could... Well, so I could say goodbye to you. Face to face. I'll be gone a while. So...' He cranes his head over his shoulder, the bike quieting momentarily, as his mouth opens.
"Goodbye."
And with that, his bike roars and he leaves through the open doors. All above him, the Lunarian swarm lifts from where they had momentarily been perched in a show of solidarity.
Attempting Exit. If possible, Golgari and his Siblings (The Swarm) should now be considered a separate faction.
