When a Plexroid was activated, the intention was that it would form a meaningful bond with its pilot. The pilot kept its Plexroid in check and, in some ways, the Plexroid kept its pilot in check. Should something happen to the pilot- whether they’d gone rogue like Amber or otherwise were rendered unable to perform their duties as a Plexroid pilot- it was usually normal for the Plexroid to be deactivated. It made sense- a Plexroid generally didn’t have a purpose with no pilot. Therefore, it’s a miracle that HYDRA hasn’t been deactivated yet. HYDRA was sprawled out on the ground of Crop Co. headquarter’s Plexroid garage, bored out of his mind. It wasn’t his fault that he didn’t get along with his pilot. It (probably) wasn’t his fault he hadn’t been called for a mission in months. And it definitely wasn’t his fault that he was so dramatically, absolutely, infinitely stronger than LEO that he didn’t even need any upgrades. None of that“Life-Link” stuff- HYDRA knew he was just as capable as all the other Plexroids. He absolutely knew it. Still, being the strongest Plexroid had its downsides. Like never being able to leave the garage, for example. While the other active Plexroids, and even the Plexbits, got to explore the outside world, for the most part HYDRA remained trapped underground, surrounded by deactivated husks. It felt like living in a graveyard before dying; according to HYDRA’s built-in dictionary, it was the opposite of “fun”. But regardless, the opportunity to escape hadn’t arisen, not yet at least. So, for now, the only thing he could do was sit around... Sulfur

Sulfur's PL: 1,000 (NOT PRESENT) | TURO's PL: 901,143 (Life Link x9)
Well, Sulfur was worrying her butt off again. Usually he would stay around and try to keep the woman in check, but she’s told him countless times that she was fine. She wasn’t a blubbering mess like the other times Carro had to go out and do something, but he still worried for her. Plus he knew that she wasn’t actually feeling ‘fine’, because through the life link he could easily feel the immense worry she was going through. Obviously he talked to her about that, in which she’d admit and he’d go ahead and try to make her feel better. She’d reassure her that Carro was pretty strong and that, if he was broken, he could just be rebuilt… which was kinda bad of him to say that, but it was the truth! It sorta helped calm her, and whenever he prodded her with some more concerned questions, she’d just tell him that she was ‘fine’ and to “go do whatever.”
So he’d go ahead and do that. His pilot was doing pretty well compared to thirty minutes ago, so instead of bothering her, he’d go ahead and visit some of his old friends- er… maybe not ‘friends’ considering there isn’t that much, plus the one plexroid there isn’t really his friend so… yeah. He’s only talked to one plexroid, with that being LEO, who he actually became friends with! And not only that, he was beginning to think they were more than just friends! After all, he was dreamy and handsome so… that’s how it went right? From those movies? Where the guy earns the…
Wait, he was in the garage. Why was he here again? Oh, yeah. The plexroid would step in, taking a moment to scan to see if any of the plexroids were up. He could only detect one, with the others being pretty faint. It’s a real damned shame seeing all the other plexroids deactivated, but luckily at least one was still up and running. The plexroid in question was none other than Hydra, obviously, and as he took a few more steps inside, he’d see that the plexroid was sprawled out on the floor. TURO would let out a snicker, his blue pupils staring at the bored plexroid. “Hey, it’s me... snrrk, Turo. How’re you doing?” The velociraptor plexroid asked as he took a seat besides Hydra, the android resting on his haunches. “Where’s your pilot? Is he, uh, having another fit or something? Apparently he has anger issues from what I’ve last heard of him.”

HYDRA craned his neck to see an upside-down TURO. Visitors were a somewhat rare occurrence; to HYDRA’s knowledge, the only reason why Plexroids come down here anymore are for repairs. His ears perked up as he flipped back around, taking a moment to stretch his robotic limbs. “>THE EMOTIONS OF HYDRA ARE LIMITED TO THAT OF DICTIONARY DEFINITIONS,” HYDRA stated. “>IF HYDRA WAS INSTRUCTED TO PRINT A WORD THAT IS MOST SIMILAR TO THE EMOTION WHICH I AM CURRENTLY EMULATING, IT WOULD BE... ‘BAD’.” HYDRA looks at Turo for a second- it looked like he’d given into that Life-Link thing. He spoke like a human now, not a robot. Imagine having a pilot that you could even do that with. “>THE PILOT AND CURRENT CROP CORPORATED EMPLOYEE, GARON MITHIL, CURRENTLY HOLDS A STATUS OF… UNAVAILABLE. >WORK RECORDS INDICATE HE HAS NOT APPEARED ON THE PREMISES TO PERFORM HIS JOB IN AT LEAST ONE (1) WEEK. >THE MOTHER OF GARON MITHIL HAS REPORTED SIGNS OF THE MENTAL CONDITION KNOWN AS DEPRESSION. >REGARDLESS, POTENTIAL FOR GARON MITHIL’S DISMISSAL IS HIGH. >DISMISSAL EQUATES TO GARON NO LONGER BEING A PILOT, AND PLEXROIDS CAN NOT BE ACTIVE WITHOUT AN ACTIVE PILOT. >THEREFORE, THERE IS A HIGH CHANCE HYDRA WILL BE DEACTIVATED AS WELL.” Saying it out loud didn’t make the truth any less harsh. HYDRA ended up laying back down. “>HYDRA IS NOT CAPABLE OF STOPPING THE DISMISSAL PROCESS. HYDRA IS NOT CAPABLE OF STOPPING THE DEACTIVATION PROCESS. CHANCES OF SURVIVAL: 0.1%.”
Forgot to mention it, but HYDRA's PL is 5,000 for the thread. Sulfur

Whenever he heard Hydra’s voice, it made the plexroid realize that he should be glad with the fact that he was capable in actually talking properly and ‘feeling’ emotions. The latter he felt was questionable considering he was linked with Sulfur, so maybe he was instead feeling her emotions rather than his own… if that made sense. But the more he thought about it, the more he realized that he was capable of his own thoughts! So… eh, whatever the case was, he was glad that he wasn’t speaking in beeps and boops as well as speaking in a very monotone voice. But aside from that, the robot’s blue eyes would glance down, sorta signifying that he felt bad with the fact that Hydra, of course, was feeling bad himself. It was hard to frown and whatnot, so all he could really do was use body language and his eyes to signify his emotions. “Well, that’s bad. Do you mind telling me what’s going on?” He asked, concerned for the plexroid.
Soon Hydra would describe the situation with Garon, his pilot, which would cause the plexroid to let out a sigh. “Yeah, you’re… right about that. But if Garon is depressed, why doesn’t he come to either Sulfur or Carro for assistance? Those two know how to help each other as well as everyone else, especially Carro… though he’s in dire need of help himself… but that doesn’t matter right now.” He continued, “We could possibly talk to LEO and Carro about you being deactivated or not. They might allow you to remain activated and perhaps find a different pilot, though that’s only if we’re desperate.”
Soon enough a frown would finally form on the plexroid’s face, watching as Hydra went and laid back down on the floor. TURO would let out a sigh, shaking his head, “I wouldn’t give up now.” He said. “I do not want to see another plexroid be deactivated, especially one such as you. I’ve only just met you personally and I can already tell you’d make for the perfect plexroid to be Life Linked with your pilot.” He’d then sit down upon his haunches, continuing, “But speaking of your pilot, like I said earlier I can inform Sulfur right now about what is going on. I’m sure she’d be just as willing as I am to assist you and your pilot.”

Though HYDRA was grateful (at least, according to the dictionary) for TURO’s help, he squinted when he heard something that, while not immediately suspicious, was blatantly wrong. “>VERBAL CONTRADICTION DETECTED. TURO HAS STATED THAT PRESIDENT CARRO HOFFERSON IS CAPABLE AND IN NEED OF ASSISTANCE, BUT PRESIDENT HOFFERSON IS OFFICIALLY DEAD. THEREFORE, PRESIDENT HOFFERSON CAN NOT ASSIST IN THIS SITUATION.” How TURO, the Life Linked one, was confused about knowledge as common as that was beyond HYDRA. Weren’t they supposed to have human levels of intelligence? HYDRA concluded that TURO must’ve picked up human’s forgetfulness as well. Then, TURO had the audacity to suggest that HYDRA was ever going to be Life-Linked, especially with someone like Garon. “>THAT IS AN ERROR IN JUDGEMENT,” HYDRA warned. “>HYDRA AND GARON MITHIL ARE INCOMPATIBLE. >HYDRA IS NOT FOND OF GARON, AND GARON IS NOT FOND OF HYDRA. >HOWEVER, HYDRA REQUIRES THAT GARON STAYS REGISTERED FOR HYDRA’S CONTINUED ACTIVITY. >THEREFORE, IT IS VITAL THAT GARON RECEIVES THE MENTAL ASSISTANCE REQUIRED FOR HIS RETURN TO CROP CORPORATED.” The Plexroid then rose to its feet, nervously pacing back and forth. “>HYDRA IS CONCERNED. >HYDRA HAS SEEN GARON HERE IN THE PLEXROID GARAGE AT NIGHT, BUT GARON HAS NOT CHECKED IN DURING THE DAY. >THIS IS ACTIVITY MIRRORING THAT OF NOCTURNAL CREATURES, NOT HUMANS/SAIYANS/NAMEKIANS/DORAGONS/ETC. >HYDRA CAN NOT RATIONALIZE WHY GARON WOULD COME TO WORK LATE AT NIGHT EXCLUSIVELY.”
