It had not been long since she had come to this world and already she was getting bored of it, the lack of conflict compared to the front lines slowly eating away at her. She did not have a desire to fight all the time but weeks without so much as a single sparing match was a little to much for the large alien, her first period of peace in over a decade was not going well for her. In a effort to end her boredom the Kobo had even started searching for the so called martial artist of this world only to find that they were weaklings as well, not even fit for canon fodder for the armies of the now destroyed wtf. Their bravado had excited her the first few times she had seen it, her hopes to get a decent flight form them falling in despair not long after. She was starting to think she might just need to steal a space ship and find another planet to go live on, perhaps planet Vegeta would make a good choice. Surely with a entire race of warriors like that she would never need to fear for the lack of a challenge, her time on the battle line had proven that many times. In fact to this day the stupid monkeys had been one of the few people to ever force her to change, her mutation enabling her to match the Saiyan's great ape form. She missed the thrill already and cursed her self for getting hyped up for no reason, her eyes yet again turning to her destination as she sighed to herself.
If there was another thing she hated about living here was that she needed to work to earn a living, unlike her time in the military where everything was provided for her she need to do boring tasks for even the most simple of things. She had thought about just taking it but it had seemed more a hassle then it been worth so for now she just played along, trying anything to kill the boredom that was called planet earth. For now she was hunting some bandits, the price on their head growing quite large after some of their more recent raids. While she did not hate what they did she needed the money and they were a quick and easy way for her to earn money by doing the one thing she was good at. She had not idea what she would do after this though, none of the other work seemed like it was exciting enough for her. Maybe she should meet with that squid guy kraktus again for work but she really did not trust him unfortunately, his open admission about destroying the wtf for not making him their leader still struck a cord in her. She did not think it was a good idea to trust what he had to offer, the chances her would accept her leaving afterwords was even less likely. No for now she should focus on hunting this raiders down, her senses telling her she was getting close to where they frequent. This might take all night at this rate even with her ability fly around, still she needed the money so she kept at it just like and old search and destroy mission.
She had been right about it taking for hours to find them but it still bugged her to no end that these little worms had taken so much of her time. What was more was the fact that they had such a nice little set up going for them as well, their base was more like a small village rather then a bandit camp. They even had farmland and houses that took up quite a nice amount of land for such a out of the way place like this. Still she knew the marks on the buildings and vehicles to match the ones she had been shown before coming out here, the flaming skull easy to identify even for her. Rather then go down and deal with it in person she simply floated high into the air to prepare for a massive attack, her ki gathering in her hand as powered up a rather power blast. They never saw it coming as the massive explosion rocked the entire bandit town, only the buildings on the very outskirts surviving the attack outright. She was about to confirm a mission complete when she saw one a man crawling away slowly, his charred body slowly making its way to the tress as he whimpered. Floating down behind him she studied his pathetic efforts to save his own life, his frantic struggles making him look like nothing but a worm crawling across the ground. "Well a job is a job my friend so please die for me alright" She said mostly to her self as she lifted her hand up to gather just enough energy to finish this man off. Despite the fact she was in fact destroying bandits the attack looked like nothing more then a brutal assault on some unknown village, her current ki blast finishing off a man crawling for his life.

Whisker's PL: 18,000
Whisker had been travelling on his own for the last few days after his incident with his transformation, still intent on mastering it so that he could use it without losing himself to it. Even though it was lonely on his own, he knew that it was good practice and he was learning valuable lessons as well, about the quality of strangers and how everyone is different, so he knew he had to be careful upon meeting new people. He also had become better at surviving in different environments than he was used to and felt as though he was more attuned to the jungle than he had ever been before. That is why he was in disbelief when he heard the sounds of screams and explosions not far from where he had made camp for the day. At first, he was intent on ignoring them and not getting involved, but that didn't last long as the guilt and horror eventually got through to him. Running off in the direction the sounds were coming from, Whisker raced through the jungle with a swiftness one could describe as animalistic in nature, all the while thinking about what kind of horrible thing could be occurring. Was it a wild animal attack? It couldn't be, not with the sound of explosions in the distance! His mind scrambled between feelings of worry and horror as the thought of another Konats Incident might even be taking place on Earth. No! He wasn't going to let that happen again! Finally, he arrived at the clearing, and to his horror the entire village had been completely destroyed! Whisker looked around, fearing that he might already be too late. Looking upon the rubble, he saw just one person crawling away, still alive but terribly injured. Before he could act upon it, a blast of energy ended the poor man's life. Looking on in shock as a man was murdered for the second time right in front of him, Whisker looked angrily towards the creator of the Ki blast. What he saw a stranger floating above the village looking pleased with themselves. Whisker's Ki soared as he slowly floated the stranger's way. Even though he was furious, his face was stone cold and calm, his natural fluff making him look like a child who just got his toys taken away. "HEY!" Whisker called out, his voice as tiny as his body was. "Why? Why did you kill all of these innocent people? Why would you destroy an ENTIRE village?! What kind of evil person does that!" Whisker's fists shook with anger as he stared upon the assailant. He had half a mind to attack without receiving his explanation, but he was taught never to let his emotions get the best of him. He needed to be calculated if he was going to come out of this okay. Someone with the power to destroy a village and everyone in it was not to be underestimated. This person is dangerous... I have to stop them from hurting anyone else!

With that blast her work was done, another boring assignment really as most of the bandits did not even have time to react to her attack. Although she was a bit disappointed she expected more form them, their life as bandits should have made them a lot tougher then rest of the earthlings right? Apparently not and once again her hopes had been dashed for finding a decent battle, her mind going back to the payout as she wondered if she had enough to leave this worthless rock yet. She was slowing wishing she was back in the lab out cold, at least she would not be aware of just how bored she was. Surely a space ship could not be that expensive right? I mean their were some cheap space pods back in the trade fleet so surely this world has some she could get a hold of for this payout? She really hoped so as doing this for months would grind on her last nerve, one that she had not been able to scratch for quite some time
It did not matter she did needed to get payed and figure out the price of the ship so she could say good bye to this world. However just before she could turn to leave a voice barely reached her ears, a small but cold tone echoing form the ground below her. Looking down she did know believe what she was seeing at first, a small ball of fur far to cute to be here was in front of her. And what was more was the fact the little guy was demanding to know why she had attacked the village, his little mind trying to figure why such acts had been committed rather then running away. Intrigued she slowly floated down to get a closer look at the bi colored feline her voice silent as she waited for him to finish with his petty demands to know what was going on, her mind playing over the words in her mind. At first she was confused at the demands, the bandits deserved their fate had they not? However after a moment she realized this small feline in front of her had no idea they were bandits, murderers, and thieves, in his eyes she had just laid waste to a peaceful village. She really had no idea what he hoped to do in front of her power though, should he not be running for his life? Well it did not matter she did not need to explain her self to him as she walked over to him with a smile on her face, her gait somewhat giddy as she finally stood over him.
"Now now don't you worry it was not for evil by any means. I was simply paid to make sure none of these people here made it out alive you hear?" She explained calmly. her hand going down to pet the small cat in front of him. Sure it was not the entire truth as she forgot to mentioned the bandit part of it all, or rather she did not feel a need to explain it to him. "Now why don't you run on along before you get yourself hurt?" she suggested to him, her hand still reaching down for the pet she so desperately tried to achieve on the small feline.

Whisker's PL: 18,000
Whisker's eyes grew dark as the stranger spoke. She clearly felt no remorse for her actions, and her excuse? She was paid to do it. "...Despicable." Whisker grabbed the hand that reached for him, not holding back an ounce of his strength. For such a small creature, his grip was like that of a vice, and certainly not easily trounced. The glow of his eyes grew a dark red as he looked up at her. She looked so... normal, but at the same time so cold. It was as if she had been doing this for years and couldn't care less about what earthlings died at her hands. Whisker's fist shook as he tightened it further on her wrist, never allowing her to remove it or touch him. Whisker glared at this woman and shoved her hand away. He didn't know what these people did to deserve such treatment, but to be mindlessly wiped out in the blink of an eye? Nobody deserved such treatment. Even the most vile of thieves deserved a trial at the least. "Run along...? And let you ruin more lives? Like hell!" Whisker's Ki surrounded him as he floated there staring at the woman before him. He couldn't protect these poor people, but he could certainly stop this... this villain from hurting anyone else! "...What is your name?" Whisker's face went from anger to disappointment and disgust. This is the first time since his time on Konats that he has ever wanted to hurt anyone, and the first time he had ever wanted to hurt a living person. Despite his size, how cute he was, or even how tiny his voice was, anyone could tell that Whisker was serious about stopping this person from going any further. If she wouldn't give him answers, then he would force her to answer! If she conceded and left with a promise not to hurt others, he would let her go, and even if she didn't, Whisker didn't have the heart to hurt someone beyond repair. He would bring her to justice. If he beat her up enough, she would pass out and he could bring her to a town to face the police for her crimes!

All in all Roka was not prepared for the cats sudden hostility, her gut feeling that it was odd that such a small creature was not hiding was indeed spot on like normal. What was more was just how much her hand hurt form the tiny felines grip, surprised she tried to throw his grip off but found herself unable to do so as the tiny feline held her still. Quite easily as well something that sent of a small bit of excitement in her stomach, a interesting turn of events form what she had thought was a let down. Still when the tiny fist started to tighten even further to the point of pain the redhead knew she was right, this small creature would be a perfect way to pass the boredom, a good challenge for her. Instead of growing worried about being in such a grip the large Kobo only smiled, her face lit with genuine excitement in the face whiskers.
Still it was worrying the small animal like person in front of her was so strong, she would need to be careful when playing around so that neither of them got hurt. While she really did not care for the small animals safety it would look bad while on a mission to hurt a innocent, her recent reputation as a by the books mercenary was at risk if she killed thoughtlessly. Perhaps she would let the fight drag on just long enough to get her blood flowing before she changed and stopped the fight, it could not be that hard right? All she would have to do is tell him the truth and show him her higher power so that he would back down, this was to good a chance to throw away. This was simply too good of a chance to throw away! Her excitement only grew when the small figure floated in the air to power up, the energy rolling off him could be felt as the rocks and dust where kicked up around him.
"hmmm did you really want my name little one? I guess there is no reason to not tell you but in exchange you will have to me your name as well? "She replied he voice filled with excitement as let her own ki flow through her body slowly as to not alarm him before she keep speaking."My name is Roka alright? Easy right? Simply Rok HA!" said slowly with the last syllable quickly turning into a scream as she reached up and fired off a powerful ki blast directly at the cats face, her sudden attack executed with no warning as she tired to land the first hit. Regardless if the blast would hit or not the tall alien would leap back and wait to catch sight of her pray before the dust settled, her laughter filling the small valley they were in.

Whisker's PL: 18,000
Whisker listened as this "Roka" person spoke. It was clear that she didn't consider him a threat in the least bit, and yet she was getting excited about something. Perhaps she has been bored after all? Suddenly somebody puts up a challenge and she is all about it... Whisker didn't mind. She hurt people. She killed people... for no other reason than because she was asked to and given coin to incentivize her! This infuriated Whisker to no end! Whisker was a moment away from launching an assault on her when she surprised him with an attack of her own! There was no way he could dodge it at such a close range, and even if he could, he needed to prove to himself that he could take a hit. Putting up his arms in a defensive posture, Whisker took the hit straight on and was pushed back a foot or two in the air. The attack wasn't as strong as he thought it would be, but it certainly wasn't weak either! When the dust was near clearing and Whisker could see his target, he launched his assault and flashed forward, feigning an attack straight to her gut before spinning around to her back and jabbing both of her sides with his claws. After she reeled from the pain, he slashed at her over and over again for a few seconds before leaping away and getting ready for her return assault. Hopefully you felt that, you monster... Whisker kept his eye on her closely, for he never knew what she might do in response, and the first attack she through might not be her strongest. Despite how things were, Whisker was... excited. He finally got to keep his promise! He was fighting a bad guy in order to protect people! This was his one dream, and the fact that he could finally follow it meant the world to him. Regaining focus on the enemy ahead, Whisker decided to give her an option. A way out. "Turn yourself in, Roka! If you do that now, we can stop and I won't pursue you anymore! If you don't, I won't stop and I will bring you to justice myself!" The cat's words were serious, though it was hard to take such a cute little fur ball seriously when he looked as fluffy and cuddly as Whisker did. He meant every word of it, and was determined to see it through if she didn't take the escape that he offered. Honestly, he wasn't sure he could even take her... He didn't know how strong she was! But he would be damned if he didn't try! Whisker took the hit from Roka for 2475 damage! He then used his A1 move Shredder to inflict 33% of his current PL as damage on the target if it succeeds! Potential damage output: 5940 KP: 2/3 Damage Percentage: 13.75%

For a moment she thought perhaps she might have already ended the fight, the little bundle of fluff vanishing in the smoke left behind by her attack. Well there goes her perfect record she thought maybe perhaps it would be better to not report this when she went to collect her bounty? So concerned about her record she almost did not see the feline when the dust started to clear, her eyes catching sight of the mere moments before he lunched a attack of his own for all the good it did her. She had to admit the little furball was fast, his small size making it easy for him to get right next to her before she could react. The little furbals speed was in fact so great she would have been hard pressed to respond to the first charge much less the flash behind her, her eyes going wide as he vanished directly in fornt of her. "What?" was all she manged to say before his claws found purchase despite her heavy armor, the small razor like claws cutting into her flesh form behind and drawing blood. Despite the nice flow of blood leaking form her suit the large Kobo seemed more excited then concerned, her eyes flashing with glee as she turned to face him again.
"well well well! The little cat has claws! More then most of the earthlings here do, its the first time I have seen my own blood since coming here" She congratulated him as hands came together in a small clapping motion, slow but not so slow as to mock him. She was honestly surprised by the sudden power form him and was quite thrilled by it, in fact she already knew she was on the losing side if this kept going. She needed a small edge to bring it all back to a even playing field but if she transformed it would be over all to soon, the power spike granted by her mutation was massive. She was not sure how long he would last but she could not risk ending just yet, not when only the first blood of the fight had been spilled. No she needed to tap into her power but not all of it, just enough to catch up this creatures power. With a deep breath she drew on her blood, slowly tapping into it as the veins in her face bulged out, her eyes now glowing ever so softly as she tapped into a ever so small portion of her power.
"Now I have told you my name but you never told me yours wild cat? So is a cute little guy like your self called?" she teased, her words merely there to give her time to adjust to this untapped portion of her power. She really was not use to drawing on her power like this, she had always used all of it before now so this controlled transformation was quite difficult for her to pull off. Dropping out of fighting post she placed her hands on her hips as she grinned at him. "So what do you plan on doing with me after you beat me? Kill me? Or do I get a chance to leave after I have learned my "lesson"?" she asked, her intent to rattle him enough for now to stop any more of those attacks form hitting her.

Whisker's PL: 18,000
Whisker grimaced at the thought of killing someone. There was no way he would stoop to the same level as the person in front of him, nor could he risk her simply running away. He was going to knock her unconscious if she didn't go peacefully! "I'm turning you in!" He yelled, launching yet another barrage of attacks in the blink of an eye, this time without touching Roka. Concentrating the Ki in his hands, he launched tiny orbs of Ki at her in rapid succession. It was for all intents and purposes the same move, but at a slight range, to prove he doesn't need to be touching someone to do damage. Hopping back from her once more, he regained his composure and stood defensively. "My name is Whisker. I won't stand for a murderer to be loose out here when they could be in cell, so that the people here can be safe!" Whisker wasn't sure if there was any getting through to Roka, but he had to try. He didn't know what happened here, but it didn't matter. People were murdered and that in itself deserved punishment. "Why do you do this? Do you enjoy ruining people's lives? Killing for fun and coin? What if there were children in that village? Families?! Do you get to decide that they deserve to die? What makes you right and them wrong? Because you have power and they don't?! People with power are supposed to PROTECT the weak! Not torment them!"Whisker had learned long ago that great power could bring either chaos or peace, depending entirely on whom that power was bestowed and how it was used. In the hands of a loyal and devout monk, it could be an instrument of peace that when used to protect people could bring happiness to all. While under the iron fist of a tyrant bent on destroying planets, it could lead to chaos, calamity, and endless death. Kobei has seen both sides and chosen to follow in Master Tini's footsteps. "It's not too late! You can still surrender! Stop whatever mindless game you're playing for money and be a symbol of peace!" Whisker had said all he could, knowing he might still have to take matters into his own hands. If she was determined to continue, Whisker wouldn't hold back... even if it meant going all out! Whisker used Shredder again! Possible damage is 5940! KP: 1/3 Damage Percentage: 13.75%

She still felt the blows form the attack before as she shifted her stance against him, she was still at a disadvantage but it did not seem as bad as it was before. Now she could at least follow his moments as she focused on her transformation and resisting her impulse to unleash all of it at one time, her blood screaming at her to destroy the foe in front of her despite her desire to keep playing around. Still she barely manged to see the incoming attack before forcing herself though it, her arms covering her face and chest as the powerful ki orbs crashed into her forcing a scream of pain to erupt form her. Still it was not enough to stop her momentum as she kept charging at him, her arm going behind her as she charged up another Red Riot to fire off at him. However instead of throwing it at him she leaped over him just as she dropped the small red orb at his feet resulting in another explosion where he had stood before. "hhaha that is more like it! Oh much more of this and I am gonna have to call it quits" she gleefully yelled as she landed in the distance behind him, her face still lip up in glee despite the ever growing amount of wounds covering her body.
"So you won't stand for a killer to be on the loose ehh? And what are you gonna do to stop it? Place me in one of those concrete cells that might as well not exist?" she mocked as the small felines words reached her ears, the joke of it all was just how naive the kitten was. For people like them capture was a difficult thing to say the least and rarely did walls every cage people like them. No the only way to keep them contained was to keep them asleep like they had her or if they had a way to restrain their power with some sort of device. The only remaining option was to have some one stronger then them watch them 24/7 and it was not like earth had enough people like that to do some thing as simple prison duty. She felt bad for goading him on but she was enjoying the fight just way to much to stop just yet, she wanted to keep going if only a little bit longer. It was however getting dangerous for her to keep playing and soon she would have to end it by telling him the truth of her mission. Although she was starting to think even then this naive kitten would not accept it, he seemed to be the type that would spare anyone if they pleaded for it. It was a weakness that had no place on the battle field really, it would cost him or someone he cared for their life sooner or later. " Really how do you plan to keep me locked up?" she finally asked, her grin just as wide as before.

Whisker's PL: 18,000
Whisker gritted his teeth as the red ball dropped on his head. He still hadn't really learned how to dodge attacks. His eyes could keep up, but his mind was so set on ensuring his quarry didn't escape that he couldn't imagine running away from this person and letting them think they had won. Instead, he turned his back to lesson the damage and shielded his cloak from damage. Whisker stifled his pained groans as he glared at Roka. She seemed to enjoy mocking him, but it only angered him more. If this went any further, he would have to use his rage form... he hated using it, but it seemed like the only way to get through to her. "I know of two people ten times as powerful as I am that have a special place for crazy people like you... This is your last warning Roka. If you don't come peacefully I'll have no choice but to go all out... and I can't guarantee you won't get seriously injured. I won't be able to stop until you're unconscious!" Whilst one might fully expect such a small and innocent looking creature to be shivering out of fear, or possibly to stutter through a bluff, Whisker seemed completely honest and more afraid of what he would do than what damage he might suffer because of it. In this moment, he seemed completely calm in his fury. "I don't want to hurt you more than I have to. Come quietly and pay for your crimes!" The gently singed fur on his back and sides only helped to make this display of his less intimidating or cute, and more like a plea to stop any further injury from occurring in either of them. He was naïve, sure, but it seemed like his sense of justice was skewed to a similar degree as those of heroes in morning cartoons. This little "hero" wanted nothing more than to protect people, and he wasn't afraid of getting injured if it meant he could do that. With the destruction below him and his enemy in front of him, Whisker began charging himself up as a warning to Roka that he was serious. Whisker took the 4950 damage head on, unable to dodge the attack! KP:1/3 -> 2/3 (charging one) Damage Percentage: 41.25%

She had to admit she was getting carried away here in this fight, her first chance at a real challenge doing more then just getting her blood pumping. Still the battle was clearly in the furballs favor and while she hated to let it end she really could not risk it going any further then this. She already felt her wounds catching up to her as her sides ached form the effort, the nerves of the torn flesh screaming at her to stop. With a smile still plastered to her face she quickly placed her hands up weakly, her elbows still at her sides as made the gesture of surrender. "Alright alright you win but thanks for the fun cutie, its been awhile since I had a challenge." she said still confident everything was all right. She knew she was not in any real danger to the small creatures choice of words, the innocent cries about Justice and morality making her certain that the small fuzzball was not gonna harm her if she gave up. While she hated to lose against someone so innocent she knew it was not the end and next time she would make it a point to win rather the suffer another defeat.
"Now before you start going on about taking me in I figure I should tell you why I am here right? I was hired by south city to get rid of a bandit force that had been attacking nearby towns, the very same force I just destroyed. So in fact I have done nothing wrong at all!" she declared before the cat could respond to her surrender, her voice quite filled with glee as she finally told them the truth. It was not everyday that the earthlings hired thugs like her to kill anyone, more often then not they would mobilize a small bit of the military first before ever even thinking about it. However this was far form any major city and they could not catch the said bandits if they did, so the task was then tasked to mercenary rather then the military. "Even if I had not taken this contract the military would have been forced to fight and kill them as well. Hell I probably saved a few of those soldiers lives by taking this group out" she declared in a cold voice, her words justifying her ends. Still she was in fact doing everything here legally and would get paid a handsome some no doubt. They had been trying to hire a small force after all not a single fighter like here, the reward would go to her alone and she could not be happier about it.

Whisker's PL This Thread: 18,000
Whisker's face was twisted more when hearing these words. If it weren't for that smile of hers, he would think she was lying. No sane person smiles like that when talking about being hired to kill, though, so regardless of what she said, Roka was still a murderer. But... She was hired by a city to take out bandits? What? How? Why would they do that? Did the city not value justice? Would they not care whose lives they were taking? If they had just talked maybe this whole thing could have been avoided! Bandits, no matter for what reason they steal or kill, are still people. And to take someone's life without so much as a thought... Is this what it was to be an adult? Whisker stopped charging his Ki and looked gravely at the ground. Regardless of what she was or how she handled things... she wasn't technically doing anything illegal. So Whisker no longer had any reason to attempt to arrest her. Inside, he felt... cold and wrong. He had no choice but to let her go. "With your power... you could have just knocked them out. You could have brought them in and arrested them and probably gotten an even bigger 'reward' for your efforts. These were people with lives and possibly families. Thieves and murderers, sure. But... You're just as bad as them!" Whisker turned around and started floating back to the ground. He was completely distraught at this point. He didn't know people like this existed, and to find out that a city stooped so low as to hire someone to kill an entire village of people? That realization hurt him more than the heinous act that was committed here. "... Never mind. You aren't even worth it. Someone like you... I don't even want to waste my breath on you." He was disgusted by what he witnessed here. He couldn't even look at Roka as he started to put out the fires and clear the debris away from the site. He collected the bodies of the bandits and started to put them on the side of the forest, lining them up respectfully and covering their bodies with fronds and cloth from the nearby jungle and the now ruined village. This was all he could do. Putting these poor, misguided souls to rest was... the right thing to do.
