Voight is the bio android created by Blouse Threads. When Voight was born, he was as sentient as they came, why he could even speak...well technically no, he couldn't speak, not with his mouth but he could communicate by projecting a voice from his mind, should he actually try to speak with his vocal cords he sounds like an infant and speaks gibberish. Upon being born he initially had no set alignment, but when his mother insisted he would not be a "bad child" in his mind, bad would contextually mean incompetent or defective at the time- he decided to be completely loyal to his mother's wishes. Despite his loyalty he has a mind of his own, and even his own input in recurring events!

Galactic Hiccup[A1]: Voight hiccups a mini-ki ball, which he refers to as a star- it explodes on impact.
Big Galactic Hiccup[UA2]: Voight hiccups a bigger ki ball, much more potent with a much bigger explosion on impact.

Telepathy [UT1]: The basic form of Telepathy allows the user to communicate with those they are familiar with across the planet they are currently on via mental transmission, this can be blocked out by those who do not want to hear the user if the effort to block them out is put forth. This technique uses 0 KP in a KP Battle
