Nodding and listening intently as he sweeped Kabocha gently off her feet bridal style, Dion began to also discuss within himself exactly where in the heck they would start the search for such a possibly elusive son of a gun. Thinking that the West was their strongest point of entry to wherever this person may be, Dion began to slowly float above the ground with Kabocha in his hold, saying in an objective sounding tone of voice as he begun to take flight off into the direction of the West, "Well, seeing as the gal probably has no reason to suspect that these townsfolk have been able to get any sort of help sizable to be a threat to her, she most likely hasn't decided upon making a swift getaway so soon. Seeing as she most likely relies on this town for many of her daily amenities, I doubt she'd allow for herself to lose her iron grip upon it so easily. And again, if these poor men and women haven't been able to get any of the help that they most likely deserve from any of the other surrounding towns or cities, then she has even less reason to ever believe she is in immediate danger of being caught. So yes, I think we should probably start searching within the western area a bit."
Noticing that she had suddenly been a bit frenzied as she stared at him with the scouter on, Dion laughed a little sheepishly, saying, "O-oh, sorry about that, eheheh. I did say I was stronger than most, right? Careful using that when around me, okay? They have a bad habit of breaking under the presence of a stronger than average fighter, or at least that's what my experience has been with them. Surprisingly fragile for something made by a Saiyan, oddly enough.."
"...Just let me know if you also sense something interesting that I fail to pick up as we approach, you get me?"
He then shot off at full speed- ensuring Kabocha was safely held the entire way through as they approached the western area at high velocity. It took him quite a bit off effort to actually stop, frightening himself for a couple seconds before they had eventually grinded to a halt. With a small sigh of relief, Dion slowly floated down toward the Earth below them, their environment now much more rocky wasteland looking than usual, a few hints of green here and there, but mostly just open cave systems and caverns galore.
"Perfect hiding place for a criminal," Dion muttered to himself as he set Kabocha down, immediately starting to walk along the path of which that would get him in close proximity of the majority of the caves in the area, reaching out mentally to see if he could sense any higher than usual power signatures distinguishable from the simple lizard, bug, or other larger animal than normally roamed these same areas. Stopping, he looked back toward Kabocha, motioning for her to follow him closeby as he said, "If this person does happen to be a threat to me, I'd much rather have you stick close to my side- yknow, I'd like for you to leave here in on piece, ehehe."
A bit macabre humor for a already decently somber situation. He liked to keep the mood lighthearted as much as he could in order to keep morale decently high.
"Like I said, tell me if your scouter picks something of interest up, okay? As powerful as you might think I am, that doesn't make me any less Saiyan, I still miss things that could very well be staring me straight in the face, so I'm trusting you to watch both of our backs. No pressure though, I'm sure we're gonna be A-OK."

Kabocha noted Dion's assessment, the red menace really HAD to be around here if she was raiding these townsfolk. and when he gave her the advice of trying not to scan him she nodded a bit worried that it was gonna pop and blind her, so she did the reasonable thing and kept her eyes on the ground. scanning the area below her, not for an entrance. dion could do that himself. What she was looking for was high power. The red menace would have been able to scare these good people with high power, meaning it wouldn't be a stretch to say they've got their power out in front most if not all the time. "I get ya" She replied to dion as she surveyed the multiple 1 PL readings, sometimes 20 PL readings from dinosaurs. Normally she'd be panicking about flight but thankfully she was MUCH more focused on finding this menace. "I'm getting a lot of dinosaurs and moles down here!" he called to Dion as they flew. When they finally stopped she looked up to dion, avoiding using the scanner on him as per his advice. She looked back down and focused really hard... she... couldn't see anything important. IT felt like it was barren. When he brought them down, her feet touched the ground and she had what she thought to be a bit of vertigo for a moment, feeling a bit queasy. Though it was only when she got a tingling in her spine that rocked her to her core did she realize this wasn't due to the flight "D-dion..." she said after he told her to stay close to him. She moved a bit closer and put a hand on his shoulder. "I can feel something near us" She said, quieting herself down to muttering.
Potana was working through her food when she felt a similar shimmer in her back. "Noooo..." she muttered quietly as she very much knew what this was. Her eyes shut and squeezed shut for a moment as she swore to however many spiritual guardians there were in the universe before she would open them again. She did her best to muffle her movements as she stepped on the fire and grimaced as she ignored the burning sensation in her feet even though she had combat boots on. She finally killed the fire and she began to move closer to the cave entrance, covering her mouth to conceal her breath and presence the best she could. she peaked out from the corner and her eyes widened as she saw them. Dion and Kabocha in the distance. The sight of her sister sending her careful breathing awry and her energy to spike a slight bit as she pulled from the entrance quickly. trying to think carefully of what to do. She couldn't sense Dion really. She had the instinctive sense of sensing her kin, but the sight of him told her everything she needed to know. She knew what an enforcer looked like from their posture. and knowing he was with kabocha only told her that he was here to kick the shit out of her. [Goddamn paragons.] she thought to herself as her eyes flicked to the cave she was in. It was an early dead end cave with not much to it, which is why she picked this spot in the first place. Other than all her personal effects... [Fuck.] She looked back to the entrance, and then to her personal things and made an estimate. She could hide from them properly and make sure she wasn't found... but her sister... If this boy scout spoiled everything by telling her sister about everything...
She had to move quickly, pulling her spare armor quickly from where it dried, her combat gear, her brush, and everything she had from the cave as quickly as she could. risking making noise to alert them. she wrapped her tail around her waist and threw all of her things in the corner in a small pile, then her cloak on everything she owned and kicked sand at it to conceal it with the ground. She smiled as after a moment, she couldn't recognize the spot where her things were. Though that left her without anything to hide herself with. and a very quickly emptying timeline to hide. She looked around very panicked, and then upwards, where she found the cave had eroded enough for a small upward pocket. It wouldn't hold up to just looking upward... but... they'd probably be looking for some thug without a goddamn tactical brain. she jumped up and sunk her fingers into the ceiling rock, then planted her feet into the stone and held still, doing her best to blend in. Thankfully her armor was mainly black and made it hard to notice her.. but it was up to chance now.
Little known to Potana, she pulled her armor too quickly, and the family picture drifted to the ground face down on the ground.

Immediately when he had felt Kabochas halting hand upon his shoulder, Dion had turned to face the girl- concern flooding his expression as she was clearly getting all out of sorts. Queasy expression, loss of stability within her balance, and a feeling of nervousness filling the air, the bartender immediately held Kabocha up by her forearm. Looking around, he couldn't exactly sense anything out of the ordinary quite yet, so this was all a bit confusing to the male. Perhaps this was a case of intense vertigo from the heightened speed that they had been traveling at? But just as he was about to use that as possible reasoning for her sudden discomfort, immediately Kabocha had cut those hopes off, instead speaking to him that there was indeed something hidden amongst the two. Now, more confused, but even more concerned, Dion led the topsy turvy young woman over to a rock that she could sit down on for a little while, setting her atop it and kneeling in front of her as he took a look upon her features. No, it wasn't really the look of someone that was sickened from turbulence, no, this was the face of someone who knew something big was to come.
He's become quite familiar with the expression- I mean, he did just return from atop the mountains of madness, after all.
Dion patted her gently on the knee in an attempt to reassure the girl that nothing was amiss, saying in a comforting tone as he slowly returned to his feet, "Okay, okay, let's say that this isn't just an aftereffect of flight turbulence and you're right, yeah? I trust you, and so that's why I'm gonna go ahead for a little bit and see exactly what might be causing your concern. It is a bit odd though that you're able to feel its presence but I'm not, though, I'm sure I'll get that explained sooner or later if it's who I think it is." Him of course alluding to perhaps the appearance of the Red Menace herself.
Now back to fully standing position, the young man began to walk around a bit- not too far away from where Kabocha had been, but far enough that he'd be able to get a wide sense of what the area was mostly made up of power signatures wise. However, the sudden spiking of a power level that definitely wasn't just another insect or a dinosaur caught his attention, his gaze immediately twisting to turn and look into the direction where he had felt the strength slightly spike. Currently, now, he couldn't feel anything, but something told him that he wasn't hit soo hard that his brain would mistake feeling another presence hidden among them. So, crossing his arms, he waited for any stroke of movement or another spike in energy, his eyes still laid within the direction of where he had sensed this probable person in the first place.
Specifically his gaze was focused on a cave within the distance, and as he stood there waiting, Dion decided to make a small approach, walking a couple yards closer to the location when all the sudden he felt what he had been looking for. He sensed upon entering a certain distance away the near undeniable presence of someone who wasn't just another wild animal. The energy in question wasn't really that big of a threat to himself, but could most likely with ease do away with Kabocha, so in order to try and reinstate some sort of control over the situation even though he didn't have them within his sights, Dion raised a palm toward the cave- sensing that whomever had been giving the townsfolk trouble was located within.
Firing off a small Ki blast, it hit the area just before the opening of the cave, with Dion miscalculating and firing off a bit too powerful of a blast- it shaking the caves immediate area violently. With a sheepish chuckle, he realized that whoever was hiding in there, good or bad, would probably be left with quite a bit of a dizzy feeling in their head as the shaking finally stalled.
"I know you're in there, whoever you are," Dion said in a calm yet authoritative tone, crossing his arms once more- keeping a stern glare on the cave before him. "Cmon out of there, thankfully for you, for now, I just wanna talk. And seeing as I figuratively and literally have the high ground here, you don't seem to have much choice as it is."

Kabocha felt nauseous. She could feel something that was out there. It made her guts writhe as Dion kindly set her down on a rock he led her to. She looked up and him and listened the best she could- her attention was being split between multiple thoughts, flashes of sights and sounds that she couldn't understand. " T-thank you" She said, putting a hand to her head and took a few deep breaths, the breathing actually seeming to physically ease her a bit as she looked up to him and smiled the best she could so he wouldn't worry too much about her. When he turned she muttered under her breath. " I-I'm not sure what's wrong with me... This is so weird..." She shook her head as Dion moved away. In her mind she could hear faint sounds of conversation You did what?! She winced a bit as she heard it. A flash of a hallway leading to a living room. looking like her own home but slightly different. Two people in the livingroom, one obfuscated by the walls, and the other two contrasted too heavily by the flash of the memory to determine. Physically she did her absolute best to keep herself looking just slightly nauseated, but the longer she was here, the worse it was getting. She's a ber....er Kabocha thought back to when Hazel taught her to sense out her energy- and realized she needed to shut those senses off right now- It'd leave her a bit in the dark- but she was confident in Dion's ability to keep her safe. She prodded inside her essence and finally managed to seperate the senses she had temporarily, leaning back against the rock as the sense of nausea, whispers, and visions subsided. she laid on the rock and sighed happily. Feeling like everything was going to be okay... Until the ki blast shook the area. She squeaked loudly and hugged the rock, wanting to sass Dion slightly but thankfully remembering it was best to keep still and recover.
Potana was dealing with something similar, unlike Kabocha being able to turn the sense off, or being able to mitigate it, she herself was bearing with a lot of memories and sounds flooding to the surface. She shook her head though, managing to focus even while they were going. She'd dealt with situations like these, and she was much better at handling it than Kabocha. [ Everything's fuckin' fine. I just have to wait the goody two sho-] she blinked a bit as she heard the sound of a ki blast forming. [ ...Well this isn't great bu-] When she felt the shock of it slamming against the ground nearby the cave's opening, she let out a startled shout as she fell down from the ceiling of the cave. She grumbled, and rubbed the shaved portion of her head [ Fuckin' smartass.] She understood what he was saying. She wasn't stupid. She'd survived this long specifically by... requisitioning the things she needed from small villages nearby with a bit of muscle. She held her arms up to the sky and slowly emerged from the entrance of the cave. Revealing herself to Dion. She looked- well, definitely dissatisfied being held at metaphorical gunpoint. She couldn't hope to shell out something that power, and she assumed that wasn't even a technique... " Alright. Fine." She stood there, keeping her arms still in the air as she looked to dion, trying to gauge his reaction to her appearance. Trying to think of a way to run, to escape, or to convince him to let her go without ratting her out to her sister.

While all the more encouraged by the feeling of Kabochas life force stabilizing itself shortly after Dion had the right of mind to set her down somewhere she could compose herself, he was all the more worried at the very apparent sound of a lass shouting her lungs out at the impact of his blast- another pang of guilt hitting his heart-place from deep within, only to be quickly replaced by a sense of duty, him realizing shortly afterward that with people like this he couldn't take any chances whatsoever. She had killed a couple people and threatened an entire town for a long period of time, for Kami's sake! He shouldn't feel bad in the slightest! But, the reality was, he did, and that made him feel quite conflicted as the person in question finally revealed themselves to him- a bit of an amused grin on his face as Potana came out with her hands reaching for the great blue sky right above them. He then felt incredibly confused- as he recognized many of her features and mannerisms as those that he could find within Kabocha just a few yards away. He wasn't exactly dense, the thought of her being Kabochas sister came to mind, but he found that still an unlikely probability. He'd soon have his answer, and answers, depending on how many questions he'd have for her, soon enough. No need to be too hasty. Upon her reveal, Dion immediately began to make his approach toward her, walking all the more cautiously as he did. Yes, she may have been weaker than him by a large margin at the moment, but there were things some fighters could do that he could never at all hope to predict. Every person had their own little quirks and such to their fighting style that made them all the more lethal in some way shape or form. So there was little to no chance he was to not take all the necessary precautions in a situation like this.
Just take a look at Carro for example. His presidential pal had the authority as well as it seemed like the power to utterly demolish and eliminate Kalabas of all people- of whom he had struggled greatly against, even with the help and assistance of three other similarly powerful individuals. Yet Carro took him down as if he was next to nothing.
So, appearances and first-time impressions made little to no difference when it came to someones actual full power. And so Dion held this ideal to mind as he finally stopped himself just half or foot or so in front of the female- reaching out at a fantastical speed and gripping her wrist tightly with one iron gripped hand as he then turned back around, making his way back toward Kabocha while his eyes remained glued to Potana as he decided to mess with her a bit, saying, "Well, if you weren't so apparently evil I woulda found you kinda cute in a raider style kinda way. What with the traditional Saiyan armor and cool looking scar you've got going on there. But, seeing as we're both on two different sides of the same tracks, it looks like I'm gonna hafta bring you in." Stopping just a couple yards away from Kabocha once more, Dion pointed toward Potana, asking her straight up before he chose his means of interrogation for Potana, "So, since I don't like beating around the bush that much, wastes valuable time and all that, I have to ask you straight up Kabocha- is this that sister I've been hearing so much about? I can definitely see the similarities physicality wise, but personality wise, you two couldn't seem more different..."
One was a raider like Saiyan traditionalist who took what she wanted through fear-mongering of weaker individuals, both mind and physically wise, the other a kind hearted more human like Saiyan whose ideals and caring nature helped to create more and more friendships with those around her as opposed to what Potana was cooking up. It was incredibly strange to think that these two could live under the same roof. But, something that did make more sense now was the sister's conflict with the parents of the two.
I mean, I'm sure even he'd have some qualms with a bloodlusted daughter.

Potana saw his face shift from smug amusement, to confusion. She raised an eyebrow cautiously as she wondered why he was so confused. If he knew Kabocha for so long, it would have been obvious who she was... was he... Was he a new ally to her?? He's a saiyan, why does he associate with her weak sister??? [ Oh sweet god, our fuckin' parent's bullshit spread.] She grimaced a bit, and when he started to approach her she reflexively lowered her arms a little, and drew backwards towards the cave, though her reaction was a bit too slow, when she started jumping back, he already had a grip on her wrist. She pulled and tried to wrench her arm free glaring at him the whole time " lemme go, i'll answer yer fuckin'..." she planted her feet on his side to try to pull his grip off, but iron was a very good descriptor for his grip. [ Gods, how strong is this guy, this is ridiculous! How am I...? Wait... Is he for real?!] She realized in horror that he was trying to drag her to Kabocha!!! " No no no, you don't understand- wait- cute?-... WHATEVER, Come on, have a heart- this is just gonna do more damage to her than it is for me. Shit, shit shit!" She says, trying to pull as far away as she could, sticking her feet in the ground and cursing mentally when it only buys her milliseconds of time due to the friction. She ran through every option in her head [ I could shoot him! It'd probably scare the hell out of Kabocha, but- i'll aim for his arm!] she held out her other hand's index and pointed at his arm, before lowering it, recognizing if he was pulling her so easily, the Red Bullet was going to do jack shit. [ Uhhhh... Barrier...! No, shit- WAIT! I could... Well that would fix meeting my sister, but he's still got a grip on me, all he'd need to do would haymaker and just...!] She paused as she recognized his tail [ Oh please don't be an elite warrior, or else he's going to kill me for trying and failing this!]
When Dion came around the corner to Kabocha, the young saiyan was looking at the ground, breathing evenly. She started to look towards Dion, confused by his words " What...?" but she was hopeful he just managed to save her sister. She was about to meet Potana's eyes- the following happened.
Potana put her plan into action. She lowered her voice, even deeper than most would recognize, and shouted " FLASH BANG!" Holding out her palm to Dion and Kabocha. A gathering of energy formed in her hand, compacted and started to become malformed as she dropped control of her own ki, the red ball puncturing on one end, and releasing an insanely bright light. Attempting to blind everyone in the vicinity. She then threw herself backwards, bending her arm at an uncomfortable angle and managed to (Unintentionally) dislocate her arm, she bit her lip and groaned in pain as she made a grab for Dion's tail. If successful she would wrench her grip from his arm while he was limp, lean down and say " Don't tell her, it'd break her heart. I'll stop the raiding thing as long as you keep your promise alright Paragon Guy?" She would then throw herself backward and start flying away at TOP GEAR, just hauling tail further away from them. Hoping his desire to do good by her sister, or whatever- would keep her secret safe
Kabocha cried out and covered her eyes as she writhed on the ground " Oh god it's like looking at your phone at max brightness when it's the dead of night, but like- a hundred times worse!" She held at her eyes, until she could start seeing little splotches of things around her. Whether Potana was successful or not, she'd look toward where Dion had been, black spots in her eyesight as she blurted out " not completely blind! It's wearing off!! What happened?!"0

The young bartender let out a small chuckle as he saw Potana begin to struggle against his grip- only for it to transform into a small fit of laughter as he saw her furthermore suddenly hesitate as her mind computed his slight flirtation, with him now saying in a bit of a snarky tone and amused grin, "Well, lovely to see that I have the same effect on both siblings- if that is who you are to Kabocha, anyways." His grin widening now to a knowing smile, tone shifting to a more calculative one, Dion began to add on to how exactly he was able to tell, saying as he returned his gaze forward toward where he had left Kabocha, "Not only do your physical characteristics give yourselves away, but, as different as you are from your sister, your mannerisms and physical ticks also share some semblance with that of your sister's own- and after hearing from your sister that you and your parents had a slight falling out over, to her, unknown reasons, it comes to stand that these reasons could be that you are simply more savage than your parents had bargained for- and you had left home in order to find a life more suiting of your own tastes."
"...of course, this is all pure conjecture- so do be sure to let me know if I'm right or not."
His heart suddenly sank and his head immediately whipped back to face Potana as a demonly deep voice suddenly sounded itself outward from her mouth; his mind not initially recognizing the meaning behind her words not until well within the moves duration, wherein he found himself completely and utterly blinded from all sides- nothing but white encompassing his vision. A shocked yell swiftly followed from the young Saiyan male, his grip only tightening around her wrist as his other hand went to rub at his debilitated gaze, just as the unthinkable came to pass.
Kalabas, Aurora, Russe, not even Kuma had thought of taking advantage of such a weakness- and so the bartender was extremely surprised as he felt a sudden forceful tug at his tail, immediately causing his body to go limp from the shock, his hand finally releasing his hold on the sister, as his body felt as though it had lost all of its bony structure as it fell straight to the ground in shambles. He knew that this would eventually come to pass, but, Dion was hoping to put off tail training for as long as he could- he simply had too much to do to worry about something that most people didn't take advantage of anyways.
Then again, this situation that he now found himself within was a clear testament to how important it was for Dion to undergo tail weakness training. What happens when someone such as Vocado, Kalabas, hell, Cress, finds out that he still harbors such an Achille's Heel within his arsenal? Does he lay down and die? Does he become helpless as they slaughter those fighting alongside him?
No, this was indeed an eye-opener for him now. He couldn't afford that happening in an actual life or death situation. Dion now made mental note to finally put a pin in this certain problem area for himself. Mastering Super Saiyan and all of that could wait.
Finding that his mouth could still work after he had processed this new promise now made to himself, he was just about to let out a torrent of swears as Potana leaned down and whispered just to him- her promising to halt her raiding habits as long as Dion ("Paragon Guy, pah") didn't reveal to Kabocha her sister's secret. Just as he was about to try and snarkily reply, Potana had made her exit, leaving the spaghetti-bodied bartender on the floor, tangled up in his own limbs.
After a couple more moments, and just as Kabocha began to describe, the brightness within their vision finally began to clear- and just as the whiteness within his eye whites finally made their departure, Dion also found that he could move again, and soon enough staggered to his feet, having to lean against a nearby rock for stability. Looking over at Kabocha, he now had two options he needed to weigh before telling her what had happened.
On one hand, Kabocha had the right to know her sister was most likely a psychotic, chaotic, trouble-maker with lack of moral sensibility. What if she did end up finding her again? What if she ends up getting hurt because of her association with her? What if she ends up accusing Dion for not liking what she sees when she does eventually come face to face with Potana once again?
But, on the other hand- if Kabocha ends up letting slip that Dion did tell her all about Potana's murderous tendencies, then she'd most likely have the innocent townsfolk pay- perhaps in much harsher fashion than what he could even imagine. And while Kabocha did have the right to the truth, putting innocent lives at risk in the very small off-chance that Kabocha could be put in danger from finding her sister seemed a price too great for him to pay. Besides, her sister seemed strong herself, and also seemed to care about Kabocha just as much as he did- if not more.
He was sure that when the time came, and the two met, Potana would keep her beloved sister safe.
So, once he returned to reality, and was still faced with the question of what had just happened, Dion looked directly at Kabocha, saying in a still dazed tone (perhaps to help sell his story), "Looks like the lassie had a bit more up her sleeves than I would have originally thought. See? Just because I'm pretty powerful doesn't mean I'm utterly untouchable. I'm still, just Saiyan, afterall."
"...I'm sure things'll turn out just fine though. They had told me before leaving that they don't wanna mess with a town who's got someone like me on speed-dial, so, I'm sure that they won't be showing their face around here any longer. Good work, then, I guess? Eheheh."
Stretching himself out a bit, pins and needles now reassuring him that his body was his to control again, Dion continued, saying, "I think we can head back now, then. Though, I don't think I'm quite good to fly back just yet- not sure what she did, but my body's feeling all out of sorts.."
...what? He needed some shred of dignity to keep.
"...So, would you mind at all walking back?"
