Kohlra's PL: 2,400,000 (MSSJ ACTIVE | BASE: 150K)
Honestly she felt sick having to visit her own kid who’s up in Heaven. She felt even more sick realizing that she’d have to leave him alone after this, but… hopefully once she came back, the dragon balls would all be gathered then she could bring him back. That’ll be some good news for him, and speaking of which, she also became a Super Saiyan! So the two could actually spar! By the kais, she needed to spar with him before she had to go. That’s one thing she needed to do with him, but first she had to find the kiddo. Kohlra’s energy was pretty noticeable compared to the rest, mostly because she was in her super state… which she’s been stuck in for quite a while now actually.
Speaking of which though, it was easy to make out her son’s energy, because… it was her son’s! She didn’t know where he was generally however, but at least she knew that the kiddo was somewhere in Heaven. The saiyan would start her search over at the garden area, because he’d probably be there. Knowing her kid, he’d like how peaceful and relaxing it was, but there was a chance he’d grow bored after being there for a while. Either way the woman would begin her search through the meadow, shouting out for her kid’s name. This might’ve been illegal to just barge into Heaven like this, but in all honesty she didn’t care. All she wanted to see was her kid and that’s it, and nobody was gonna stop her from doing so.
She needed to see him again, for her own sake. Then maybe she’d feel better for once.

Tarch PL: 200,000 This was actually nice. As boring as it could be, the Endless Meadow was soothing and relaxing at the same time. No worries of life troubling you. No bad guys trying to kill you over some stupid wish orb. So why was Tarch stressing out now? Easy. He sensed his mom. That was the last person he wanted to see here! Well not really. Actually he wanted to see her more than anyone, maybe except for Chromo. But not here! She already died once! Maybe she was visiting like Yanwang? Okay but how? Yanwang was an ogre.
“Okay just breathe,” he assured himself, “maybe I’m just having maternal feelings toward Nashua?” He thought for a moment before wincing in disgust. “Ew no. She’s more like my sister. Maybe it’s Kayen?” Yeah, that made way more sense. Given the insanely high power level and the tough love vibe he got from the energy, maybe Kayen died. Sure that would suck but at least he could stand the thought of another Saiyan Queen dying. Anything was better than hearing his momma died again.
Tarch quickly closed in on the source of the energy. The bad news, it was indeed Kohlra. The good news, she was a super saiyan! Better news, no halo to be found on her. Tarch’s eyes lit up. “Momma?” He slowly took tentative steps toward his mother. As the teen drew near, he took one more close look to make sure there wasn’t a pale gold ring blending in with the pale gold hair. Nothing. Kohlra was alive and she was here.
“MOMMA!” Tarch would tackle her to the ground with a big hug. Or at least try. There was no way he could knock over a super saiyan without being one himself. Tears of boundless joy streamed from his icy blue orbs. “I missed you so much!” he squealed practically trying to break her ribs with his hug. “B-but how are you here?! I don’t see a halo or anything so you can’t be dead. Whatever! Who cares! You’re here! How’s Chromo?! Wait, no, how are YOU? You’re a super saiyan!” He stopped his gushing for just a moment as a sobering realization slapped him across the face. His mom was a super saiyan. “Is that… because of me?”

Kohlra's PL: 150,000
Kohlra could feel his energy getting closer; he was a lot stronger than their last meeting, that’s for damn sure. The energy itself didn’t feel overpowering however, mostly because of her being in her Super state and due to that energy belonging to Tarch. But now that she realized, how did she know it was Tarch to begin with? She got the whole ‘sensing ki’ thing after he died, not before. It might’ve had to be due to the fact that they were blood-related, or maybe something else… but whatever the case was, she could only assume that energy belonged to her kid. Better yet, she isn’t gonna assume; she knows that it’s her son’s energy. So she’d use that energy as a guide, sorta doing a ‘hot and cold’ thing until she spotted a figure not too far from where she was.
As it got closer, she would immediately recognize it. That face, those blue eyes, and that messy hair… it was her son. Kohlra would stop for a moment, freezing in place. Her heart would seemingly skip a beat as her lips cracked a small smile, but shrunk as soon as she saw the halo on top of his head. For a moment she felt as if this was a dream, or perhaps all that crap that happened earlier was just some nightmare. Maybe this place was just some nice looking flower field, and maybe her, Tarch, as well as Saizomaru was just having a picnic. Hell she was half expecting Chromo to be nearby, but she would come to her senses as soon as she felt Tarch hit against her body.
Kohlra would stand there, staring off as she was hugged by him. Kohlra was so prepared for this, even to a point that she had some stuff planned out on what to say. For example, she was gonna say how happy she was to see him, how he was doing, and a bunch of other important questions but… nothing would come out. Like a statue she’d stand there, and only then would her hair suddenly go from blonde to its dark brown color. His words… they hurt her. They were happy though which was the weird part. There wasn’t an ounce of sadness in his voice, let alone any negative emotion. He was happy, but why wasn’t she? She was happy, yes… but this happiness felt weird.
It’s as if she’s feeling a rush of emotions that shouldn’t mix; sadness, happiness, anger, frustration; she’s happy due to seeing him; she’s sad by realizing that this wasn’t going to last long; angry upon the realization with the fact; and frustrated that she has done nothing to fix what should’ve been fixed months ago. As he spoke, Kohlra would begin to slowly wrap her arms around Tarch. Her fingers would dig into his shoulders a bit as she pulled him close to her body, and she’d either kneel down or get to his level, resting her head upon his shoulder. Her body trembled and shook; her legs were like jello, feeling as if they’d give out at any moment. Kohlra would soon realize that she wasn’t ready for this meeting. Kohlra would remain silent after hearing his final question, not uttering a single word. All she could do was just hug him as if this was the last time she’d see him, and to further this, four more arms would sprout out from her shoulders, only to wrap around her son.
Soon enough, all that pain she felt would begin to show as she began to tremble and shake. Kohlra would grit her teeth, letting out a hiss of air as she tried to say something. If she were to speak, she was more than likely going to let out a whine, which she couldn’t do. She shouldn’t be a blubbering mess, but instead she should be the exact opposite. She should be happy, but alas that happiness was overwhelmed by feelings she was too familiar with. Kohlra just wanted to tell her son that she was happy to see him and to ask how he was feeling… and if he was eating well, y’know?
Speaking was difficult, and it required a great deal of effort to even utter something without bawling like a baby. But she’d managed to struggle out something, simply whispering, “I missed you.” Her grip around him would tighten after that, uttering, “I’ve missed you. So much.” At this point tears had begun to stream down her face, more than likely staining the shoulder of his shirt in tears.

Of course, she was a super Saiyan because of him. The grief of losing a mother was only surpassed by the world-shattering and boundless sadness of losing a child. Tarch left his family behind. Not by choice, but he did it anyway. So why wasn’t he sad? If anything that made him all the happier to see his mom again. Was this what Sensoa put them through? From brilliant gold and glowing to dark and mournful. Through all that the teen still carried a smile, albeit more somber than before.
He pulled his mother in for a tighter hug. “I’m sorry Momma. I didn’t want to leave everyone.” He sniffled, not sure if he should join in the tears or start laughing. “You know that right? Sensoa… he was just so much stronger than me. I guess it is kinda my fault. I should have just given him that stupid Dragon Ball.” He pulled back slightly so he could look Kohlra in the eyes. “B-but, but it’s okay! You’re here, somehow. And I bet I’ll be back soon! A-and there ain’t nobody who’s gonna stop me. Not Sensoa, not Cress, not even Mr. V-” He couldn’t stop him even if he wanted to.
This was bordering on depressing even for Tarch. There must be something he could do to lighten the mood right? Something, anything good that could come from this. She was blonde before. That was good right?! It probably sucked at the time but now they were a family of super saiyans!
“Never mind them!” he chirped happily. A deep breath later and now Tarch was the one in super form. “Now we can both be super saiyans! And hey, yours looks like you already got it under control. Took me forever to get mine down. Then when I got here I couldn’t do it at all for a while. But I got it again! Come on,” he urged, giving his mother a playful nudge, “I wanna see it again!” He hoped to Chime and Oboe this would be a good way to bring the mood back up. He wanted this to be a happy reunion. As far as he was concerned the world needed more of those these days.

Kohlra's PL: 2,400,000 (MSSJ)
All she wanted to do right now was just hug him… and that’s it. She felt as if that if she kept the hug going, then maybe this time he wouldn’t go away again. It’s a childish thought, but knowing that she’d have to leave eventually was breaking her already shattered heart. She didn’t want to leave her baby boy alone, and he didn’t want him to go either. The woman would tighten her grip as soon as he did, her six arms nearly wrapping themselves around the entirety of his body. It was probably hard for him to breathe, but considering he had on a halo that didn’t exactly mean anything. So she’d squeeze him because of the fact, listening to her son’s words. He always sounded so cheery even while she was crying, which was enough for her to crack a grin.
“About Sensoa… the dragon balls…” Kohlra would start, “He’s not here anymore. I’ve started hunting for the dragon balls, along with your friend, Chromo. I think we’re just ‘bout done with the hunt, then ya can come back home…” Once he’d lean back, she would ease her grip around him, staring back into his eyes with her own. She’d also go ahead and return to having just her two arms, with her ‘real’ ones remaining on her kid’s shoulders. “Don’t worry, you’ll be back soon I’m sure. I’ll make sure that happens, no matter what, kiddo.” Even if it meant sending some people in Other World, she’ll make sure to get her son back. “Just gotta do some talkin’... then we’ll get the wish done. Everythin’ will be back to normal soon.”
Soon enough though the mood would change almost entirely… almost. A grin would spread across her face whenever she saw him switch into his super form, but still she felt that sense of guilt in the back of her mind just by seeing it. She was the one who caused it, and… funnily enough, he was the one who caused hers. It was poetic in a way, which would cause her to let out a quiet chuckle. But after he nudged her, the woman would hesitantly let go of him, standing up and letting out a sigh, “What are ya talkin’ about? I’m…” Kohlra would stop for a moment, realizing that she wasn’t actually in her super state for once. The saiyan would blink, snickering, “Oh, uh… funny story, but I was actually stuck in it for a while. I guess I switched outta it whenever I saw ya.”
The saiyan would then close her eyes, and within a near instant, she’d switch to her mastered super state. After a second or so she’d go ahead and open her eyes, looking towards Tarch. “There. Heh, I was in this form for a while. I was stuck in it for maybe about a week or so, probably a month. I tried to get out of it for a while, but uh… heh, I guess I figured it out.” She said, rubbing the back of her head.

Tarch let out a barely stifled laugh. “You were stuck in it? That’s funny. When I first transformed I couldn’t go back in it for the life of me. It took me maybe a month to do it on command.” This was nice. It was nice, right? A mother and son reconnecting after death. Sharing stories about their experience as super saiyans. The only thing Tarch didn’t like hearing was that Sensoa wasn’t around. Did that mean he fled from earth after he killed him? Then what did he even die for?
“Hmm… Guess I’ll have to go look for him,” he muttered to himself accidentally a little too loud. The last thing the teen wanted was for his already grieving mother to hear how he wanted to go searching for his killer. He quickly shook his head, “but hey! If you guys are almost done with the dragon balls then that means I’ll be back anyway! OOH! We should have a party after the wish! With you, me, Chromo, and anyone else that died. Like Nashi and Nashua.” Whenever that would be. If it was as soon as Kohlra made it seem, then that party should be within a month or so. A perhaps too exciting thought.
“Gah, it’s going to be so cool to be back! Don’t get me wrong, heaven is cool and all but it’s too… nice! I barely ever get a scraped knee in a fight now. Plus I can wipe the floor with most of Shark School. Oh that’s right!” As if the hyperactive hybrid wasn’t beaming enough, he was no actually bouncing on the balls of his feet with excitement. “I met your shark school people! Nice bunch but really rough. Kinda remind me of you actually.” The super Saiyan was both figuratively and literally glowing now. So many great things all at once. Finally, some good news to reignite the spark of hope and joy that was Tarch. “But what about you? What’s been goin on back home?”

“Yeah! It was somethin’! It took me a lil’ while to realize that I was even in the form! I guess I was so used to bein’ in it I kinda just forgot how to turn it off.” It sounded ridiculous now that she’s saying it out loud, but it was true! Well, she didn’t really feel much of a change whenever she switched just now, aside from the fact that she was immensely powerful. “It took me two months to master this form, but it was all worth it! Heck, I can kick anyone’s butt that even thinks about trying to get the dragon balls.” The saiyan with a snort, her mood shifting to a brighter one now. Not only that, but she’d actually begin smiling; a genuine one. It’s as if she forgot about the fact that her son was dead right now.
The woman would raise a brow after hearing him, but she’d ignore it after he spoke again. It was probably nothing, but she thought she made out something about ‘looking for him’. Perhaps he meant Chromo, or maybe… nah. He wouldn’t want to search for Sensoa, and even if he did, Kohlra would surely know about it, especially since she could sense energy. The smile she had earlier would grow wider, a snicker escaping the woman, “Yeah, I’ll put up a party for ya, kiddo. We’ll have an even bigger party whenever it’s your birthday! Heheheh…” But then she realized what he said. “... Nashua?” Kohlra, confused, would ask, “What do you mean Nashua? She’s…?” Kami dammit. What the hell happened? Has she been living under a rock this entire time? Was that the energy she sensed whenever she was out hunting the dragon balls? Was there a fight there and she just ignored it? Goddammnit! She could’ve prevented Nashua from dying if she was there to begin with! Kohlra would give herself a figurative slap on the face, letting out a sigh. “Did you see anyone else up in the Check-In Station? I never knew that Nashua died.”
That was pretty damn depressing knowing that someone like Nashua died… because who the hell would want to kill her? Whatever the case was, it didn’t really matter right now. All she cared about was her son, and speaking of which, he seemed to have found her school! “Heh, yeah, Heaven tends to get a lil’ boring at times, which is why I made that!” She said with a wide-ass grin, chuckling after hearing that her son actually met the members of her school. She should really pay them a visit later, but in all honesty she didn’t wanna get caught. “It’s good to hear that they were rough! Hehehe, that’s the Shark School way after all! If ya ain’t rough, then ya ain’t tough. That’s the motto!” She said with a hearty laugh, ending it with a sigh however whenever he asked how she was doing and…
“Well, a lot has happened. I’ve become a Super Saiyan… then I started to look for the dragon balls after I met up with Chromo. I’ve been trainin’ most of the time, so I don’t know much about what’s goin’ on.” She said, but then she’d come to a realization, and it’s the fact that Namek has exploded. Actually a lot of bad stuff has happened. The woman wouldn’t bother to mention them however, instead saying, “So far everything is going fine, but… it ain’t the same without you, kiddo. I’ll say this again: I’ve missed ya… and so has Chromo. It won’t be long until you’re back home, and then we can have that party.”

She didn’t know about Nashua? Tarch thought her death would shake the entire universe to the core. Of course that was also coming from the child who was sure his own death would just be a small-time event that only caught the attention of those he knew. To him, he was just a fourteen-year-old boy. For now, that’s exactly what he was. A young teenager who gets to see his family for the first time in months.
“You’re a super saiyan?!” he jibbed in the most overdramatic almost baotuber levels of faked incredulity. This was still Tarch though, so it didn’t take him long before cracking up in small torrents of laughter. “You know, now that we’re both super saiyans I look almost exactly like you if you were a guy. Well, and a teen. Heck, I bet I’m as tall as-” His gleeful smile finally faded. As sad as it was, Tarch only viewed his death as another state of life. But something as seemingly insignificant as his height made him realize just what kind of situation he was in.
Were he alive, there was a distinct possibility that he would have matched or even surpassed his mother in height. Yet here he was, just a two or three inches shy. Just as before. He stopped growing. For the first time in his unlife, he realized that he was not actually living. Tarch died. A small tear tugged at the corner of his eye.
“I uhh… I guess you don’t keep growing when you die.” He chuckled weakly, “Oh wow imagine being a kid forever.” It was a weak but somehow effective distraction for himself. “A-anyway I don’t really get to hang around the check-in station much. The ogres say it slows down the line. Last I saw though it was just as huge as before. Though I think one of them said something about it being longer… I dunno it all looks the same to me.”
Subject change. If it wasn’t clear from his suddenly soured tones, Tarch didn’t very much like thinking about the death of both himself and his friends. Of course, he was talking to his grieving mother. “I miss you too momma. I miss everybody. But you guys are gonna bring me and Nashua back right? S-so let’s just have fun today.”

Kohlra would just roll her eyes, easily detecting his bit of sarcasm. He’d even burst into a fit of laughter, which the saiyan would of course laugh along with him. Yup, he was still Tarch. It was good knowing that he didn’t change, especially after his death. To be honest she was surprised that she hasn’t changed much upon dying… or maybe she did, and she just has yet to notice it. Oh well, that didn’t matter. The saiyan would crack a smile as he spoke, but that would lessen into a slight frown whenever she saw his energy suddenly dip down. “Tarch…” She’d then place a hand on his shoulder. As if seeing that halo was bad enough… She could tell that he wasn’t happy right now. He probably was before, but as soon as she saw her that probably changed. The last thing she wanted to do was accidentally tear that smile from him. She’d gently pat his shoulder, letting out a sigh. “Yeah, that’s how it works up here. But hey, that means you get to be younger for a little while longer, y’know? At least there’s that.” She smiled, letting out a small chuckle. Hopefully that helped encourage at least a smile to appear on his face.
She’d let go of him afterwards however, nodding upon the mentioning of the Check-In Station. “Alright then. Yeah, it really does look the same, especially if you watch for a little while. Kinda makes ya wonder if King Yemma ever takes a break, huh?” Kohlra chuckled, and after hearing him mention that he just wanted to just have fun for the day, she couldn’t help but accept that offer. “Don’t worry, we’ll bring you back. But yeah, let’s go and do somethin’!” She’d then think of what they should do and, being a full-blooded saiyan, she’d offer, “We could go ahead and spar if you want to. I want to see how much you’ve improved as a fighter, because honestly you can get a little lazy while in Heaven because… I’ve been here.” She snorted. “Or we can do something else. Whatever you want, kiddo.”

For a teenager, even a young one like Tarch, eternal youth was not always a good prospect. He knew Saiyans stayed young for a long time. Heck, his mom would probably still be fighting like a pro at age fifty. But what this particular teen was concerned about was the idea of eternal puberty. Granted his voice only cracked occasionally and his face still kept his boyish appearance. But the horror stories he heard about mood swings and rebellious phases where you just kinda hate everything was something else entirely. Tarch liked his positive outlook. Maybe that just meant he could keep it a little longer.
“Y-yeah. Yeah!” Tarch bounded with newfound excitement. “Don’t worry about me getting lazy. I got the shark school keeping me busy...ish. Besides, Nashua gets some kinda special training with a King of the Kais. I’m not gonna let her get too far ahead of me.” Naturally, his mother’s offer for a good fight was extremely well received. The young super saiyan was practically bouncing in place. “Heck yeah, I do! The Shark School guys are pretty tough but they got nothing on a super saiyan. Like us!”
The overexcited youth sprang away from his mother. Finally for the first time since coming to this place he would have a real fight. Their powers were just about even. Both mother and son were super saiyans. This could not be more perfect. Tarch shifted his feet with his arms raised.
“I’m ready when you are momma.” It was clear his training not only with the Shark School but throughout his years as a young aspiring fighter was paying off. His stance was still loose and a bit basic, but far better than the sloppy mess he was two years ago. Surely something to make a saiyan mother proud.
