APPEARANCE:
Mizuna can be described as a typical Saiyan warrior. Standing at around six-foot and boasting the aegis and scouter often seen on the natives of Vegeta, her most unique features are the blue hues found in both hair and tail alike. That, along with her musculature, was most likely inherited by her mixed blood, Mizuna being the child of a Saiyan and Kabochan.
BACKGROUND: Once nothing more than a footsoldier in the Saiyan army, Mizuna found herself bored of army life and so found her own way to 'resign', setting off to the universe on her own in search of freedom and entertainment. Not necessarily the brightest bulb of them all, Mizuna can be rather oblivious, slow, and downright uncaring when it comes to others - not from hostility, but from simple lack of empathetic understanding. These traits congealed together to form the perfect lackey, and lackey she set out to become. After having been hooked on the stories and legends of the famous Stargoons, Mizuna did everything in her power to get the Saiyan member of the group - Amara - to notice and talk to her. Understandably, the irritated and hostile woman turned her down or outright ignored the younger girl most of the time. For some reason, the yellow star couldn't bring herself to actually just punt the girl and be done with it, and eventually, after enough time she had simply snapped and allowed Mizuna to 'officially' accompany her for restricted activities.
TECHNIQUES -
Smoldering Fury [A1]: A small burst of blue fire stemming from an outstretched palm which scorches a foe for 33% of Mizuna's PL.
Blue Flare [UA2]: A moderately fast, bright blue ball that air-bursts into a explosion of blue fire, damaging an enemy for 66% of Mizuna's PL.
Trailblazer [SU1]: An afterimage with flair, it functions as a zanzoken normally would with the additive of an effigy of fire. Dodges attacks at or under 100% of Mizuna's PL.
