Background. Created by the blue banner army during its early days. He was created to watch over his creators duaghter Nien matsukie and at the same time help Nien with her goal of defending the earth from all external threats. Nien foresaw years before the collapse of the blue banner arm that there was need for an initiative to be formed in case of a collapse. The goal is the same as the old blue banner army. Create a defense force of earth to further its active defense of earth or that of its allies. To complete that initiative Nien asked her father to turn her into an android and to create a new ultimate android that would always keep growing in power. Finally agreeing the scientist matsukie created an android that could constantly improve itself and programed it to protect his duaghter while she tried to achieve her ideals. They were placed underground in his secret miltary lab were Cyro would awaken them both when the time was right. To further that end small robots have been gathering info of the battles fought on earth and even other worlds to improve cyros fighting knowledge. Cyro would have woken years ago after the dissolution of the blue banner army had he been complete. But unforntaly building Cyros neotype body took nearly 200 years to complete due body type that was still being tested and the amount of time it took to find ways to incorporate neo crystal properly. Now he has awoken to repair the facility but since he started it has not gone unnoticed by earth scanners of the power readings from the bases power plant.
Appearance.: One could not mistake this giant android for anything other then an android. His body down from the base of his skull is a robotic. armored for battle with its shiny red crystalline alloys. While most androids seek to mirror humans it is clear Cyros body was meant for the stress of combat' with its many hidden bays filled with deadly weaponry. His head up is very similar to that of a human male with a strong metal jawline'Glowing red eyes' and his short white hair. He wears a fancy military uniform that reminds one of a modern knight and nobility mixed.

Personality: Moves with a military bearing of a career soldier driven and intense. Underneath the miltary bearing Cyro has a hidden need to fight or compete. To Nien he acts a father to her calm,assuring,and protective. He also has a heavy dislike to mercenaries.

The new type material allows the android to constantly upgrade itself and repair itself without ever seeing a laboratory again.
