|Sleeping Out| - Bamboo's PL: 163,000
Ah, back to the base!
Well, more like the ex-base. In an uncharacteristic bout of wistfulness, Bamboo stared up at the abandoned building as she hitched Stephan to a tree outside. Sure it was old, decrepit, smelled bad, had rickety floors, rickety ceilings, rickety walls, was infested with critters, was in a perpetual state of messiness and had dysfunctional basic amenities, but it was theirs.
And they had a big neon sign outside, too! That was her favorite part! Other then that they didn't need to pay rent, obviously. She hoped Knutts didn't make them pay rent.
Well, it'd be pretty evil of them to not pay rent, right? Bamboo had conflicting feelings.
What she wasn't conflicted about, though, was moving out. She actually didn't know what she stored in here- maybe, like, some sticks. Her old sweater was in here, too! Oh, and the old outfit she wore on her night out! She shoved those in her burlap sack which was to function as her suitcase. It was a bit small (and a bit full of holes) but it certainly worked for her purposes. Bamboo was a frugal liver, after all. It was easy to be frugal when you were homeless.
Just to be sure she hadn't left any of her priceless possessions in the building, she headed up the steps, only to be met with the sight of a fellow goon! Bloom! She was asleep, though. Bamboo's hand shot to her mouth in shock- oh no, did she not know they were moving!? Bad news. What if the building got condemned and they mistook Bloom for a piece of furniture? Knowing the girl, Bamboo didn't even know if she'd bother to stop them from dragging her in a van. If she didn't do anything now, she'd be personally responsible for the capture of a valued teammate. She had to help out!
"Hey, Bloom!" She pranced over.
"Bloom!" Forehead poke from the front.
"Bloom!" Leg poke from below.
"Bloom!" An arm poke from behind.
"Bloom!" A diagonal head poke.
"Bloom!" A foot poke, this time featuring a stick she dashed outside to get.
So on and so forth.
