After the, life changing, events atop the snowy hills of Mount Frappe, Dion had unknowingly (well, knowing of his actions, not knowing of who these actions were immediately affecting) gone against the will of a being that watched existence from a much higher place than he did. He had felt quite the sinking feeling within his chest as he was told by several individuals that he had quite literally gone against God himself- deflecting one of his attacks against Kalabas as a display of his own moral standing as well as through the ignorance of just how much history Kalabas had through his cruelty. So, naturally, Dion felt pretty guilty making such a heavy weighted decision without knowledge of all the variables first. What made such feelings significantly magnified was the fact that he had gone AGAINST A DEITY'S WILL! I mean, Dion wasn't the most religious of the bunch, he wouldn't think, but he was still quite aware of where he stood within the universe, and below someone of such high social status was something that he knew all too well. So to not only disrespect their wishes by basically declining their attempt at ending the madness within the mountains, as well as stab at their own strength by being able to nearly nullify their own attack, made Dion feel as though he had committed many a sin within the very few seconds of their very first interaction.
Not to mention that he was sure he heard the beratings of aforementioned God right before he had blacked out- oh, lord, how embarrassing! Of course the bartender felt the need to apologize after such an act of insolence, but he wasn't exactly sure where to start. How does one get an audience with their God?
Apparently, you climbed this weird Lookout thingy out within the middle of the Fukurou forest in order to.
At least, again, that's what he had heard from the people who were close friends with the Namekian. After getting proper directions on his phone from his presidential pal Carro, and being assured that he wouldn't at all mind an apology of sorts, Dion was intent on immediately setting off toward the Lookout straight a ways after his and Carro's conversation directly after his reawakening from his exhaustion induced coma.
However, things did not go according to plan. He had first simply stopped by his apartment in order to get himself all clean and situated, but, one thing led to another, and all the sudden his schedule had been filled with several jobs and deeds needing to be done before he could even think about going on such a trip to the Lookout. After a week or so of putting the trip off, finally, Dion had found the time to pay the Kami of Earth a visit- dressing in his best casual clothes (which were his bartending clothes, oddly enough) and gelling his hair up all nice before setting off.
Finding the forest wasn't that hard, but finding the Lookout- actually, wasn't that hard either, considering you'd have to be quite literally blind to be ignorant of the sight of a gigantic tower within a more cleared out area in the middle of the forest. Once he had landed just in front of the tower, he admired the worksmanship for a couple seconds- more so standing there in order to get himself more mentally prepped for the lecture that was most likely to occur as he arrived before he finally began his flight upwards- zooming past the pillar in fantastical fashion before finally landing on the top of the nigh floating platform before him.
It was, a nice place to say the least- of course, the watchful eyes of the very planet he called home must have at least some amenities to their name. Looking around, but not daring to take a further step beyond the path lined with trees. He admired the craftsmanship this time from afar, being incredibly interested to see exactly what laid within the building before him.
Eventually, after standing there for a couple seconds, silent, Dion called out, saying, "H-hey! Is there a Chime home, currently? I've got a couple things I wanna say to the guy! I kinda acted out of line during our first meeting, so I wanted to clear all that beef between us up!"
Which was all true. He hoped that Chime got at least some inkling of his appearance from Carro, seeing as the two seemed incredibly close and Dion made it exceedingly clear to their mutual friend that he was to pay a visit to him soon, so, one could only hope he'd be more cordial and less irritated toward his presence.
But again, he'd also understand if the opposite was true- he quite literally put that entire operation in jeopardy, so, Dion wouldn't be too surprised if he was in for a butt-kicking from the Kami. Whether it be verbally or physically, or even both.
He just wish he would be prepared for it when the time came.
