APPEARANCE: Saffron is a short little goblin boi, standing at a measly 2'6". His lithe frame is colored a chestnut maroon, with dark green speckles dotting the sides of his bald head. Other noticeable features are his yellow eyes with solid red pupils, his big ears, and an extra big fang on the bottom row of his teeth, almost always poking out of his lips. His normal clothing is made up of a basic, scrappy shirt and pants, boots, and a dark green hand-me-down robe, given to him by his father.
BACKGROUND: Saffron was born on October 18th, Age 2999. He was as Makyan as you could get, both his parents were pureblooded Makyans! Well, about as pureblooded as you could be when your race has been scattered across the universe after thousands of years with no home world. The home world, which at one point, had powered up your entire race. Saffron was born and raised on a backwater asteroid, and he still lives there to this day! A small village had grown on the asteroid, which had a mish mash of all sorts of races. Herans, Konatsians, some Saiyans from when the WTF attacked Vegeta, practically any race that were refugees or hobos would take to living on asteroids like these.
Living on the asteroid didn't always give Saffron the nicest life. But he was thankful for what he had, and his parents taught him that sticking to the life and what he had been given was all he needed. Heck, he had been lucky enough to be gifted with the ability to use magic! Not every Makyan could say that. Besides, the last time Makyans had gone off their home and tried taking more than what they were given, they lost their home world. They lost their star. Through fear and his naturally timid and shy personality, Saffron decided that he'd never leave the Asteroid. He had all he needed, right there. He'd just work in the mines on the asteroid his whole life. Of course, he did have those fleeting thoughts of going out there. But that was nonsense. Silly ideas his childish brain would come up with to entertain himself. Sure, he'd talk to his sibling Clov about these thoughts sometimes, but after that he'd push them out of his mind. He had the mines to focus on!
Saffron began working in the mines at the age of 13. Since then, it was what he'd work on, day in and day out. Collecting ore to give to someone. He wasn't sure who the ores were going to. It didn't matter. After that, he'd go home, and eat dinner with his family. Then he'd hang out with Clov, maybe go for a short walk around the asteroid. This was his day-in-day-out for years. Then an incident happened when he was 18.
It was a normal day in the mines, when all of a sudden the support beam he had been mining next to gave out. The next thing he knew, tons of rocks were about to crush him. Was this really it? Was he about to die, just like that? It seemed like it. But just as it seemed like all hope was lost, the surge of emotion that came from his near-death experience opened up the flood gates. He had unlocked latent telepathic abilities. Using telekinesis for the first time, he stopped the boulder from crushing him. After that, everything changed for Saffron.
He stopped going to his job at the mines. He rarely left his room, unless it was to eat. But even when he did eat, he didn't talk to his parents, or Clov much. Ever since he unlocked his abilities all he could think about was meditating. Growing them, trying to see just how far he could take them. Two years had passed since that day, and it felt like they were a waste of time. His psychic power had barely grown! There had to be more to these abilities he was given! Maybe if he... Left the Asteroid? NO! His parents, and everyone else on the asteroid, had taught him just how dangerous it was out there.
Then one day, he left his room and Clov wasn't there. His parents didn't know where they were, and didn't seem to care much. It was the only thing being talked about on the asteroid for weeks! They had really left the asteroid! Saffron was mortified. Had they run off because they got the idea from his talks about leaving? What had he done? Clov could be hurt! Or worse! What could he even do?! How do you even get off of an asteroid?
After weeks of thinking, rationalizing staying or convincing himself to go, he had made his decision. He'd just leave for a little bit, convince Clov to come back, get that job at the mines again, and then everything would be okay! It'd just be a quick trip. Out into the big, scary universe with all sorts of murderers, diseases, and horrible creatures, and then back to the safety of the asteroid. So Saffron studied spaceship mechanics for a week or two, then stole and hotwired a spaceship belonging to the ore collectors and took off in search of his lost sibling. He'd find them. He had to.

[A1] Psycho-wave: Saffron doesn't hold back, unleashing a wave of psychic power at his target! An attack that harms them both mentally and physically, if used right it could prove to be incredibly dangerous- yet effective. Deals 33% of Saffron's PL in Damage, and costs 1KP to use.

[UT] Telekinesis: Ever since the discovery of his psychic abilities, Saffron has been adept at using telekinesis. It can be used for seemingly infinite uses, whether it's grabbing and holding a cup of tea with his mind, or picking up massive boulders he couldn't even fathom picking up with his physical strength; Saffron can do it.
[UT] Magic Materialization: While Saffron is quite good with his psychic abilities, he also has quite a few magical tricks up his sleeve. Magic Materialization is a technique that allows it's user to create practically any non-living object. Things like, swords, clothes, thrones, etc.
