SO I've had this idea rattling around in my noggin and I wanted to bring it up. It's not complicated or even really necessary but I believe it can definitely boost morale for players!
My suggestion?
A Good Vibes Discord channel or - and anyone can make it - a Good Vibes Thread.
Discord would make it easier for players to be exposed to it, but who doesn't love immortalizing a good compliment, yeah?
Basically, it'd go like this:
You had a good feeling about someone, or you like they did their post. Maybe you wanna gush about someone's ability to play their character or you've wanting to tell them how much they've improved in their writing. While this can easily be achieved through a DM or a stray comment, there's just something special about being tagged in a message and receiving that bit of validation in a special place.
