The Final Choice -dragon ball wish thread- The pieces had fallen into place after so long. All seven dragon balls were in one place, held by three people who, miraculously, did not want to kill each other. Chime had three hidden away within the Lookout, Chromo also had three with him, and Oboe was guarding the last one. He wasn't sure how well the other namekian was actually able to protect the dragon ball in his current weakened state, but that wouldn't be an issue for much longer. Oboe was resting in his ship, and Chromo was either on his way to the Lookout or was already there, buzzing about somewhere, exploring the halls of the ancient place.
Chime himself was sat out on the top level of the Lookout, under one of the palm-like trees that stood in neat rows across the landing area. He wore the same long, hooded cloak he'd worn when he met Chromo in the north, even though it wasn't terribly cold right now, it being the start of summer and all. The cloak had become a sort of shield for him, though he wouldn't openly admit to it. Chime felt safer, somehow, hidden behind a shapeless wall of fabric. It was like a wearable security blanket. He hadn't considered why he was feeling this way, as introspection and self-reflection were firmly in the realm of Things To Never Do, nowadays, lest he have to actually think about all the horrible things that had happened. Instead, he sat and pondered the imminent wish they were to make. There were a lot of factors to consider, a lot of different, nearly contradicting aspects, and Chime wanted to account for all of them. It wouldn't do to have one or two people left out while the rest returned to life. He had to save everyone.
So the Kami sat under the trees for some time, pondering all this. He tossed one dragon ball from hand to hand as he thought, while the other two remained safely within his cloak, alongside another, equally important object. A good deal of time passed before he finally shut his eyes and reached out, telepathically, to Chromo and Oboe:
"Oboe, Chromo. I think I've figured out what we need to do. I'm outside, at the Lookout, I'd like to speak in person. Bring your dragon balls."

THE FINAL CHOICE
CHROMO'S PL: 1,000 (SUPPRESSED / 180k BASE)
Chromo had occupied his time ever since the revelations about the remaining Dragon Balls trekking far and wide across Earth- on the hunt for undesirables who could be tricking them, of course! But despite looking far and wide for evil that could wish to use the Dragon Balls for evil to take them down once and for all, there was no response. Could this really be that easy? Chromo still found himself instinctively wary. The beetle hummed to himself in the trees of Fukurou Forest, scribbling in his notebook. He'd been working all week on some pitches for wishes for Chime and Oboe. He hadn't actually seen Oboe yet, nor did he know how the other Namekian escaped his planet being exploded, but he was alive and that was good, though apparently under the weather. Regardless, he'd been using every ounce of brainpower to come up with the smartest wishes to bring as many people back as he could- as long as one of those people was Tarch, of course. There was only one wish they could make to Shenron, and that wish would absolutely revive Tarch. Chromo wasn't sure how to feel. He felt endlessly thrilled at the thought of finally being able to speak to his brother again, but also... bad? There was Namek to account for. Of course, with his immense power and super skills, a potential second hunt where they'd bring back the green world would go nothing but smoothly, but he didn't feel good about the thought of Namek staying exploded. But feeling bad was bad, and the joy of reuniting with Tarch took priority! That and finding a proper "thank you" card for each of the two Namekians- the ones at the local Baomart were way too corny. Chromo's doodling was interrupted by a voice in his head. Telepathy was far from unfamiliar to him- the beetle perked up with Chime's internal dialogue. "Well I've been thinkin' up ideas too, so that is very good!... I-is it really time??? Like really really?" The bug eagerly chirped. He'd been waiting to make sure things were as safe and sure as possible- was now that time? Quickly following his new friend's call- even if Chime probably didn't consider the beetle the same in return yet- Chromo swiftly took to the clouds to head to the Lookout. Hardly a minute after his call, a red streak zipped right down onto the Kami's residence. Chromo plopped himself in the leaves of the palm tree above Chime. "Howdy!" The bio-android chirped with an excited grin. "I am here because you called me! You sounded like you had an idea. Do you have an idea?" He hovered down with a thoughtful chitter. He had his own one-hundred-percent totally foolproof ideas also, but it was only polite to hear Chime out first. Worst case-scenario, they could wish for a time machine to kill the bad guys as babies so they couldn't do bad things, right?

It wasn’t hard for the Former Guru of Namek to find the lookout or make his way there – after all, he’d been residing within his ship, parked aside the lookout palace, since he arrived. As the snap-hiss of hydraulics opened the vessels door, a hunched figure would walk out. Where once a proud, youthful and vibrant Namekian would’ve greeted the pair, now came an aged, pale sickly olive colored namekian, ragged breaths holding back a cough here and there. A cane that once was for show of status now acted as the primary source of his movement. While it was hard to believe, this was indeed – Oboe.
While he hadn’t gotten any older, and though his body still retained most of his youthful vigor, it was clear that the loss of Namek was impacting the former Guardian in a tremendous way. He made his way, slowly, to Chime’s entrance where he would see the young Namekian and the strange bug creature he knew to be Chromo. He offered a weak smile, a platitude of long times past, attempting to disarm any awkwardness to his current appearance. Still, he was very self aware at how horrid he must look before them both.
“Sorry it took me a bit…I-I’m not moving as well as I was…and I didn’t wish to use my magic quite yet if it wasn’t needed…So, Chime, Chromo, what are we to do about this…?”
Reaching into his robes, a shaky hand produced the four star dragon ball. He had held onto it since the encounter with Vocado – and while he’d of wanted to initially just use his possession as a dissuasion for others to interfere with Chime – his current hold of it was more for security, to make himself feel better. That Namek might have a chance. Ever since finding out about his worlds destruction, Oboe had become reclusive, hermit like. He refused visitors – except for Chime and Eregla – and for the most part, had just become grouchy. In this moment though? Where he stood before the dragon balls proper? He couldn’t help but push down the voice that screamed at him to just make the wish now! Save Namek and use his Dragon Balls to Help Earth! But…that wasn’t his way. That wasn’t who he was. He was not a simple theif, and this was his little brother! We don’t take from loved ones. That was his lesson.

The sight of Chromo brought the slightest smile to Chime's face. Something about the bug-boy perched on a palm leaf like that was almost comical, and his enthusiasm was infectious. It allowed Chime to think that this might actually go off without a hitch, just maybe. The rest of his mind knew that if there was room for something to go wrong in any given situation, it would, but he kept that to himself as he watched Chromo fly down to sit beside him. Instead, he said, "That was quick. Thanks for being so fast. I do have an idea, yeah, we just need to wait for--"
Oboe. Chime sprung to his feet when he saw him, and his smile vanished. Oboe seemed to have aged overnight. The loss of Namek had taken a toll on him of course, that much Chime had known, but the effects had progressed farther than he had expected. It made sense, though. The guardian of a planet was intrinsically linked to the planet itself, and if anything too severe happened to the world, it would be reflected on the guardian. He just hadn't expected it to be so sudden and dramatic. Could they heal him from this?
Chime rushed over to Oboe's side and put a hand on his arm, to help him walk the rest of the way to the trees. It was something he'd done as a child, with the elder Dragon Clan sages that had been his mentors, but he'd never imagined to be helping his friend like this. Once they were at the trees, Chime stepped aside to materialize a chair, and gestured for Oboe to sit down in it. All of that done, he stood back to really look at his brother. His face twisted with sadness and regret, and he reached out to cover Oboe's hand, and the dragon ball it was holding, with both of his.
"Oboe... I'm so sorry." He spoke in their native Namekian. What else was there to say, really?
With a sigh, he turned to address them both in the common tongue, "So, uh. Right. The wish. I've been thinking about it, and the best way I can figure to revive the Earth warriors and the Namekians is something like: 'Revive and restore all who were recently killed, except for Vocado and his allies.' That should save Tarch," He nodded to Chromo, "Nashi, Nashua... hopefully Carro, maybe even Yogu. It would revive everyone killed on Namek too, but..." He glanced at Oboe, and then away again, unable to look the Guru in the eyes, "It would only revive the people. The planet would still be gone." Chime had thought on this a while, and he hated having to make the choice between Namek or its people, but if he had to pick one, it was the people, no question.
Still not quite looking at Oboe, he added, "If either of you have better ideas then, please. I'd like to hear them."

CHROMO'S PL: 1,000 (SUPPRESSED / 180k BASE)
Chromo was happy to see his excitement rubbing off on the Kami, but their hopeful introductions were cut short by... "Psssst. Is... is he a zombie??? He looks like a zombie." The beetle quietly whispered to Chime in innocent, yet shocked concern. He had no idea how Oboe, the big boss of Namek, escaped its destruction. Did he die and become a zombie? Chromo had still frozen in place, just as shocked by Oboe's condition as his childish mind settled on an equally childish explanation. Still, his head was covered in natural armor, so he wouldn't have to worry about his brain being eaten as he followed Chime to help Oboe. While the smaller Namekian used his own body as support, Chromo too moved to allow himself to be used as an additional crutch as he fluttered in the air before hopefully helping the sickly namekian sit down.
Chime spoke in Namekian, but Chromo's face twisted in confused concern. "Gesundheit!" He passed off the odd language as some kind of sneeze. Chime wasn't coming down sick with whatever Oboe caught, was he?? Was it contagious? Why was it... familiar? Chromo couldn't help but to feel like he'd seen something like this strange plague somewhere before. But first things first on his list of things to think about, wishing upon a dragon.
The Kami's idea was simple, yet smart. Wish for all people killed to be revived. He nodded at the mention of Tarch, instantly perking up again. "I don't know what a Vocado is, but it sounds dumb." Chromo shrugged. Too bad so sad for that guy, whoever he was. But... Chromo found himself worrying again. "That sounds like a really big wish, though. A-are you sure the Dragon can do something that huge?" Chromo clicked in dread. He knew just as well as Shenron and Porunga's guardians that even an Eternal Dragon's power wasn't infinite.
"Welp, there's only one way to find out!" Chromo shook his head, quickly returning to his chipper self. Worst case-scenario they could bring back Tarch and whatever other Earth people they could rope in also and do Namek next time, easy peasy lemon squeezy. The beetle pulled his three Dragon Balls out of his bag, resting them on the ground beside the four other Dragon Balls. On Namek, there was some weird gibberish Oboe had to say to summon Porunga, so he assumed the same for this mystery dragon, turning to the two expectantly as his eyes glimmered in hopeful excitement again. He couldn't wait to say hello to Tarch again!

Oboe was quite thankful when Chime came to his side and assisted him the rest of the way. He felt older than he was, and his body replicated that feeling. Carefully, safely, he was directed and took the seat that was manifested for him with a gentle and warm smile and nod to Chime.
“Thank you…” he’d say in the namekian dialect, his voice was rough – gone was the pleasant tenor, replaced with a raw, harsh sound like that heard from those who had lost a portion of their vocal cords.
In a situation such as this, as his body began to reflect the state of Namek, he was thankful for someone such as Chime. He heard Chromo’s confusion and his words almost elicited a hearty laugh from the now older looking of the three.
As the situation unfolded before them, Oboe was very attentive to Chimes Plan. Though it wasn’t exactly the best of situations, his wording of the wish COULD feasibly work – but he could tell the more he expressed the need to restore life, the more he was becoming concerned with the finale. As he got there, Oboe’s look became sadder as he realized that Planet Namek wasn’t going to be coming back. Not now, anyway. Still, he couldn’t let this be the thing that brought both of these two down – their journey to apprehend the 7 balls while such horrific things were occurring on Earth? It couldn’t have been easy. What kind of person would he be if he tried to usurp their efforts for his needs, regardless if they were warranted enough by magnitude.
Slowly, surely, he’d raise his hand to cause the other two to garner their attention towards him. Taking a deep breath, in a raspy voice, he would give tone to his thoughts;
“Chime…Chromo…While I would love nothing more than to restore my homeworld to its rightful state in the universe…You’re right. Such a wish, when combined with the lives of those lost, would be far too much for your dragon to accomplish. You’ve both lost so much, and so many…and you’ve been fighting so hard for so lon-“ his speech was interrupted by a positively violent coughing fit. Hacking hard, into his closed hand, he was shocked when he saw just the flecks of purple blood lying atop the appendage. He frowned before continuing;
“so long. That said, I want to bring atleast the people back that were lost, as a Planet is nothing without its inhabitants. To that end – I agree with you, Little Brother. If we word the wish correctly to include the innocent lives lost on Planet Namek – and the lives of those who defended her in the hour of need – and have them restored her, upon Planet Earth, Perhaps…we can atleast fix some of the wrongs commited in the last few months…Carro, Tarch, Vuzel, Korla…We must bring them all back. No matter what.”
He realized that by saying such, he was effectively signing his own death sentence, but it did not matter. The only thing that mattered to the Sage of Oros was that he right the wrong that was taking life from those who were not quite ready. He’d hope that Nashua, and the others, would be a bit more forgiving when she returned, but he wasn’t quite sure..Still he had to keep his spirits up right? For them.

"He's not a zombie!" Chime snapped, maybe too abruptly, back at Chromo. He didn't mean to sound angry, but Oboe's state and the whole situation in general were making him tense. How to explain all of that, anyway? 'He's intrinsically linked to the planet Namek, and it's affecting his well-being' would probably raise more questions, so Chime kept it simple. "He's just... sick." He told Chromo, "But I'm going to fix him." He turned to look directly at Oboe for the first time in the past few minutes. There was a half-formed idea for a solution in his head, and determination in his eyes, "I promise. You're not going to be left behind in all this." Without Namek, Oboe's condition would continue to deteriorate, but maybe there was another way to save him besides the renewal of the planet. Chime's had no idea of it was truly possible, but he would be a pretty poor healer if he didn't at least try.
His bravado left him after a few seconds and his shoulders slumped. He rubbed the back of his neck, "I think Shenron can do this, yeah. Even I don't know every detail of his abilities, but we did something like this before. We undid all the damage caused by the World Trade Fleet... except for their in-fighting. Which is turns out there was quite a lot of! But my point is, it's the same kind of wish, so it should work?" Chime winced at the uncertainty in his own voice. He was pretty sure, but there was always that little sliver of doubt. These were ancient cosmic forces they were dealing with, after all! Things always had room to be unpredictable.
"But, uh. If we're all in agreement, I guess there's no point putting it off anymore..." Chime leaned down to arrange the dragon balls more neatly in a circle... then picked them up and re-arranged them several paces away. He didn't want poor Oboe to be knocked out of his chair when the dragon was summoned, after all. With a last look back to Oboe and Chromo, he turned to the seven dragon balls and raised his hands high. His cloak billowed in a non-existent wind as he spoke:
"Eternal Dragon! By your name, I summon you forth: Shenron!"
The sky above them went dark.

The sky grew dark. The wind grew chilled. The Dragon Balls grew bright. Before long, a mystical swirling wind was beckoned forth from the smoky sky, and the crackle of thunder filled the area, and the mystical balls began to hum rhythmically, until finally, pillars of light shot from the orbs into the sky, and it didn't take long before a tremendous form descended from what had been an empty blue sky only moments before. The snakelike form of Shenron had returned, and his glowing crimson eyes gazed upon the three who had summoned him.The Dragon couldn't help but note the odd lack of Earthlings or Saiyans among the group - it was rare for there to be none involved in his summoning, but regardless, he made no comment of it. He had something of a serious aura he needed to maintain, after all. "YOU, WHO HAVE GATHERED THE SEVEN DRAGON BALLS," he bellowed, his deep voice echoing throughout all of the Lookout and the massive forest beneath it, "I, THE ETERNAL DRAGON SHENRON, SHALL GRANT YOU ANY ONE WISH UNDER MY POWER. NOW, SPEAK IT." His gaze focused down on the smaller of the Namekians, the Kami of Earth, and he waited expectantly, his massive form looming over the floating island.

CHROMO'S PL: 1,000 (SUPPRESSED / 180k BASE)
"Sick...?" Chromo questioned, tilting his head with Chime's vague explaination regarding Oboe's condition. It was good that he wasn't a zombie, but clearly whatever he'd caught wasn't much better... And why did it still seem so familiar? It was when Oboe coughed up a splatter of blood that Chromo reeled back, but he connected the dots in his head soon after. "Oh!! Idea!" He chirped after a moment. "I think I caught whatever sickness you have now awhile back! It wasn't fun. But I got better!" He began to explain- though the memories that came with his own illness were far from pleasant, he was finally about to put it to good use. "It's like... does it feel like something's... missing? I'unno how to put it." He vaguely described the "broken" feeling that came with his own similar sickness. Oboe was missing Namek, and Chromo was missing some of his genetic code. "Case in point, my uh... my mom made medecine for it! It should still be lying around somewhere... Maybe we could like, somehow make it work for Oboe if I can find it!" He chirped hopefully.
But first things first, they had a dragon to meet.
Chromo nodded vigorously in response to Oboe's words, seeming fine with restoring Earth's damages, first and foremost. Chromo had dibs, after all. "Yeah! You wouldn't buh-lieve the nonsense I've dealt with to get here, too." He rolled his eyes. Chime was still hopeful that their catch-all wish would work... Wait- Oboe had called the other Namekian Chime. Wasn't his name Jingle? Chromo shrugged it off. The bug himself was hopeful that their wish would fix everything, but he couldn't help but to be a little worried. The dragon had told him "no" before. "Well, fingers crossed..."
With all said and nearly done, the skies went dark. In heed to the Kami's call, the hum of the golden glow suddenly pillared into the sky with a burst of wind. The golden column shone like a beacon for miles as it began to twist and turn in the skies. A rigid spine became discernible on its serpentine back, then emerald scales that glimmered in the worldwide night, and a pair of long antlers with a pair of piercing red eyes paired below. Shenron's head raised high in the Earthen skies.
"WOOOOAAAHH!!" Chromo chittered in complete awe. "Y-you didn't tell me your dragon was THIS cool-looking!!" Porunga had nothing on this dragon! Sure, Namek's wish-granter was bigger, but Chromo thought Shenron just looked like a muscular guy with a dragon's head taped on top. He couldn't sense energy, but even Chromo could feel the tug of the divine power surrounding the serpentine form coiling around the lookout. "Hi Shenron! It's nice to meet you!!" He greeted with a wave.
"Anyways!! Wishin' time! Plan A!" He turned to the two Namekians. Chromo was the least good with words out of the three, so he decided to leave the phrasing of the wish to them with baited breath, crossing his fingers as tightly as he could...

Oboe watched the sky darken, the golden light shoot into the sky, and the green entity come out of darkened clouds like by magic. However, the sight to greet him was not the welcome vision of an extremely buff, muscular and powerful looking dragon – but instead a serpent like dragon not unlike the image in his brooch. Curious. He assumed that the Kami of Earth – Chime – would’ve faceted his dragon to look akin to the original, but it seemed different planet? Different dragon. Still, the older Namekian, sick as he was, couldn’t help but laugh at a thought that crossed his mind, one that escaped his lips without warning;
“Ha ha…our dragon would wear yours like a scarf…but whatever floats your boat Chromo” It was an hilarious concept, one that brought joy to his tired bones. Still, they had a job to do – they’d come for a purpose and with Chime seemingly using all of his focus to keep the dragon here, Oboe felt it his part to try and issue the wish to Shenron proper. Clearing his throat, he called up to the might serpent;
“Great Dragon, We summon you today to ask of you a great deed. There has been much death on many worlds as of late, and many lives have been taken before their time…”
Oboe chanced a glance at Chromo, staring at the bug child. They had also been through a lot. Between Namek and Earth, the young insectoid was always in some kind of trouble, and harmed by some kind of trouble. He had to make sure this worked – for both Chime and him. But he wasn’t sure if it could, Still! He had to try.
“Shenron; We Wish To Return to Life all those who had been killed by the Demon known as Sensoa, the Saiyan Vocado and his Allies and those employeed or affiliated therein, on both Earth and Namek and restore them to life on Earth!”
Unlike on Namek, Oboe only had one wish to work with – and as such the wording of said wish had to be just right. He wasn’t sure if Shenron had the power to do all this. He’d considered wording his wish to be – “restore to life, onto earth All the Warriors Killed by the Actions of Sensoa, Vocado and all those Affiliated and Employed by the warriors therein” to see if he could just bring to life everyone. Sure, it wouldn’t restore Namek – but atleast everyone would’ve been brought back to life…but he had to try it this way first. He owed ot to Namek.

Things were becoming stranger by the minute, it seemed. Those with reason to summon the mighty Shenron were often eccentric and odd people. How did Porunga handle this and not get cranky over it? Shenron hadn't the foggiest of clues. He only slightly raised one of his massive brows at the group. Was that a multi-legged football screeching at him? Leaning in slightly more, Shenron's gargantuan eyes lit up the sacred tiles of the Lookout as he scanned it in greater detail. In doing so he managed to catch the Guru's offhand comment and narrowed his eyes a smidge.
Shenron's potential retort would have to be set aside, as a wish was soon spoken, finally— exactly what he was here for. Mulling it over, Shenron's eyes began to glow more, yet the glow soon faded back down. "I AM CAPABLE OF GRANTING BUT A SINGLE WISH, NOT TWO IN THE GUISE OF ONE." The dragon bellowed in his classic monotone voice. Cruel as the actions of Sensoa and Vocado may have been, they were too disjointed, as evident in the fact that Oboe had to bring them up separately, they were two barely connected evils as is... At least, to be connected under the umbrella of this wish. "YOU WILL HAVE TO BE MORE SPECIFIC TO GET RESULTS."
That said, as blunt as Shenron ever was compared to Porunga when concerned with the harsh reality and the choice this wish brought forward to him would imply, Shenron was nothing if not thorough, so in this instance he would offer a more uplifting clarification. "HOWEVER, IT IS POSSIBLE TO ATTAIN SOME MEASURE OF WHAT YOU DESIRE WITH BUT A CHANGE TO YOUR TERMS..." Shenron could grant a single wish, and a powerful one at that, he knew this well enough. Still, whatever the wish was, it was not his to make, he only needed to state his limits, it was up to the collectors of his summoning artefacts to parse the information he gave. "YOU DESIRE TO SAFELY RESTORE KINDHEARTED FOLK TO HOW THEY WERE BEFORE THEIR DEMISE, CORRECT? THEN CONSIDER THIS... WHERE COULD THEY HAVE GONE?" A little nudge every once in a while couldn't hurt though, Porunga had a habit of doing it after all. "THOUGH, BE WARNED... NAMEK SHALL REMAIN DESTROYED IF YOU DO THIS, AND THERE IS A HIGH CHANCE THAT I SHALL BECOME DORMANT FOR LONGER IF I AM POWERFUL ENOUGH TO SUCCEED... ARE YOU OKAY WITH THIS?"
As Oboe's request is technically two wider wishes rather than a single specific one, Shenron cannot fulfil the request as it is. As now both Chime and Oboe are currently absent from the site, they will be considered no longer in the thread in terms of post order and in case it becomes a DE as well.
Furthermore, due to strenuous situations in the current climate of the world, and given how long this DB hunt in particular has gone on long enough, the staff team feels that this one-time more "grand scale" wish will be helpful for the site and overall mood of the member base, before the recent update to DB wishes takes full effect.

CHROMO'S PL: 1,000 (SUPPRESSED / 180k BASE)
Chromo puffed his cheeks up and furrowed his brow at Oboe's insist that his dragon was better. "Well wearing nice dragons like scarves is rude and would probably make Shenron uncomfortable! If your dragon would do that then he's mean!" He stuck his tongue out before quickly returning his attention to the objectively better Eternal Dragon... Well, Objectively better if he could grant their wish.
...However, the wishes, plural, as Shenron clearly explained, were something he could not do. The hope faded from Chromo's eyes in an instant. Of course, his mind mocked, what were you idiots thinking? The dragon said he could only grant one wish. "W-well! It's a g-good thing I'm here c-cause next time we can revive t-t-the Namek people a-and I'm-- I'm gonna s-see Tarch again, right? R-right??" He turned to the other two with a panicked stammer, forcing a smile. Yet the tears welling in his eyes and his trembling body made it increasingly evident that he didn't think his one hope would be fulfilled...
Whether it was out of the own goodness of his scaly heart or pity for the poor bug, Chromo would never know, but Shenron spoke again. Chromo's eyes went wide- the wish was possible, with a change of wording. "W-what?! Y-you're serious? You promise? No jokes?" He jumped up, tapping his four feet on the floor. It was possible! It was actually possible! Shenron really was the cooler dragon! "T-thank you!! Thank you thank you thank you so much!!" Chromo chirped in absoloute glee, bouncing up and down. No, no, he was getting ahead of himself. He landed himself back on the ground.
What were the magic words...? Something to do with where all the dead kindhearted people went... Chromo scratched his head, chittering in intense thought. "I know it, I know it, I swear, it's on the tip of my tongue... Just one minute..." He growled louder, using what little brains he had to their fullest potential.
Where was Tarch now? He was dead. But where did dead people go? He remembered Yanwang and that Shinjin lady saying something about the Otherworld, where dead people lived after being dead, and... Kohlra said she went to a place called... "OH." Realization struck. For this single moment in time, he actually felt smart. "I got it!!"
It was settled. With the other two fallen silent, the power of a god in a toddler's tiny claws. Chromo stepped forward into Shenron's light, and spoke. "I accept whatever you need to do to grant my wish! I'll just revive Namek next time- it's a promise!" Shenron could sleep for a hundred years for all he cared right now. This had to work. "Shenron, I wish for all who are in Heaven who died in the past year to be restored safely! That means all of Namek's good people, all of Earth's, whoever else, and—"
Chromo tightly gripped the tattered jacket around his neck, and reared his head high to proclaim his own one, true wish. "—and especially Tarch!"
Chromo wishes for all of Heaven's residents to be restored and revived, permitted with the 'one-time megawish' mentioned and further explained in Ed's Shenron post! This will revive Nashua, Nashi, Tarch, Korla, Typha, return Carro to his Saiyan form, and revive Namek's NPC populace, and safely bring them to Earth if their location of death is perilous (i.e Namek being kersploded). ---------- This is a CUSTOM WISH, rendering it INTERRUPTIBLE! Do note that none of the updates applied in the recent mega-update are applicable to this thread since it was made prior to its announcement, so treat it with the classic rules and not-updated SIGs and refunds and all that other stuff if you wish to join. ---------- This DE will close on 10:10 AM CST on 8/16/2020

Cress soared through the western skies, wrapped in the golden aura brought on by his super saiyan form. His travels were to revisit placed he’d done battle or lived before in an attempt to bring back stronger memories. Will I have battles as grand as those again, he thought? The answer he came up with was possibly so. With so many after his head the battle in which they’d finally caught him would be a flashy show of force in which one attempted to dominate the other. Unbeknownst to him, such an event would come soon, very soon. He looked off in the distance and noticed that the sky grew dark while the rest was day. This didn’t look like it was a storm either. It caught his interest, so he kept his guard up and changed course, speeding toward it. While growing ever closer a massive dragon started to take shape. Now that he thought about it this was where the lookout was! He hovered close enough to see the people standing on the lookout. Two were familiar faces, the gurus of both namek and earth. The other one was someone he swore he’d seen before. He got closer, taking note that Chime nor Oboe were making any moves. Were they waiting for something? Maybe the wish was happening right now! He hurriedly landed behind Chromo before realizing that there was a chance he wouldn’t make it out if they did decide to move. “Whatever you’re doing dragon, cut it out!” he boomed. He looked at Chromo. “Why revive the dead?” he asked.

Post by General Kraktus on Aug 16, 2020 8:36:02 GMT -6
Powerlevel:196,000 Father of Chaos Powerlevel:3,136,000 Items:Red Scouter, Black Scouter, Dragon Radar, Repair Pill, Armor. Oh by the way. He is pissed. Kraktus Dragon Radar beeped to life. He was in South City with Tulip. He was reading a Magazine on Men’s Fashion when the reading came up. “All seven in one spot?” Kraktus glanced at the radar as Tulip looked over. “What is that?” Kraktus glanced back “A Dragon Radar allows you to find the dragonballs.” He casually said as he got up. “I have to go deal with something and I'll be back.” Kraktus began to walk over as she waved. “Bye General Squilliam.” Kraktus frowned. He hated that new nickname but he supposed there was no harm in allowing it. He walked out of the hospital. He had one goal in mind. He had to guarantee that the deal he made with the guardians came to pass. He was sure they would finally gather the dragonballs. He wanted to make sure after this they were gone for good. The Dragonballs have ached him for a long time and he had sided with the heroes before to guarantee his plans were set in motion. Kraktus blasted off flying towards the location of the Dragonballs. He gave the Radar a glance. With a location, he should be able to use his scouter to locate who was there. One Powerlevel was there ***1,000****. Kraktus burst into laughter as he flew. If one person was guarding it and had a power level of 1,000? He might as well take the dragonballs himself and use them for his own wish. He could wish for a lot of things. Like maybe power or immortality. Even if that was lazy if the heroes were just going to hand him the dragonballs he might as well take them. Kraktus scouter picked up a second power level arriving at the scene of the dragonballs. It was over 3,000,000. That was a lot of power level. Seems another hero had arrived. Well if he came in peace at worst he could just run away. He was not there for a fight after all. He had changed, he was going to talk first then kill. It was a revolutionary change in his mindset. Kraktus arrived at the sight of the dragonballs. First off he didn’t expect Shernon to be so huge. That was one big dragon. Second off, the one with the dragon balls was Chromo. He knew that bug from that big camp fight. The “Big” camp. Was that its name. Kraktus felt like he was getting old even though that had only been a year and a half ago. The only reason he remembered that was because Banshee defeated him. That was one of his biggest humiliations. But now he was here on the cusp of power. Now who was the strong warrior who just arrived? He glanced over and saw it was….Kraktus grin turned to a wide frown. Cress the Saiyan warrior. The Scum who had pissed him right up the wall. First, he had called him a Hero. That was a huge mistake. Kraktus was not a hero. He was scum. Second, he told everyone he could find it as if it was true. Kraktus did not like that one bit. Third, he took his stargoons and used them to blow Namek up. He was not ready to blow up namek and now he had to pick up the fucking pieces. Worse of all...He had then decided to hide like a mouse. “Well well well.” Kraktus voice echoed a sinister undertone to it. He glanced at Cress. “What do we have here. A saiyan warrior who I have been looking for. Seems you came out just in time for what? Seems you missed the Guru and the Guardian.” He assumed both were here. They seemed glued to the hip last time. He wondered where they were in all of this. No time for that he had to deal with Cress. “So Chromo.” He glanced at him. “I don’t know why you got the dragonballs but you have them. I just have things needed in exchange. That of course is to help me brutally beat to death this saiyan maggot.” He pointed at Cress. “ See he has done a lot to piss me off in the past….six months? Maybe longer. And I really want to teach him that when you mess with someone they usually bite back.” He glanced at Cress with a grin. “Now back to you. You must be confused right? Now did you really think you were going to get away with messing with my plans? You took a lot from him. He pissed me right off. And see no one does that. See, everyone knows Kayen, Carro, all the other good for nothing heroes. All of them know the name Kraktus. Even if they don’t admit they know my terror. They know that at any moment I can strike. When they are sleeping, when they are fighting when they are getting ready to...i don’t know...try to steal a wish from a Dragonball.” Kraktus grinned at Cress. “But seems you forgot who the fuck I was. Seems all of you did. I might have been hiding in the shadows but that does not mean the same terror I inspire in the rest was forgotten. Though maybe they forgot too. So I have an idea. It kills three monkeys with one large hammer.” Kraktus knew the saying was wrong but he was going to rub this in. He was going to make Cress regret his choices and make him wish he had not got himself in the open. " I am going to kill you, take your corpse and show the world it. I am going to show the universe the villain they feared was poultry compared to me. That without the Stargoons he was nothing but a nat. A little roach that just refused to die. And you may be thinking that the stargoons will aid you. Maybe? But I also hired them to kill you. So either way, they may destroy some but they won’t save you. And even if they tried. I’d push right past all of them because I am not a man. I am..a god..I am...” Kraktus form began to change as a powerful purple aura surrounded him. "General Kraktus. The Most powerful and violent lord of Chaos this universe has ever seen. And at this moment he is the man you're going to fear most before you meet Satan himself."Kraktus roared as he powered up the purple aura expanding around him. Soon he grew into a massive monolith of a creature. An underwater titan, a leviathan of the ocean depths. Krkatus grinned as he glanced down at the “Pebbles” below him . “So tiny below me. Yet so powerful. It is a shame really Cress. If you joined me you could be somewhat useful. Only as a meat shield of course. Though I suppose in the end that what you did. Then you got full of yourself. Now that you're not guarded by a ton of others what will you do? Vocado ain’t here to take the fall for you. The Stargoons hate you. I don’t see anyone else brazen enough to join in with the intent to end your miserable existence. So you got three options. Beg for mercy, Fight and die by my hands or fight and maybe you can win. Then you’ll kill me. If that happens then I suppose it was god mandate that I should fall and let you take my throne. But I will fight with every thread of my being to not die. So you will find that a tough task to overcome.” Kraktus didn’t attack yet he awaited Cress's response. He wanted to savor this moment.
