    A Low Born Arcosian, Ticoga is sure of his lowly position in the galactic scheme of things. Beaten and conditioned to believe in his subservience, Ticoga is steadfast in his forced beliefs that the World Trade Fleet is the answer to the chaos. Without the Fleet, the Arcosian wanders aimlessly, trying to understand how it all went wrong, and who is responsible for the Fleet's ultimate failings.

    Despite being a descendant of Taiga, one of the World Trade Fleet's architects, Ticoga has enjoyed no reprise, no encouragement, and lacks the understanding of good and evil. For him, there are only orders to be obeyed. Still, Ticoga secretly admires his grandfather's achievements and actions. Whether Ticoga can truly break free of his abusive mental and physical conditioning remains to be seen.

    Who and how he interacts with others will largely determine his path. Ticoga has the potential to become a heroic figure, or a truly terrible monster. Whichever path he goes down, he will do so with an utmost assuredness of his newfound purpose.

The Relationships

Kayen: "The current ruler of the Saiyan Kingdom; Kayen is a rough spoken, unusual being. She seems aggravated at my attempts of clemency and subservience, which a ruler should demand of their subordinates.

She seems something of an enigma to me. Not even her subjects speak to her in acceptable manners, simply calling her Kayen when she should command them to refer her by her rightful title. Perhaps she sees no point in this, since Saiyan rulers are often challenged and violently replaced by their successors."


Zriracha of Chakapakk: "I am currently unsure of this one. I have never heard of Chakapakk; is this a clan name? A planet? A region? I suppose I will have to ask her about this. Introductions were short.

She seemed somewhat irritated by our initial encounter. Surely annihilating one's enemies is common place - killing those who try to kill you is a matter of self preservation, though I do understand why she would suggest taking prisoners. She's not a Saiyan, not that I can tell. Personal questions for a later date, once I have managed to lower her likely suspicions of me."


Auber: "This Saiyan was among Kayen's entourage. He arrived separately from the Saiyan Queen, so I cannot assume he is a member of Kayen's personal crew. My first impression of this one is fair - he maintains proper mannerisms, with exception of his familiarity language towards his Queen.

He seemed as irritated at my subservient behavior as the Queen, though he is not nearly as rough spoken. While it is an insult for a Low Born Arcosian to look upon the Nobility and Royal Clans, this Saiyan seemed aggravated by this, preferring to be looked at when spoken to. His mannerisms make me think there is more going on in his mind than he lets on.

I will have to watch this one."



Courge: "A quiet fellow. He behaves oddly, requesting that I not kill during confrontations, but is willing to throw Ki blasts at his attackers. It could be seen as a hypocritical behavior; or some strange way of trying to place himself on a higher moral standing. It is difficult to say.

Courge has potential, but only if he applies himself to a purpose."



Flip Fortuna: "A daring crime lord that was bold enough to lay claim to an entire planet for his syndicate, knowing that he would draw the attention of more powerful entities. I would not call this bravery; I wouldn't even call it good business - all he managed to do is put himself on the Saiyan Kingdom's radar.

His decision engenders dangerous possibilities. He will need to tread carefully, but even then I have little hope for his potential beyond criminal activities."
