Starting Powerlevel: 19,500
Scarf never was one to plan in next move very well. After a very crazy morning of fighting a militia and protecting dinosaurs, he learned about the strange objects known as Dragonballs. The problem was that in his excitement of learning they grant wishes, he never stopped to learn anything else about them. He just started walking to try to find them without giving it much of a thought. Now that he had been wandering for hours on an empty road, he began to realize his big mistake.
Desperately, Scarf started dashing about wildly looking for Dragonballs. He lifted a large boulder only to find a small rattlesnake hissing at him. He gently lowered the rock back down as not to squish it. He climbed up various trees to look in leaves and birds nest. For all his troubles he only got pecked on the head by an upset mother bird who wanted him to leave.
"Man, who knew it would be so hard to find one of these Dragonballs. I figured I would have had them all by now," Scarf said as he rubbed his scruffy beard, "How many Dragonballs are there anyways? What do I do with them once I find them? Maybe it's like a magic lamp and you rub them and a genie comes out."
As Scarf raised these questions to himself, he began to realize how impossible this task was for him. He knew next to knowing about the Dragonballs and even if he found them, he wouldn't know what to do with them once he had them. Feeling completely defeated before his journey even began he sigh and sat on the ground. "What am I going to do?" he thought to himself. As he sat in silence pondering what to do next a small gray squirrel approached him. When it reached his hand it scurried up his arm and sat on his shoulder. "What do you think I should do?" Scarf asked the squirrel to no reply.
"What would dad have done?" He sighed. That's when the idea struck him. Scarf's father used to work for a company called Capsule Corp. which was full of very intelligent people. Surely someone in Capsule Corp. would know something about the Dragonballs and how to find them...at least he hoped. He carefully laid the squirrel on the ground and it scurried into a nearby tree. He pulled himself up to his feet and brushed on his pants.
"I've never been to West City before. Dad always used to say how big it was," Scarf thought to himself. Scarf crouched down and placed his hands on the tops of his knees. With a might push, he leaped off the ground and into the air. Once he was clear of the tree line, he let out a slight grunt. A blue aura of energy form around him and then propelled him like a jet forward. The trees shook as he flashed by. His scarf flapped violent behind him and he soared through the air. He held his arms out to his sides to maintain his control and direction and his energy pushed him through the air like a missile.
Within a few minutes a the skyline of a massive city appeared in the distance. Buildings far taller than Scarf had ever seen reached up into the sky. Most of them had a round dome shape top to them. There were a few that had a saucer look, almost as if aliens had landed right on the top of the building. There were cars flying just above ground level all over going this way and that. It seemed like chaos, but not a single one hit each other as if they knew the pattern of movements to make. As he approached, the noise of cars driving and honking was alarming. He could smell the exhaust from the cars which was a familiar smell to him working in a shop, but he was not used to smelling it from this far away. He could hear the sound of angry drivers yelling at each other. The overall volume of the city was something that he had not experienced in his life. "This is where dad went everyday?" he thought to himself.
He slowly descended to the ground and landed square in the middle of the street. Before he had a chance to think blaring horn was sounding behind him. He quickly shifted his weight to the side as a blue hover card flew past him without even slowing down. The driver yelled something out of his window as Scarf, but he couldn't make it out. By the tone, it was probably best he didn't. As he regain his balance another horn sounded, and another. Scarf was dodging cards left and right until he made it to a sidewalk. He placed his right hand on the side of a building and let out a sigh of relief, "People round here are crazy!"
"Now, where is Capsule Corp?" he thoughts to himself. He saw a short person who had a dog like appearance. He had long brown floppy ears and a long snout. He wore a red business attire and wears carrying a briefcase. "Uhh..excuse me...could you tel--" before Scarf could finish his question the dog man swung his briefcase around like a weapon and thumped Scarf on the head. "Ya tryin rob me or worse tryin' ta sell me sommin?!" the dog yelled as he continued to swing his case like a it was a sword. Not wanting to cause any more trouble, Scarf scurried off up the road. He continued to try to ask a few more people for directions, but most ignored him or acted like he had the plague.
"Now what am I going to do?" he said aloud to himself as he scratched the back of his head trying to think of a plan.
