Mollusc fired his barrage of energy balls at Aurora, she seemed to be up to something. She seemed to have powered up. Mollusc felt the increase in ki right away. He didn’t expect her to transform. Now she was about twice as strong. Mollusc was sure that the threshold was double power. If one fighter was beyond that gap victory was impossible. Even at twice the power, it was nearly impossible. Aurora wound still left that opening but Mollusc had to admit he lost a bit of confidence in the matter. He had been hoping she couldn’t transform. His balls of energy smashed to pieces as he growled. “Didn’t expect that but no matter!” Mollusc aura flared around him. “But your power boost is not going to change that wound of yours.”
What it did change was the flow of the fight. Before he could even register her fist slammed into his chest. He coughed out as he lifted off his feet. That was one hell of a punch. But his armor under his ghastly body absorbed some of the impacts. He was going to need it. The armor was even stronger than the last time he had used it. Maybe his magic had increased its defensive power? Mollusc could not be sure but he was glad it was tougher because the chop to the throat where the armor didn’t protect hurt a lot! Mollusc tried to cough out but couldn’t (Fuck. She got the jump on me) Mollusc thought to himself as the blow slammed into him. He had not expected a fearsome melee barrage from her. He was expecting an ice-based attack of some form. But she had decided to get in close range. Dangerous for her but it caught him off guard. The punch to the nose knocked his head back as ghastly blood leaked from his mouth and nose. She kept on talking through the blows and while Mollusc was listening he was much more focused on protecting himself. Her tail then stabbed him before an uppercut leveled him knocking his head nearly clean off. If he was not a ghost it probably would've it as comically stretched back.
Mollusc slammed down into the ground in front of Aurora. He looked up to see she was clearly hurt from that as well. That core was really a weakness of hers. Mollusc began to push himself up but collapsed again as Aurora kept talking about he was right about Kayen but he was a rabid animal. He needed to be put down for good. “Fool.” Mollusc pushed himself to his feet after some more struggle. The area around them began to get deeper as both of them seemed to be heading underground? “Hmm changing the battle area? To try to cut off my escape? But you're only entombing yourself.” Mollusc grinned. “As for your little speech, it was an impressive one. But honestly, Justice and Vengeance are the same things. Just with fancy little titles. Justice for those who preserve them as right and Vengeance for those who know they are wrong. It is really a simple thing. We just give them different names to judge people differently. So Vengeance is fine with me. You can walk that same path with me. In fact, I bet you already walked a path just as long as my own seeking vengeance or justice or whatever you wanna call it.” Mollusc grinned.
“As for hurting people. Your right I hurt people who don’t deserve it. Do I care? No, I don’t even bat an eye. Why should I? I will need to make sacrifices to kill the monsters of this world. No one else will do it so I will. I don’t need a clean soul. My soul is already in tatters so why should I pretend to redeem myself. I won’t find any redemption, I won’t find any justice, I won’t find anything worth carrying to the next life.” Mollusc chuckled darkly. “But enough about that. If you intend to finish this battle underground I won’t stop you.” Mollusc raised his hands as ki surrounded them “HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH” He fired a large beam of energy at Aurora aiming to slam right into her core.

" Not cutting off escape..." Aurora coughs out in reply, cracking her neck as the Namekian struggled to stand. it was good to know, at least, that physical barrages still had an effect upon ghosts. Even if Aurora had technically known that particular fact from the battle with kalabas in the mountain, she hadn't been sure if that was simply his own choice, or something else. Now she knew. Now she could exploit it. Namekian biology was rather radically different from Human and Arcosian, in fact they seemed to share a lot more in common with plants than they did with her own species, but that didn't mean it was completely alien to her. The presence of Oboe and Chime had prompted Aurora to study their kind, how they behaved, their powers, and most importantly how to bring them down. " Sealing... your fate..." She didn't bother to allow him to stand. Aurora wasn't a merciful person in combat. If she had a chance, she took it, and this time was no different as she would throw a punch toward the temple of the Namekian's head, her wings speeding past her form to attempt to stab through his body whilst he talked. His words unfortunately managed to reach her, eliciting a twitch in the stoic woman's eye. " I've made... mistakes before, Namekian. I own that. But... just because you... can't see the difference between... justice and vengeance... doesn't mean it's not there." She manages to gasp out, the pain in her chest intensifying as... as something whispered from below her. Tendrils of dark purple power were beginning to rise from the floor, slowly crawling their way towards her. " You will hurt... anyone in your way... That's all I need to know to tell that... you want revenge. Justice is... proportional. Fair. You... Are anger. Rage made manifest. I... am the harbinger." She manages to squeeze out through the rapidly growing hole in her chest, her frown only intensifying as he continued to speak. " Not... sacrifice... Murder. Nothing more... Nothing... less... Sacrifice is... v-voluntary-" What was wrong with her? The pain had always been near crippling, but this was impeding her ability to move. To speak. Aurora could barely focus, and barely stand as the tendrils- The tendrils- Her eyes widen and she looks down towards them, noting that they were currently wrapped around her ankles. The power she had been seeking. Except... it wasn't making her stronger. It was making her weaker. Arcose was killing her. Aurora watched, almost in slow motion, as the Namekian's mouth opened once more. Despite having ample time to predict the attack, to block or dodge, she... she couldn't. Instead, her body sagged, and then... Everything went white for a moment as a pain reminiscent of when her core had first been broken rang through her body, Aurora's winged form sailing back and landing with a weak thud on the ground. Her gem was broken and shattered, smashed apart as blue lightning crackled between the red gem, and Aurora knew that this was it. She was going to die. Here... Betrayed by her own home, and killed by the ghost of a monster, killed by an even worse one she would never be able to stop... She... it... it wasn't fair... None of it was. She had tried so hard... and yet this was where her story ended...?NO.
Her eyes snap open, as with the very last of her strength Aurora's hand wraps around one of those purple tendrils, and heaved. "I'm... done... failing..." She whispers to herself as she reached forward, found what she was looking for deep within the core of her home planet, of her people's home planet, and ripped it out.
Another wave of power burst forward from her, stronger than all the others. Strong enough to shatter the rock surrounding them. Strong enough to melt it. Their arena went up in ghostly blue flames and dark ice as Aurora's body lifted from the ground, her colour once more shifting from that royal blue to a crystalline white. Even her more physical features shifting the Arcosian's headdress taking on a far more pointed look and angling upward, her wings taking upon a far more draconic look as they thin and develop hooks. Floating up from the ground, Aurora cracks her neck, before looking back down towards the Namekian, her heart gem no longer shattered, and instead having a variety of thick purple lines running along where the cracks used to be. Her face marred by anger, she rips even more power out of the core of her home world. She wasn't asking anymore. Now she was taking. Her left arm was suddenly engulfed in blue flames that didn't seem to hurt her, enveloping the hand and then running up her crescent blade, melding with the crystal there to form a ki blade. On her right arm, the same was repeated, except wth her signature dark ice.
"Okay. Lets try this again." She says, looking down towards the man that had nearly killed her with scorn. Two hands are held out in his direction, before a howling blast of blue flame and black ice rockets towards him with enough force and spread to freeze and melt the rock beneath him.
Aurora takes the blast to her heart gem, suffering critical damage to her heart gem! (Gonna rule that as 100% damage taken)
Aurora has unlocked her Draconic form, taking the power from Arcose to fix her heart gem and push herself into a higher state!

Mollusc grinned as Aurora claimed she was not cutting off his escape but she was trying to seal his fate. But she quickly proved that she was not joking as she charged punching his head to the side. Then her wing stabbed into him "GUAH!" He coughed up some purple blood as he laughed. "So this is pain? It has been a while. Guess the longer I fight the closer i'm coming to life once more." She decided to go on and on how he didn't know anything about how he was willing to hurt anyone in his way. Though this time it somewhat got through. Prehaps he was going a bit far in his crusade. Mollusc gritted his teeth. No one would be allowed to live in peace while those monsters lived. If he had to kill people innocent he'd pay for it later. The dragonballs could just revive them too.
"Your speech means very little. As you can see were in the middle of a deadly fight. I don't think we have much more to discuss. Something was wrong with Aurora though. Mollusc was not sure but she seemed to slow down. His blast slammed into her core. Mollusc pulled himself away from the collapsing Aurora. Mollusc took in a few deep breaths as pain ragged his body. This had been a tough little fight but he had exploited her weakness. That how he'd defeat his foes. Find their weakness and cripple them. Though he doubted most foes would have such an outstanding weakness. However, something was amiss. As she seemed to be still be breathing. Mollusc was pretty sure most being died when their hearts exploded. A new energy radiated from Aurora which forced Mollusc back "GUAH!" Molluscs skidded back covering his face. "You can't be evolving even now!" Why was she so persistent and getting a new power right when she needed it? This was just like Kayen and the saiyans. Always at the perfect time finding a new level.
He could sense the increase in ki. Her power was even higher then what Kayen had been when he faced her. Yet, he was even weaker. Mollusc knew this was not good at all. Mollusc didn't have much to give to face off with the monstrous power of Aurora. Her body had also changed as well and in a big way. Now she was on fire? At least that what he saw. Her appearance also became even more draconian. "So this is the magic of an aroscian?" This didn't seem normal at all. She seemed to be drawing power from somewhere else. He had some experience in magic so he could tell somewhat the signs. Even if it was not magic it was bad news for him. Magic, Pyshic energy and Ki didn't have a winner between the three. All were monstrous forms of power. Before he could think about another word Aurora fired a blast of blue flame and black ice right at him which easily consumed "GUAHAHAGHAHAH!!!" He was sent flying back as he was frozen and burned all at once.
Mollusc was enveloped in this chaotic flame and fridge ice his eyes glancing at Aurora. She had grown stronger but Mollusc was not dead. He was not dead yet! Mollusc roared in anger as he burst out of the flames and ice and high into the cavern system they found themselves in. Mollusc whipped the flames away but they didn't go. They kept burning on him lighting the ghost in ghastly blue flames. "You cocky bitch!" Mollusc pulled both arms back. Red Ki surrounded his arms sparks of red lighting flaring around him. He had a new move on this occasion. When someone was tough to kill but they were on the last rope. And he knew Aurora was on the last rope. She had taken a lot of damage. The ki took the form of a spear the lighting sparking around his arms. The spearhead was that of a dragon maw as he Mollusc grabbed the spear pulling it back. He aimed towards Aurora. His eyes scanned her body as he picked up her ki signature. He knew it now and he had a target. The core of her. He'd shatter it once more! "This is my new move. Take it you can! Oh, wait you don't have a fucking choice!" Mollusc chucked the spear at Aurora as it locked onto her core. The spear was made to be unstoppable. If one tried to block it with a barrier he'd simply retrieve it ki and fire another attack. And it tracked its foes. Plus with how damaged she just was he doubted she had enough ki for a strong attack to overcome it! This was the end of her road!
Happy Dance Time! Time for the Intro of Mollusc new Sig in rp! Sig Spear of Porunga: Mollusc focuses his ki attack into a spear shape attack with the spearhead shaped like a dragon's mouth. Mollusc throws the Spear towards the foe. Using his Ki Mollusc locks the spear onto a target meaning it cannot be dodged. If it is somehow blocked all the ki from the spear returns to Mollusc. Mollusc can also control the spear and choose when it strikes his foe.

"Evolution is a random event." Aurora responds, grinning. "I prefer the term... Manifesting my destiny. Not that there is such a thing." She looked down at the results of her newfound power with... admitted glee, which only grew as she noted the fact that he seemed unable to put out her flames. Alchemical fire, hm? That could certainly be useful, especially alongside her ice. The flames were still new to her, yet it felt to Aurora as if she had been using them all her life. She thought, and the flames moved, forming an increasingly long blade of flame along her left arm blade, merging with her ki blade technique even as she repeated the same for her ice on her right blade. She watched as he managed to right himself, rambling about her magic, and then beginning to yell and scream. It seemed as if she had finally managed to get under his rather incorporeal and nonexistent skin. She supposed it could be fear that was eliciting such a reaction, but... The Arcosian doubted it. She wasn't entirely sure that the ghost before her was even capable of feeling any emotion that wasn't barely restrained anger, let alone fear.
Evidently the both of them could feel the end of the fight nearing, Aurora's own internal engine beginning to spool up (so to speak) as he clasps his hands together, forming a... a spear. "How... Quaint." She laughs, drawing her arms to her sides as Aurora also called upon her new form's dormant power. She knew that due to how she had managed to achieve it, her strength wasn't fully there as she called upon her might. But that was okay. She would just go even further. The Arcosian dug deep into her reserves, tapping the latent power of this new form as six razor thin beams of light leave from the centre of her back in a roughly circular pattern. Moving mechanically, yet erratically, the thin beams pointed and sped towards the charging Mollusc, diving and dodging through the air as Aurora tucks her wings to her sides and dives after him as well, her ki blades forming together into an X shape, on a collision course with his spear as he chucks it towards her. Yet, there was now a new addition to her final move. What starts as a few sparks rapidly evolves into a blaze of blue light as a cocoon of her new magical flames surrounds Aurora, making her resemble a meteorite.
Her blue flames meet the maw of the dragon as it envelops her, the light quickly resulting in an explosion of purple energy that rocked the caverns they found themselves in, shaking the entirety of the world above... .. Before with a roar, Aurora pierces through the back of the Spear of Porunga, a snarl on her face as the beams of ice meet Mollusc. Should they hit, he would find whatever parts of him they touched were instantly frozen over, immobilising them long enough for Aurora's crossed blades and rocketing body to smash into him with all the force of an actual meteorite. A shake makes its way through their cavern, followed by a rumble as a cloud of dust and debris fills the area around them, obscuring the results... Until Aurora stands up, panting and dropping to a knee, squinting into the snow and rock kicked up to see the result. "It seems... My spear trumps yours."

Mollusc had little reason to listen to Aurora at this point. He was focused on taking her out. Once that spear hit her core she was dead meat. Mollusc watched as Aurora formed six razor thing beams of energy. "This must be your own special attack." Mollusc guessed. He could feel Aurora's power rising but he had to count on the fact that she'd have that heart issue. Yet it didn't seem to slow her down right now. She seemed ready to go as the beams fired towards him. His spear launched slamming into the razor blades of ki. Then he watched as the flames surrounded Aurora making her look like an incoming comet. "Hmm is this some trick of yours." Mollusc aura flared around him. "I won't be defeated so easily!!!!!" Mollusc roared as the spear fired forward with all the strength he could muster.
Yet, the spear shattered. "!" Mollusc watched as Aurora broke right through as the entire planet seemed to tremble at her power. He felt the coldness of ice touch his very body as her beams slammed into him. He was being frozen. "This won't hold me for long." Mollusc struggled to break free as Aurora appeared right in front of him "!" She was moving way too fast for him to even react. Her attack impacted him as he coughed out a massive heap of blood as his body was torn to sunders. The shards of ice slammed into the ground as Mollusc head began to slowly fall towards the earth. The rest of his body was a mess of ectoplasm and frozen ice. Mollusc's eyes wandered back to Aurora as she spoke out declaring her spears had trumped his. Mollusc's head began to fade away into a mix of ectoplasm. "I will be back," Mollusc spoke his final words as his head faded away. Mollusc had been defeated. He had been sent back to where he came for but for how long? That would remain to be seen.
OUCH! 3,026,000/932,000=324 Percent Damage! Mollusc was blown away and is 'Dead' This is an Exit of course. Good thread!
