|Homecoming| - Basilisk's PL: 15,000
To say it'd been a rough two and a half years was an understatement.
Basilisk still didn't know what her captain was thinking when she put her in charge of Raiti when she was away. She was probably the least qualified person in the entire crew to lead- she could've left someone like Barb. Instead, they were stuck with Basilisk- the woman who didn't show her face to anyone. The entire asteroid practically ran on scouter messages; god forbid anything went wrong, else she'd actually need to show her face.
That didn't mean that she spent all her time in her room, though. Basilisk did what Basilisk did best- sneak around. She kept a very close eye on the entire asteroid, never once making her presence known. Raiti was a criminal congregation, but that didn't mean it was an entirely lawless land. There were still laws to be followed- they were simply laws set by the strong.
One such law, imposed by Basilisk, was a ban on badmouthing her boss. She made sure nobody broke that rule herself.
Raiti may have ran smoothly, but Basilisk certainly hadn't been running smoothly. She wanted to be back on the Stormbringer the entire time- she didn't feel safe out there. She didn't really like to spend much time away from the crew under most circumstances, much less for such an extended period of time.
Which was why, when she got the message from her boss to return to the Stormbringer, she got to their location within the day. She was practically bursting at the seams with joy at the message- finally, she could be back where she belonged!
She landed on Beppa with her own personal ship, the Raincloud. She sent the message she was landing nearby to the Stormbringer's comms. She also sent a personal message to Kayen that she'd arrived at her instruction. Kayen hadn't told her what she needed her for, yet, but it was probably something important- her boss had the best decision-making skills in the galaxy, after all. Basilisk was certain that Kayen knew how to use her skills even better then she did.
The Raincloud landed just a few metres away from the Stormbringer, docking itself on the dirt roads outside. Basilisk pulled up her coat hoodie and took the short stroll to the ramp of the ship, where she ascended into the belly.
"Anyone around?" she inquired, peering around the empty belly of the ship. She figured someone would be coming eventually, so she simply idled around, basking in the happiness of being on her home turf again.
