Typha rubbed the back of his neck as he realized he might have exaggerated about being nearly uninjurable in heaven. Now that he thought about it he had been beaten up pretty good a few times while being in heaven. "You can certainly hurt yourself but there a lot of ways to recover and you usually do so faster. So you don't have to worry as much about it." Typha chuckled a bit. But Vangreth was right it was perfect to train beyond one's limit. Typha had always felt he grew a lot faster in the afterlife than he ever did in the living realm. Typha then went back to his focus on preparing his body for the Kaioken. There something he had wanted to try since he came back to life. That was the Kaioken x20. He had been able to use it in the afterlife without nearly killing himself but in the living realm? This would be a good chance to test that. After all, that was the reason he had died the second time, the Kaioken x20 being too much for his body to handle.
Vangreth seemed willing to listen to his rules and not tell anyone about the Kaioken. Typha really needed to be careful about people knowing. He had made the mistake the first time back but now he was going to be more careful. Hopefully, people didn't spread it around and make the technique somewhat useless. Though he imaged most people didn't know the full extent it could increase his strength. Only those on Namek and he supposed Vangreth soon enough would know. The red aura flared as Vangreth asked how much stronger could he get using this form. "We're about to find out now watch closely. The most important part about becoming stronger as I said is Ki Control." The ground around him began to break apart and rise around him.
After a moment he finally broke the threshold. The base Kaioken. His aura turned red as he seemed to be calm and collected even as he kept going. Soon it was the times 2 then the times 3. All the way he left clear intervals so Vangreth could sense the increase in power. But he knew he couldn't do that for long. The longer he used the Kaioken the more damage he dealt. Right now he was not moving though so he is alright. He hit the x5 as the area around him crumbled away. Dust was blown high into the air as the ground around broke apart. At this point, Typha's face was strained but he kept his focus. Steam began to erupt from his skin as his sweat literally set ablaze from the heat and pressure he was giving off. "Untamed power is pointless Vangreth. Tame your strength and focus on it. Going inward and find inner strength of any kind. Whether its power or mental fortitude. That is the key to improvement!" Typha gritted his teeth. The Aura exploded with even more fury as it flew up high. At this point, his aura was massive just showing how little control it seemed he had as he powered up to the higher levels.
"Kaioken x20!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
The area around him sunk deeper into the ground as the aura funneled up high into the air. He imaged doing this even for a moment, anyone who could sense ki might pick it up even if slightly. The wind in the air was forced to blow the opposite direction as blood began to leak from Typha's nose. Typha focused once more even though the terrible pain. Even standing there his breathing became haggard, he felt like his very muscles would tear off his body. It was clear to see that the pain was almost too much. But Typha pushed onward as the aura pulled inward. The massive aura returned to his body becoming as tame as his Mastered Holy Rose. Steam escaped from his body as he took in a few deep breaths.
Typha raised his head looking at Vangreth. "This is the Kaioken. It is a power-up technique that damages my body irresistible. You can't heal it with a Senzu or magic. The only way to heal is to rest. This technique will make someone stronger but it is not optional for combat. It is used for short bursts of insane power. This is the type of power-up you should avoid, at least normally. But the Kaioken can be stacked on any form with enough practice hence why I used it on top of my Mastered Holy Rose form. Now I'm gonna show you an attack with this you can focus the ki." Then Typha felt the pain "Oh there it is." The aura faded. "That enough for today I just got back. I don't wanna kill myself." Typha coughed a bit of blood. "Jeez, that was not too bad. I'm used to throwing up and collapsing." Typha said with a straight face as if that was to be expected.
Typha used the Kaioken. He went from X1 to X2 to X3 to X5 then to X20. Will only list the x20 Powerlevel tho if you wanna calc them all you can
Typha Kaioken x20 (x27)
Powerlevel:6,075,000
90 Percent Recoil but this is a fun thread. Plus Typha didn't fight or move in it but he still def took damage.

While at first the display was relatively tame, Typha's power increasing only by a small margin, which Vangreth figured would still be useful to either close or widen the gap with an opponent, but quickly enough, he realized Typha was not done. Not only that, but his power increased many times after that! Slowly but surely making its way to absolutely bonkers limit as he yelled out his technique's name, the Kaioken times twenty. The alien was frozen in place, his aura was massive, and the pure energy radiating from him would be enough to vaporise Vangreth with very little effort! Even the person that defeated him would be beaten by such a powerhouse!
There seemed to be a problem though, as Vangreth was quick to notice the blood leaking from the warrior's nose, this technique seemed to have a price... a technique that drains your life energy in order to exceed one's limit... while it seemed appealing at first, Vangreth was unsure about it. The Muko-Jin would approach Typha when the aura began to shrink and go back to its usual size, and as Typha spoke of this form and promised an attack, Vangreth would reach for his shoulder gently.
He did not even have the time to warn this friendly prince that he did not need to push himself so far just to show Vangreth his strenght, he seemed to power down and caught some blood... oh, so this technique was even worst than he believed at first.
'' W-while that was impressive, I would rather you not use that just for demonstration, if I may suggest. The toll it seems to take on your body sounds absolutely insane, and not something you should just throw around like this. ''
Vangreth's words where honest, showing signs of empathy towards the prince in pain. However, something else did not feel the same way, as the voice within him spoke.
That's a shame you would have to die to learn this, combined with your strenght, you could surely become stronger than even him. Perhaps you should visit the afterlife soon? Give it a try? He did confirm it was a nice place to train!
The voice was insistant, but Vangreth swiftly shook his head, and would try to answer it by thinking.
Showing your true colors now eh? I'm not going to die just to try and learn that kind of technique. Beside, the one who taught him that is special, no way he would teach someone like me. Now be quiet.
It was obvious that Vangreth's focus was elsewhere right now, but he would snap himself back with a little head shake.
'' Excuse me if I spaced out for a moment. Although I doubt this technique's cost, there is no denying that it gave you an absolute monstruous amount of power! If you got yourself to attack someone using it, then surely they would not even have the chance to defend. Hopefully not too many people learn it, and I can still be relevant without the use of such a thing.''
But obviously, if more people gained access to this kind of power-up, then he would eventually have to get his own. This was a basic rule in any kind of conflict, one usually cannot allow his ennemy to gain the upper hand for morale reasons, fight back with every advantage you can get. Vangreth's voice sparked a few questions, some that perhaps he could get answers on.
'' About that guy you mentionned trained you, King Kai was it? I'm guessing he hand-picks his students right? If he has the keys to such a technique, I would imagine he does right?''
Because while the voice in his head was mostly wrong, if he did happen to die, then getting some heavy duty training with such a teacher would certainly make it worth his time, even though Vangreth doubted someone would bring him back from the dead like they did Typha.

Typha grunted as he powered down. Even not moving it was a real pain using the x20. He felt like going to bed for the whole day. He was that sore. Typha shrugged as Vangreth pointed out that he maybe should not have used that for a demonstration. "It not a big deal. Yah i'm sore now and hurting but its nothing I can't handle. Plus I wanted to test something and the test went quite well. So guess I was being a bit selfish." Typha rubbed the back of his neck. "Jeez, this does really hurt though. Not as much as I expected since I didn't move at all but if I had, man I'd be in a lot of pain." Typha laughed before grunting from a bit of the pain.
Typha glanced as Vangreth seemed to be thinking to himself for a bit. "Guess it that second voice you talked about. If the knucklehead wants to talk let him. I don't mind kicking his ass. Though it might be a bit hard since you both are in the same body." Typha stretched a bit just trying to keep his muscles moving even though he was flaring with pain. Standing around would do him even less good. Typha laughed as Vangreth seemed to think that it gave so much power that there was no way no one could defend agiasnt it. "Afraid not. Sure I can pummel someone but it not like I win. I take damage myself and I have to wait for the time to strike. They can easily protect themselves with a barrier or try to dodge it with an afterimage. But you don't need this technique to win a fight. The Kaioken merely shortens a fight at best. If used correctly, of course, yah you can deviate a foe but that requires you to be in control of the entire fight. Plus it merely a stack. You will need to train your other forms to make the most use of it." As for his mention of King Kai, he sweated a bit. Maybe he had said a bit much. "Well he the guy who taught me better Ki control. He brought me to someone else for the Kaio-ken." Totally saved. Hopefully, people would not jog up snake way to bother King Kai.

Of course it made more sense for the demonstration to have had a personal objective for Typha, rather than simply showing off his great technique to Vangreth, who was basically a stranger to him at that point. The alien would nod in understanding as he said so, but the pain really seemed to stay with Typha, even if he had powered down from the form, was he going to have to deal with that all day?
'' That form really drains you quick doesn't it... sounds like you're having a pretty bad time from my perspective, so perhaps don't use it when it's of no use? It feelss like you've inflicted a bad day on yourself.'' Vangreth said, as he did grow a little concerned over Typha for some reason, perhaps it was just how nice the prince had been to him? Or the promise of an actual training might have accelerated things.
Above anything else, it seemed like his new friend was pretty keen on things, noticing that he had been talking with that voice in his head, and even going for a little jab that whatever entity might be listening. Vangreth would give a bit of a laugh and shake his head.
'' Don't be silly, as far as I know, this thing wouldn't be able to control my body remotely. I've dealth with mind control before, so surely it's harder for someone to get into my head. But hey, once I find out what that entity is, perhaps we can get to it and punch it until it stops saying annoying stuff to me!''
This was all a little absurd, but Vangreth had become use to this, his whole life was basically a sequence of strange events targeting him personally for some reason, so another one wouldn't look so bad at that point.
The explanation on why the Kaioken was not the answer to all problems seemed fairly simple, the amount of damage the body was taking from minimal use reassure Vangreth that even if he happened to face an opponent using it, there was still hope for him.
'' Uh, I guess it does kind of olds the technique back... that kind of damage from minimal use would put a huge strain on you. Someone with a strong enough defense would definitively be able to exploit it if he manages to survive it long enough... uh... although I have to ask, what is an afterimage technique? You make it sound like it's common place.''
The words about King Kai would have the opposite effect from what Typha was looking for.
'' Ah good then! While I'm not really interested in the Kaioken, that whole talk about ki-control and your overall strenght without this technique is what I'm all about... perhaps I should try to pay him a visit if I die earlier than expected. Then again, I'd much rather not.''
Everything about this felt incredibly wrong, the muko-jin was talking about death like something minor, which really felt strange in a lot of ways.

"Yah it does drain me. But that is the risk of the form. It is a form as a last resort. That why you should look for something else. Even if you get trained by King Kai to get to this level to even be able to withstand the Kaioken took me a long time. But I know that the better my ki control is the more I can refrain the Kaioken but that also extends to my other forms. So that is why Ki control should be your focus. But honestly, this is not too bad. Sure it hurts but I felt a lot worse. As I said I've died two times. A bit of pain like this won't bother me that much overall." The flaring pain had slowly faded. He appreciated that Vangreth was worried about him but Typha knew his body. He should be alright as long as he didn't start fighting.
Typha nodded as Vangreth pointed out that this thing in his head to his knowledge could not control him, "Well that is good but you shouldn't assume it is impossible. I had a friend who had a similar situation. The monster deep within him eventually took over. So you need to be on toes and do whatever you can to lessen any influence it has over you." Typha gave a thumbs up to Vangreth. He seemed to have it under control but he didn't want Vangreth to become a slave to his second-half or worse yet a foe to all of Earth. Vangreth seemed to also understand what he was saying about the Kaioken. Though he was confused when he said the afterimage. "It is quite commonplace to my knowledge but it has different names." Typha would show him but he was still a bit tired. "It is basically superhuman movement. You probably just heard it under a different name." Typha then smiled a bit as Vangreth seemed to not really want to work about the Kaio-Ken. He really wanted to learn the ki control. "Well don't worry I can teach you all about the Ki control." Plus Vangreth couldn't just go visit King Kai. So this was the way to go.

The simply way Typha was throwing around the fact that he had died twice before this conversation was absolutely mind-blowing, even if he was ready to believe and accept that it was a fact, the casualness with which he spoke of it made it so strange to Vangreth. Death was supposed to be the end of it all, but now, it only seemed like an inconvenience for some people, and of course, he did not stop himself from thinking that it would not be very different for himself. If dying was not the end, and he could come back, then surely he would.
The alien simply shrugged when Typha insisted it was not too bad, claiming that he had felt worst was probably right, but it still felt wrong in a way, inflicting himself pain just because he wanted to test something, to that extent, was understandable, albeith a little strange.
'' I guess I can't really know how much it hurts and just how bad you've had it in the past, but I can safely say that when you start coughting blood, things are getting pretty dangerous. Just be on the lookout for like, internal bleeding? That would be an awful way to die... for the third time.''
Yup, he was certainly not getting used to this.
The topic of the voice in his head was making Vangreth a little uneased, the fact that he knew the prince had to be right about at least some of it made Vangreth think about it a second time, if he did not know who or what was causing these voices, then he truly had no idea if they could possess him or not... perhaps they were saving that little surprise for the right moment... this thought was absolutely terrifying to the muko-jin, who swore he would never go back to being mind-controlled in any way.
'' Yeah, I should really try harder to find what is causing it... then surely I could do something about it.''
Learning ki-control should not be too hard to do, but there was just something interesting about it all, if he was in better control of his energy, then surely it would be easier to achieve a greater form! This made sense in Vangreth's mind, so he was ready to learn at his best!
'' Thank you for that! I've been self-teaching a whole lot recently, and through spars, fights, meditation and training, there is not that much time to actually learn something from someone. I am glad you are willing to take that time to share some of your wisdom.''
Being so casual while in his Void Comet form made him realize something, Vangreth had no more trouble maintaining this form for long periods of time. It used to draw a lot of energy, especially when he had just uncovered it, but now, it seemed he could use it for extended periods without having to worry about emptying his reserves... either that, or he just lasted longer because he was not actually fighting.
'' So what should we start with? I'd guess some meditation right? Although your method seems to be revolving around transforming a lot...''

Typha shrugged as Vangreth noted he didn't know how much it hurt but usually when someone was coughing blood it meant things were not looking so hot. "I guess that is true. I should be more careful to not really hurt myself." Typha smiled lightly. Guess he should learn to maybe not do a demonstration like that. He did make a good point it'd be awful to get himself a third time through eternal bleeding through the Kaioken. "Yah don't worry I know I didn't push myself to that level." It would be pretty bad if he killed himself through the Kaioken. How bad would they look at King Kai? King Kai had warned him about the Kaioken and its dangers and he still pushed it. Maybe he needed to follow more of King Kai and Vangreth's wisdom and not push too hard. He learned that the hard way on Namek. He destroyed his arm for god sake with the Kaioken.
Typha nodded as Vangreth seemed to want to find out what was causing him to have a second voice in his head. That would be for the best, it was better to not assume the best when the worst could happen. Vangreth also seemed to be working hard and had a lot of right ideas going. Sparring, Fighting, meditation, and training were all good ways to increase one power and skill. Though he never really got that meditation thing. He tried it a few times but it was just not for him. Though for other it seemed to work fine. As for how they started, Typha waved his hand to Vangreth suggestion they start with meditation. "Breathing exercise." Typha calmly said as he stepped back a bit. "You want to first be in sync any time in battle. You need your breathing to always be equal in almost any scenario at the same pace." Typha took in a breath through the nose and out from his mouth and kept at the same pace. Even as he began to throw kicks and punches he kept the same pace. He stopped after a bit to see if Vangreth was following and so he didn't hurt himself.

While he did expect to start with something new, meditation had its limit when it came to practicing, Vangreth was quite surprised with how simple the first training session was sounding. Breathing exercise, surely those would not be too hard? Well, muko-jin could go a long time without breathing, and as such, Vangreth himself had not really tried any breathing technique to keep better control in combat, so there was certainly something to be experimented here. With a few questions in mind for later, the alien watched the first example. It seemed simple enough, surely it would not be too hard to follow those instruction.
He got into position, strong stance, firm footing and concentration gathered. The first part was fairly easy, after a moment where he struggled to pick up a rythm, he began to immitate Typha's breathing pace, and he felt like he would be able to pass that first session with ease! Then... came the punches and kicks. When he began to move, it was obvious that Vangreth's breathing pace had changed. Even if he was going slow, it seemed his movement were dictating the pace at which he was inhaling, not the other way around. He quickly realized it and stopped, looking at Typha was a surprised look on his face.
'' Oh. Yeah, I think I get what you mean by that.'' He simply said.
Obviously, the Konatsian was able to do things he was not, and Vangreth figured the first lesson was about figuring this little detail out. He gave himself a second trial, trying to focus more on his breathing. While it did worked, his pace was now leading his movement, but now his movement were all over the place, not nearly as precise or refined as they were a moment ago... he stopped again.
'' Wow I... really do have a long way to go, haven't I. ''
The problem, if Typha was able to detect it, was that Vangreth used a fighting style much more reactive and instinctive, rather than actual technique. While it was not inferior to strict martial art, it was a sign of a lacking discipline.
'' Got any... uh... tips or anything? '' He would ask the Konatsian prince, unsure of what he was doing wrong at that moment. He did get to question his fighting style a few times over his stay on Earth, but it was the only way he knew how to fight properly.

Typha watched carefully as Vangreth began to practice the breathing techniques. At first, it was going well he got a good pace. But once he started moving it of course became a lot harder. Which made sense even for Typha it was hard. But he had done this all his life. Once he saw his movement he also saw what might be an issue. He was more of an instinct-based fighter. Typha was a swordsman at heart with a martial arts background. He had fought on Instinct before, two times he could think of was agiasnt Monster and agiasnt the machines he faced on Konats. But fighting that way normally was not a good idea at least in his mind. Not to say it could not work. Vangreth movement was very fast, clearly, he was quite strong. Typha paused in thought trying to think what to say to Vangreth that makes the most sense. He snapped his fingers. He knew what he needed to do.
"Vangreth your style is different from mine so it may be a bit harder for you to catch on but that is fine. Your rhythm seems to not be the same every battle. That is fine actually, it means that every fight you're going to be different. I always have the same rhythm and pace. While that can be an advantage it means that someone who fights me many times will probably be able to figure out my pace. What you have to do is make your breathing in sync with your current fighting method. It just needs to be the same in the battle. Whether faster or slower breathing paces you just need a pace you can follow no matter the fighting style your using? Does that make sense." Hopefully, Vangreth got what he was going at.

When Typha actually spoke out his mind, and managed to get some tips for Vangreth, the alien would nod lightly in response to his words. It was true, Vangreth had learned martial arts, but he was not using one specifically, or knowingly adapting to the situation, he was just constantly changing his methods to whatever he felt was right. It was pretty great of Typha to have figured this out by observation over a few minutes, but it did spoke to how knowledgeable the konatsian was about fighting, even if he did act like he was somewhat tired of it all.
'' Yeahh Yeah! It does make sense actually! I think I got it. Instead of trying to have either my breath or my movement to lead, but instead just try to synchronize both together. Sounds good, let me put that to test!''
Vangreth seemed hypper about it all, maybe it was the fact he was learning something new, instead of improving what he already had, but it had been a while since training made him feel that excited! He got into position once more, closing his eyes to gather his concentration all on both important things and began his experiment.
Again, the first test was easy, pacing his breathing and having control over it was not that much of a big deal. Then, came the movement. At first, his breathing accelerated and was sporatic, but then the alien started timing his exhaling with every punch or quick he was throwing, every trust of his arm was mixed with him breathing out, and following by breathing in as he repeated the proccess a few times! It was not perfect or anything, but Typha had probably figured out this little issue, or at least sent Vangreth the right way to figure it out on his own.
After a minute of this, Vangreth opened his eyes and turned to Typha with a corner smile.
'' Was that better? I feel like it was better. I find it relaxing to be honest! I'll definitively add that to the training regime!''

Vangreth seemed to understand what he was getting out and seem really excited about all of it. So he gave it another go. He watched carefully as Vangreth deed the breathing once more as he began to throw his attacks. His breathing came more in synch even if it took a bit for that to get going. But he was doing much better than before. He actually knew what he needed to do. Typha found a rock to sit on and took a sigh. This was what he wanted to do. Training people to be stronger with the knowledge he gained. This seemed to be a much better place to be then just fighting all the time. He could work with this. It was just like when he was a commander for his squad in the Konatisan military. That felt so long ago from now. So much had happened since then. Typha snapped back to attention as Vangreth asked if it was better. "Yeah, you did a lot better. If you practice that it should help you a lot in general. Now if you wanna reach a new form usually the ki control as I said is ki. The breathing can help with that. Ki is your life energy after all." Typha glanced. "So by understanding that you can draw more power."

Vangreth had started to resume his exercise when Typha gave his response about his performance. While the Konatsian seemed to be content with Vangreth's progress, there was visibly something bothering him. While it did not look that negative, there was clearly something on his mind, which did get the muko-jin's curiosity in the end. During his exercise, he would turn his head to face the konatsian.
'' What's on your mind teach? You seem to have your head in the clouds.''
He would simply say, visibly interested in whatever was taken some of Typha's attention. Maybe he was overstepping a little, since they did not know each other that much.
After a short while of doing this exercise, Vangreth's arm made a snapping noise, followed by a grunt of pain from the alien.
'' Ugh! Guess I should have seen this coming... I'm still a little sensible from that beating...''
He came and sit in front of Typha, on the grounnd, massaging his arm with his good arm.
'' If that's not asking too much, could you tell me of Konats? Perhaps the reason you left? What brought you to Earth? I guess what I'm saying is, I want to know about you.''
This genuine interest from Vangreth might come from the fact that he usually could find himself in some of the stories told by most people who've helped him in his path on Earth, and hoped Typha would be no different. There was also curiosity about the world in general, foreign planets, he'd like to visit them all at some point, but if there was a reason not to, he needed to know. Surely enough, he wanted to make this person his friend, and not just someone he would learn from and not care about outside of that.

Typha tilted his head as Vangreth asked what was on his mind. He paused for a bit before sighing. "Just thinking of the past I suppose. Things I won't have back it is nothing important." Right now he wanted to help Vangreth get stronger. He didn't need to delve into his past. "Its nothing too important. You just remind me of when I was a captain in my home planet's army. Training fellow soldiers. Though it was with a blade rather than footwork and breathing. I learned more of that once I left." Typha sighed. He watched as Vangreth seemed to hurt himself. Too bad it seemed but he was resting it for a bit. Then he asked about Konats and why he was on Earth. Typha rubbed his head. "Jeez guess I got little choice but to talk about my past. Fine with me I suppose." If Vangreth was taking a small break it didn't hurt to answer his question.
"Konats is a desert world. There not much there like here on Earth. Its people are strong and tough. They're led by a King which is my Father, I have three siblings. My Older Brother Riis is the crown prince. He will one day lead Konats and I will hopefully be able to be at his side defending him. But a long time when I was on Konats, I made a big mistake. They were these old machines on Konats. From many years ago, around two hundred years actually. They were awoken and caused great death and chaos. I went to Namek and was able to get the dragonballs to restore those who died but it didn't restore the pain everyone had been afflicted with. So I made it my goal to help people. So I head to planet to make sure everyone doing ok. My duty is not just to Konats now, it is to the entire universe. To keep people safe and able to smile." Typha grinned.

While his body was failing him for the time being, Vangreth was certainly not about to just rest and let time go without at least trying to learn some more things, and asking Typha about his home planet was the most logical thing to do in the moment. If he was to learn more about this person, then that was a decent starting point, plus he would have information if he ever ended up needing to go to Konats, which... well... if they made people like him back there, couldn't be too bad right? So the Konatsian prince has all of Vangreth's attention.
At first, the alien couldn't help but think that Konats sounded an awful lot like Muko, only with a leader caste that was not under the control of some shadow individual that was puppeting the entire thing... or at least Typha was not aware of that if it was the case. A desert planet, creating the need for a stronger, assumed smaller population than on a planet like Earth. The story about how Typha got pushed out of the nest and into the wide universe around them was fairly interesting, for one thing it made him wish he had been there to help. But it was the mission, Typha's ideal, that really resonated with Vangreth the most. Yes, that. He wanted to do that as well. Make sure that no planet suffer the same fate as Muko, that people are free to live in a world that could offer joy and freedom.
'' What a goal... I want in on it.''
Vangreth simply said, nodding to himself. It made perfect sense! He was already set on this path, there would not be much left for him to completely get on it.
'' To be fair, I've been leaning towards something similar for a while... earlier this month, I met a Namekian, and he told me about the story of his people, how their planet was destroyed by a conflict they had very little to do with. A pacific kind, just trying to get by, obliterated like that. It made me feel enraged, those sorts of thing should not happen. On Muko, people were mentally chained to an individual that repressed our feelings until we were obedient machien for him to manipulate and run test on! This is what I've been fighting, and I intend to keep doing so.''
He looked up for a moment at the sky.
'' Shouldn't it be our duty? As the strongest people around, we should be opposing the forces that seeks to supress, control and manipulate. Tyrants of this world, with reigns of terror, oppressing their subjects into submission. Their people need champions to defend them, and we could be those.''
He turned back to Typha, his eyes filled with determination.
'' And now I meet you, who've been this champion before. I get it now. If you're willing to train me, then there will be another hero around, one more individual out there to fight for that cause.''

Typha smiled as Vangreth seemed to agree with his position to want to help people and allow them to smile. "Well, I'm glad we are able to agree on that. Hopefully, we can do just that and allow everyone to be at peace one day." Typha got up from the rock looking at the sky. It was nice and clear out. Days like this were hard to come by. When the only thing you were worried about was the present. Nothing that could happen or had happened. Just what was going on. Typha glanced at Vangreth talked about he has met a namekian whose planet had been destroyedfor a battle they had almost nothing to do with. "Yah Namek. That how I died my second time. I was defending the planet from a group called the stargoons. There contracted mercenaries. They take jobs from scum. The scum that hired them at that time was a saiyan named Cress. He is powerful but he didn't seem to really want to try to remain on good terms with the stargoons." Typha shook his head. "Last time I heard he tried to stop the Dragonball wish but he was forced to flee."
Typha kept listening of course as Vangreth talked about his home planet of Muko. Apparently they were ruled by a man who manipulated them and chained everyone together. Repression they're feeling so they could not fight back? "That is horrible. I assume it has been put a stop too by you?" If not of course Typha would give his hand to helping with the situation. But it also seemed to be Vangreth's fight. He was one of the Mukojin, he probably desired to be the one to free the rest of his kind. But Typha would offer his hand when it was needed. That was what he did after all. Then Vangreth asked if it was duty to stop evil people. "Well, I'd not say it is our duty. More of an obligation. We have this strength we should use it to help those without the strength to carry a weapon and to fight." Typha really had to admit, he was warming up to Vangreth he was a really good guy. He was glad he was able to help him. And Vangreth really seemed to want that training. "Well, why would I say no. I am happy to train you to the best of my abilities Vangreth." Typha smiled and offered his hand to shake Vangreth's with.
