Asked in the CBox about it, because I wanted it as perhaps a path to go down with Yori at some point, and was told Magic Materialization was totally a valid Mystic pathway to create. So I wanted to try and hash out some details.
Magical Materialization 1 - Grants [UT] Materialize - By focusing their power, they can create a weapon or shield out of an incredibly powerful material, such as the ultra-dense rock used to train with the Z-Sword. For a single post once a thread the user may gain +1x to either offensive or defensive power. Additionally allows the creation of most mundane goods. Foods, clothes, jewelry, the like. Little to no use in battle, beyond at a very mundane level. Cannot create magical or ultra rare/powerful materials permanently. Cannot be used to create large objects like structures.
Magical Materialization 2 - Grants [UT] Materialize 2 - In addition to the first uses, this technique can be used to create any one item from the Item Shop, by expending 3KP once a thread. This item only lasts for the duration of the thread, and cannot be used to create Senzu Beans. Allows the creation of complex, large objects.
Magic Materialization 3 - Has no use in battle. This level of magic materialization is on par with that used to create the Dragonballs, and is in fact required to create such artifacts. These artifacts are never made without great effort, and sustaining more than one is an endeavor in self-control and PLOT RESTRICTIONS.
I mean, it's supposed to be a racial signature, which at their top take 8 slots unless I'm mistaken? I don't really know balance super well, because I don't care for the fighty part of the game, honestly. But I was told there should be levels, like the healing one, when discussing it in the Cbox, and that it should 'do something' for the fight portion.
