In order to recreate the only strong emotion she'd been able to feel since the collapse of her emotional protocols, Iyokan was becoming reckless. If she were able to feel, one would be safe to assume she was becoming clouded in her judgement by emotion, by desperation to feel. While she found no humor in it, the irony of her actions was not lost on her. She had run the numbers, calculated and analyzed every aspect of the fight she had met Talia in. She had come to the conclusion that she would need to further expose herself to one of the two things that had likely contributed to the activation of her WRATH protocol.
Unfortunately, there was not a plentiful amount of those in the inhospitable wreckage she called home. There was only one option, then. Thanks to Veis and Libit, she was able to bring her battle power down to 3 RDZ, which correlated roughly to 4,500 units of Battle Power by modern standards. With her power drawn low to avoid suspicion, she drew a cloak over her small frame and set out into the unknown.
It was a long walk across the open plains of the Saiba Wastes. But thirteen alerts and fourteen warning pop-ups later, she found herself entering the dominion of her sworn enemy, the tyrannical monsters that roamed the planet that was once her own.
It was odd. She had expected the Saiyans to live in something primitive, something crude and worked from stone or simpler materials. But instead, their domicile reminded her a lot of how home used to be. The architecture clearly drew some inspiration, and she could even spy some very old, built over sections of buildings that were clearly tuffle in design. But what was even more interesting was that Saiyans weren't the only thing on this planet.
Namekians, Arcosians, Androids and Cyborgs roamed alongside at least a dozen different kinds of sapient species that she noted without recognizing them, as she sat down on the curb of a street to observe the city around her. Despite her predictions, the saiyans had exponentially increased their population, and she could see without too much difficulty that their aggression still ruled as a brawl took place in an establishment down the end of the street, but... they were a far cry from the horrible monsters that had tormented her nightmares since her arrival in this new time. Instead, they seemed almost like the tuffles they had once wiped out, if a little bigger and more blunt.
It was truly a curious thing. How the world could change so much, and how no matter how she informed herself she still made new discoveries each day. As she sat on the curb trying not to draw attention, she found herself driven to discover more. If the saiyans could not be exterminated, something she had already planned to avoid if possible, then perhaps she could at least learn something from them that might help her rebuild.
With driven eyes, she scanned the streets for anything else her curious android mind could ponder.

Leech yawned and got up from the bed. Anny and Leech were renting out some Vegeta apartment while doing odd jobs here and there. They had a decent amount of cash thanks to Duran and that whatever thingy but it was not enough to have a nice easy life. Plus Leech wanted to punch something. But since running into Duran they had done no such thing. It would be bad news if they started a big old fight when trying to make cash. Especially on the planet Kayen ruled. Anny got out of the bathroom dressed and ready to go. "We got a job today," Leech grunted as he picked his teeth with a broken toothbrush. Anny grunted. "Were gonna hit the town and see what we find." Anny got out of the building as Leech followed. The two of them walked down the street and Leech noticed right away the lady sitting on a bench. Leech grinned, "She seems lonely. We should chat with her." Anny grunted. "You're a real piece of shit," Anny grunted. Though someone just sitting around nearby maybe they were looking for work to be done. It was worth the shot. Anny and Leech walked over to Iyokan. "Hello." Leech waved putting on his most 'charming' smile. Anny just slapped his face. "What you doing sitting around here." Leech rubbed his mouth. "Son of a bitch....ahh..."

As she sat, the red projection on her cornea circling her pupil tirelessly, she was interrupted in her chain of processing by a sort of strange set of events. Two figures approached her, which was puzzling enough because she was certain she had minimized chances of her drawing any attention from passersby, but then one of the two figures slapped the other after they greeted her, followed by a question.
"I am observing." she replied, her tone flat and her response prompt. After a moment, she turned more directly to face the strangers and looked to the green effeminate one of the two. "Excuse me." she began, noting that without emotional instincts she found it very difficult to read people she was unfamiliar with. "Why did you just strike your companion? I have examined our brief interaction and found nothing to indicate this response."
The truth is, her positronic net was humming with a growing number of question. Who were these people? Why were they on Plant? Were non-Saiyan visitors common here? What were their names? She decided until she could better gauge who she was speaking with, it might be best to withhold some of those questions. Asking too many might paint her as an outsider, which might prompt questions as to her origins- questions she was not prepared to answer.

Leech and Anny glanced at one another as Iyokan spoke in such a flat tone with the words I'm observing. Guess that meant they were was no work for them to do. But then she asked Anny a question? Why had she struck Leech? Anny frowned a bit confused. She thought it was obvious. Anny glanced back at Leech. "This is my brother Leech. He really likes to flirt with a woman. As we are here on business I'd like to keep him from doing anything that would be a waste of all our times." Anny narrowed her eyes at Iyokan. She couldn't sense any power from her. That was just like Duran? Was she like Duran in some way? She didn't seem to be some saiyan cyborg but maybe she was a cyborg of a different kind. That when she remembered about Duran talking about those tuffles? But they were supposed to be all dead. She rubbed his forehead. This was all too complex to figure out. Leech pushed his back agiasnt the wall. "Observing? That what you are doing? You are looking at all these people pass you by and for what? There has to be a reason your observing everyone right?"

Iyokan stared unblinkingly at the two as the green woman explained her actions, and contextualized the greeting from her brother. Iyokan thought for a moment. If she had feelings, she would have turned red from embarrassment. Instead, she simply noted that she had been found attractive by an unfamiliar figure, and turned to the man in question with a rigid little whir of her neck mechanism. "Greetings, Leech. It is a pleasure to meet you. Apologies, but I will not flirt with you today." She forced a tiny, friendly little smile that didn't have any true emotion behind it in an effort to be polite, and then moved to answer his question.
"I am observing to learn more about this place. I come from somewhere different. Are there always this many people here? And you two are not saiyans. Is it common for this place to be visited by outsiders? These are the kinds of questions I hope to resolve in my observations." Then, she scanned the two of them. As the little red lines on the sides of her eyes span in a circle like a buffering bar, her internal systems calculated their strength. They each had a battle power of 41,500, which translated to 27.66 RDZ. They were especially powerful compared to the surrounding Saiyans.
"What race are you? I have never met your kind before."

Leech blinked as Iyokan said she'd not flirt with him today and it was a pleasure to meet him? Leech was left confused. What the hell was he supposed to take from that. "uh..." Leech's brain went on the fritz for just a bit before he responded. "Alright, I'll try tomorrow then." Anny put her hands in her face and yelled some profanity that was muffled. Anny pulled her hands out of her face and just said. "God fucking dammit Leech." She was so embarrassed to have him as her brother. The older brother at that? Why was he so fucking stupid! As for his question that got answered pretty quickly. She was just observing the planet. Looking at the people and the things here. Though she did note that they were not saiyans. And she wanted to know why they were here. Anny shrugged. "Money, this is one of the biggest planets in the universe. If you don't count potentially Arosce and Earth." Namek would have been in the running but it was a pile of rubble now.
Then she wanted to know about their race. Leech glanced at Anny. Anny was usually the one that handles any discussion on their race. She shook her head. "Our race is from the west galaxy. Were called the..." Anny rubbed her head. "Jeez, it been a while. You forget what your own species is called by the masses." She snapped her fingers trying to remember. Leech spoke after a bit. "Algerians," Leech grunted. Anny looked at her brother a bit confused about how he knew that but nodded. "Yah Algerians. That what were called but we live in the west galaxy. So we're pretty far from here so it not a surprise you never heard or seen anyone like us." Anny nodded. "We are just normal aliens. We left our planet cause they suck over there. My brother and I have been Ruffins every since."

|| Valan's PL: 16,000 || [UT] Beguiling Visage is in effect, assuming a Saiyan form ||
It had been many nigh countless centuries since the enigmatic Shinjin Valan had visited planet Vegeta, or Plant as it was once perhaps called. Regrettably, he was not given the chance to intervene in the myriad of tragedies that had befallen the many different people that had called the ever changing planet home.
One after the other, each of the more populous races that lived upon it had been displaced by a force they could not comprehend. The Tuffles evolved to survive the world, surpassing all else only to be at tense odds with the Saiyans that arrived from beyond the stars-- and soon enough that came to a head. The Saiyans of old went mad with power and wiped the Tuffles out, and yet, torment did not stay its hand. An Arcosian warlord asserted dominance and did near enough the same to the Saiyans as they did to the Tuffles.
What Valan always wondered was, could any of that have been prevented if his own people had the heart to act rather than watch? If he was at the time strong enough to defy them, and thus defy the universe and step in, how would have things turned out? In the end, the past was the past, and what could possibly be done to change it? Why even try? Time travel of that magnitude could have disastrous consequences too, after all, regardless of what one hopes to achieve.
Instead, Valan looked to the future with the intention to learn as much as he could from the present. He had been on Konats for a while recently, disguised as a Konatsian for the duration. Intending to visit Vegeta however, Valan had procured some Vegetan fashion from a travelling merchant while on Konats. In the dead of night, he stashed his Konatsian clothing away and donned a set of Saiyan style armor before changing his form into that of a burly Saiyan man he was acquainted with in Otherworld that had died a couple hundred years ago with flowing dark spiky hair, large fluffy tail, generally pointed features and a stylish goatee; his name was Tayte, so Valan decided that would be the name of this Saiyan 'persona' for now.
Soon enough, Valan, now playing the part of Tayte had used his Kai-Kai ability to reach Vegeta during it’s darkest hours somewhere in the Saiba Wastes. For a few days he mingled and interacted with the locals, and today would be no different. Sauntering his way around Cacumber. Not much of note was going on, he witnessed a couple of fights, but he had long since learned that was a common occurrence.
In fact, he was ready to travel to another planet until someone caught his eye. An individual with light purple hair and red lines upon their face. Tayte knew who that was; Iyokan! He met them as Dolin, the Namekian bard! Tayte decided to approach, but two strangers popped up in the mix of things as he did so. Listening to the conversation, Tayte quirked a brow and cringed audibly at the male Algerian and his antics. Try again tomorrow? Damn, was he that desperate? “Ya really gatta take a hint brah,” Tayte spoke up, with a rather unique accent for this part of the galaxy “Bein' a creeper is bogus duuude, soooooooooo embarrasin'. Amirite or amirite?” He shrugged and looked over to the female Algerian who looked somewhat ticked off about it herself.
Iyokan listened intently as Anny described her race and how they came from the Western Galaxy. Iyokan had never met a race from outside of the North Galaxy before! Despite her complete confusion at Leech's behavior, she was incredibly intrigued. As she moved to pose another question to Anny, another voice entered the fray.
Immediately, Iyokan was on guard. A Saiyan approached with a registered battle power of 16,000 BP, or 10.66 RDZ, and spoke directly to Leech. He was very brazen in joining the conversation, which lead Iyokan to believe that he had known Leech or Anny prior. The stranger was berating him for his attempt at flirting, calling him a 'creeper', which she noted was an insult toward him for making people uncomfortable.
Leech and Anny had been kind in speaking to her about their race without any notice. She decided she would speak in his defense. Turning to the large saiyan man with the accent, she spoke. "It's alright. I took no offense to his behavior." She reached up her hand wave a little polite hello to the man. "What is your name?" She asked. She hoped diverting the questions to him would prevent any inquiry into herself or her origins.

As Leech and Anny chatted, someone else arrived. Anny felt their power was around 16,000. They were a male saiyan and they seemed to note about Leech being pretty much the most desperate person on the planet. Leech turned at 'Tatye' and frowned. "No I'm not. I'm just making sure to hedge my bets." Anny just looked at Leech. "No your being desperate now be quiet." Leech frowned glancing at the saiyan. He would of attacked them for making a mockery of him but he didn't need to yet. Plus they were looking for work, if they beat the shit out of some saiyan, they'd lose any chance of that and they maybe would even have to leave Vegeta! Though as for his chances, Iyokan seemed to not care. Leech fistpumped. "Yes, i still got a chance." Anny just facepalmed. Iyokan seemed focused on talking to the new saiyan. Leech just crossed his arms "It must be his hair...damn." Anny turned to face Tatye to see what he was all about. Afterall, this guy seemed really strong for a saiyan. Not as strong as someone like Kayen but <16,000> was pretty high none the less. Maybe this guy had work for them to do? She was going to ask but decided to wait till after he introduced himself, as he'd probably explain why he was here.
