BACKGROUND: The meat and potatoes. The bread and butter. The apples and oranges of your application to create a character. This is where you explain your character's history, and what made them the person they are today.
Lionel was born into a minor Saiyan clan on Vegeta, he grew up with a bit of a rough life in the academies and schools due to his clan's signature white hair and eyes. These features have been part of his clan since its beginning, when a Saiyan named Escar was born a century and a half ago, only to be booted out of his old clan because of his genetic defects that gave the Whitemane clan its name. Lionel over the years grew more and more frustrated and angry due to all the crap he had to put up with from the other kids, but was able to keep his cool, and then one day, when he was 10, he accidently broke the leg of a classmate in a fit of rage during one of the daily spars as the bully, some uptight noble who thought Lionel's 'albino' appearance made him inferior to him in every way talked about how he wanted to visit Lionel's little sister. He got suspended from school that day because of the bully's noble status.
After getting suspended Lionel still felt angry and simply went to the training field of the clan in order to vent his anger via training. While training his father Escar III began to help him train. While training Escar III told Lionel the story of the clan's Founder, Escar I. "Escar the first had, after being booted out of his old clan, trained and survived in the wilds for a full decade, eventually making it back to civilization where he began to run into old clan members. The members of the old clan had recognized him, and started mocking him for showing his face again, but Escar wasn't phased and simply challenged them. The clan members, amused by his challenged, accepted, and were henceforth defeated after a short fight. People who had come to watch the fight were shocked to see the 'outcasted albino' defeat his old clan members." Lionel had heard this before of course, but for some reason it resonated in him, perhaps it was because he too was being mocked by those outside the whitemane clan.
Then as he barely managed to dodge a punch, Escar III continued the story. "Escar would go on to continue challenging more of his old clan, beating each and every member one by one, until he eventually came to face the leader of the clan: Matillo the Reaper of Dendron V. After a long stare down between the two, Matillo, unlike the others of his clan, gave Escar praise for proving every other member of the clan, for to Matillo, Escar had proven his worth. But Escar wasn't satisfied, like a true Saiyan warrior he sought challenge and a worthy opponent, so when he challenged Matillo to a duel...the Reaper laughed and joyfully accepted his challenge." Now this was a part that Lionel hadn't heard, so he wasn't able to dodge the next kick to his chest and was thus knocked into the wall. Escar III continued speaking "After an hour long fight, both Matillo and Escar were exhausted, the duel had ended in a draw. Matillo gave Escar the nickname of Whitemane, which Escar decided to make his surname. You've heard the rest of Escar's story from that point onward but as you know, after the battle of Dyson, he retired to found the clan in which we are ever so proud to be part of." Escar finally finished, thus lifting the young Lionel's mood...even if he did get his ass kicked in.
The rest of the suspension was spent on Lionel learning how to sense energy, as its a useful technique to use. After the suspension he managed to, over the years, learn engineering and as a hobby learned how to be a blacksmith as he figured that he could probably make a profession out of making armor and weapons at some point. At age 15 he joined the military for a time, saw some action against the WTF, but got pulled into engineering after being observed repairing gear after a battle. During his time in the military he learned two techniques, his well known(among his comrades on the field) Smelter Beam, and the barrier technique which he did use to defend his comrades during one particularly nasty battle.
When he was 17 he decided to retire and make his own business as after he was put in engineering when he was 16 he hasn't seen a single battle since, so the military began to bore him at this point. Not to say that he isn't disloyal, its just that most of comrades from before he got put in engineering died without him there to help them, and the guilt's been eating at him since, and he wanted to find something to take his mind off it without being reminded of what he perceived as the reason why they had died. So upon filing in his paperwork he went to Earth and set up shop there. So now he works as a mechanic/Blacksmith in a privately owned business he created called 'Whitemane's Forge'. He still keeps up his training, no need to get rusty afterall, but he has found peace after simply watching the clouds...so here he is now, 19 years old, a lonely blacksmith/mechanic who lives a peaceful life just making a living as a lone business owner, with how strong he is, he's drive off any robbers that try to rob his workshop.
A pity that his peace may soon be at risk.

[A1] Ki Beam/Blast/Orb: Through proper Ki Manipulation, you have gained the ability to shoot pure energy from your body! The beam/blast/orb can be flavored (name, appearance, firing technique etc) however you like. Deals 33% of your current PL in damage.
Flavored to be like that of a white hot fire that melts steel or other various metals in how it looks, but otherwise it like that of any other powerful beam. Lionel likes to call it "Smelter Beam" as a joke.
SUPPORT TECHNIQUES: Your character's SU1s, SU2s, and SU3-tiered techniques are put in this section.
[B1] Ki Barrier: Through some proper Ki Manipulation, you've gained the ability to summon a barrier made of Ki! Protects you with power equal to 33% of your current PL. If an opposing technique beats your barrier, and the Barrier user is within 60% of the attack's PL, the damage is halved. (IE: If a Ki Barrier had 2,000 PL, and was broken by a 3,000 PL attack, the bleed-through damage would be 500 PL instead of 1,000). If the Barrier user is lower than 60% of the incoming attack, the damage reduction is only 25%.

Energy Sensing [UT]: Via some method you are capable of feeling the natural energy of living beings, you have an understanding of the power level of other non-android warriors and can feel the power of the attacks they are using compared to your own. This technique is Passive not requiring activation and uses 0 KP in a KP Battle, Energy Sensing does not work on Androids.
