Background
The reputation of the mighty World Trade Fleet stretches across the cosmos, striking fear and hatred into some, and rampant greed in others. However, their unchecked nature and merciless business practices lead them to many a problem, and nearly ended the organization a few times.
Forces under the banner of Wintoz Ycilce seek to change this frustrating cycle. Rising from the ashes of the coalition WTF force under the now-vanished Lord Tundra, the Phoneix Armada's aim is to combine the lucrative planet trade along with less uncompromising practices in regards to the native inhabitants of the planet. If the residents are willing to negotiate, Armada commanders are found to be surprisingly reasonable, often offering to spare obedient sections of the populace in exchange for their loyalty to their new lords, or sparing their planet entirely, for sufficient capital. If they are met with resistance, however, the Armada will not hesitate to respond in kind. Business is business after all.

My aim with this faction is to establish Wintoz's branch of the WTF forces, and the corresponding policies he would put into effect. While the Armada is still technically under the banner of the WTF, they are their own force, and usually are very independent of Fleet Leaders
