BACKGROUND:
Shera was certainly different from the rest, even at birth. Born from a tampered fruit, her life would've turned out very differently if it wasn't for the hesitation of a elderly Shinjin. It was rather powerful dark magic from a unknown source, almost certain to rot and cast to the Demon Realm. The fruit was saved from going any further, but half rotten. It gave the older Kai a vision. He felt intense darkness combating with intense light, the future paved with certainty on which succeeded. Could she help the universe? The Shinjin? Or would she cause it misery and help forces that threaten it? It was vague, and left more questions than answers. But he would've been a fool to dismissed this once in a lifetime opportunity. Taking it upon himself, he took the fruit in order to raise the future Kai himself.
Kept from the others, Shera was trained as any other Kai for the most part. The Elder tried hard to weed out the dark energy into something noble, making her practice and practice often alone. It was from her solitude that gave birth to many defining aspects of her character. Her bizarre and sometimes naïve personality, her high regard of the Elder and his ideals (which she began to make her own), and her attachment to mortals. Watching them in their everyday life, she felt she had more in line with them instead of the Shinjin (besides a select few). She wanted to interact and help them, but was unable to due to their law.
A couple hundred years later, The Elder died rather abruptly. Missing from her world and even Other World, the young Shinjin knew there was nothing left for her in the Realm of the Kais. There was more pressing matters in the universe below, someone had to help. She held no distain for her race, but knew she wouldn't be accepted without the Elder. (And they were slightly boring anyways.) So Shera would go out into the universe with the help of a friend, landing on a rather small blue world.*

Afterimage [SU1]: Through a sudden burst of speed you leave behind a static image of yourself to distract your opponent, this technique allows you to completely dodge techniques beneath 100% of your PL. This technique uses 1 KP in KP Battles.
UTILITY TECHNIQUES:
Telepathy [UT1]: The basic form of Telepathy allows the user to communicate with those they are familiar with across the planet they are currently on via mental transmission, this can be blocked out by those who do not want to hear the user if the effort to block them out is put forth. This technique uses 0 KP in a KP Battle
Energy Sensing [UT]: Via some method you are capable of feeling the natural energy of living beings, you have an understanding of the power level of other non-android warriors and can feel the power of the attacks they are using compared to your own. This technique is Passive not requiring activation and uses 0 KP in a KP Battle, Energy Sensing does not work on Androids.
Energy Suppression [UT1]: You are capable of suppressing your power in order to better hide yourself from the gaze of those with Energy Sensing or those utilizing a Scouter, so long as you are not making use of powerful techniques(anything that would consume KP in a KP Battle) you can lower your ki signature to surprise your foes with your real power, or attempt to hide your energy at ambient planetary levels. This technique uses 0 KP in a KP Battle.
