So she was the one that was going to influence this man's decisions and what he was going to do in the future. There was no denying how enticing of a decision that was to her, especially if she could potentially befriend Boryoku and have him as a powerful ally. Just because she had given up on her past goals didn't mean she didn't want to accomplish them anymore. Maybe she could use him to help her do so. It was quite an ambitious plan, but Kon saw an opportunity when one was in front of her. For now, she would act nonchalant, doing her best to act the same as she had before. "Do what you want," she said rather dismissively. "Maybe it's because I'm a Saiyan, but I honestly don't care if you want to follow your predecessor's old path or whatever you call it. Kill, don't kill, I don't care so long as I can stay alive at the very least." The corner of her lips began to tug upwards in a smirk, although it was quickly squashed the moment she realized what she was doing.
"Honestly it would have been better if you met someone else," Kon would admit after explaining his purpose for speaking towards her. "I'm really not good at this sort of talk. It's up to you if you think you're alive." There was nothing that she could say towards his own personal reasons, never being one to give any great advice in the first place. She was far from the perfect person that could lead him down any desirable path. The anxiety she felt from earlier was beginning to fade as she would once again put on the false bravado that used to come naturally. It was nostalgic and liberating, making her feel more like herself oddly enough than she had been in quite a long time. "You still sure you want to keep talking with me after this though?" She asked, her eyes coming up to meet Boryoku once again. This time, she was able to force herself to hold eye contact despite her current emotions and she refused to let go. There was no sign of hatred in her eyes, merely curiosity.

In some ways he was disappointed in her reaction but not to say he was expecting much. She gave an honest answer, and Boryoku was at least impressed by this. Now he was left with his own motivations, and he was unsure where to go from there. But one thing was for sure, she had given him a very good bit of advice albeit by accident.
"Do what I want..."
A smile returned to his face once more. That was something he could get behind, and truly appreciate.
"Sound advice, though I doubt you meant it to be as such. Yes... do as I please indeed."
With that he would gaze into the sky, his smile remaining as he felt free... Indeed this is the truest freedom he could ask for...
"Yes I think I quite enjoy talking to you Kon... You may not be good at it as you believe but I dare say you might have a knack for it."
With that he chuckled to himself as he thought back to his predecessor. Manipulated by the world about him. He was driven mad by grief, anger, sorrow and despair because he was attached to this world. Boryoku was free of such things... Liberating!

Although it was probably an unwise decision, Kon allowed herself to relax her guard around Boryoku slightly. Despite her initial impressions he didn't seem to be too dangerous, at least yet. Instead, he honored his word and caused her no harm giving her the compliment that she knew she most definitely didn't deserve. If only most people could be like him. Even if she knew very little about this "predecessor" of his, she was growing slightly more intrigued by him in general. It was just an inference, but this demon was potentially powerful considering he was talking about the act of murder so nonchalantly. It made her wonder how powerful he was in the first place.
"Say," Kon said after allowing his words to settle in and reflecting upon her own thoughts. "What are you planning on doing after this? I know you want to find out more about the Earth, but are you just going to spend your time messing around until you find some sort of purpose?" Her eyes once again scanned the demon's body, as if she was trying to get a general idea of his power although looks could always be deceiving. "If so..." Her voice trailed off, words unable to come out from her mind.
Finding a way to naturally inject her next thought into the conversation was difficult, causing Kon to pause for a moment, teeth gritted in frustration as she did her best to think. As much as she desperately wanted to flat out ask him, she hardly knew the guy and it felt odd to do so. After a quick internal debate, she merely sighed and shook her head. "Nevermind," she said rather dismissively. She had to be a bit more subtle as she did not know how Boryoku would react if she were to outright react. As much as she wanted to do so, it was better to wait at least a bit longer.
"How strong are you?" The words came out of her mouth before she could even stop them, surprising even herself as she stood there, mouth agape. "It's a Saiyan thing sorry," she quickly lied. "Can't help but wonder how strong others are sometimes and after you mentioned stuff about your previous self or something I just got a bit curious." As much as she regretted the words, Kon couldn't help but notice the opportunity that it gave her. Perhaps she could use this subject to segway into her request and learn more about Boryoku in the process...

Boryoku would look to the girl curiously as she asked what he planned to do after this encounter. His eyes closed then, a deep breath in and then out as he thought it over. His mind pacing through options but they all evolved around one thing. His eyes slowly opening as his smile returned. "I plan to train... But my ultimate goal is... Unknown to me. Maybe I will kill those who wronged my predecessor...? No I can't say I know just yet but I have the urge to break this universe... I guess ruling it would be fun... But frankly I haven't decided. Maybe I will just do things people find terrible just for the sake of it."
Boryoku laughed then, the air growing cold as the trees around him began to decay from frost. The frost not close enough to harm Kon yet, but was a few feet away. "My strength? I have no idea, I only woke up yesterday. But I can feel my potential is unlimited. I took the best parts of this 'Sensoa' and improved them. My strength is diminished but within a month I will be unstoppable.."
Boryoku was confident in his abilities and potential to grow. He looked to his hand and clenched it once more. "Haha, I don't know truly what I am capable of right about now but I think I could kill a super saiyan. That is what they are called I believe. Though as weak as I am in my broken form, I would struggle. In due time however, in due time."
With that he looked Kon in the eye and smiled. A cold smile but genuine.

It was almost just as she had suspected. Despite acting calm in this current conversation, Boryoku was lethal. Even if the only means she could gauge his strength was through his appearance, she knew better than to underestimate someone who could have potentially known such major figures such as the president of the Earth himself. Such power, although terrifying and volatile, was also useful. Now Kon definitely wanted to get on his good side, more than anything. Of course, she was afraid now that he revealed the full extent of his power, knowing that he had the potential to kill her as well from his past experience. However, such fear would not turn her away from her goals.
"As I said, I don't care what you choose to do as long as I can stay alive in it." She said, shaking her head. "Although the power that you have is pretty awesome, you could do a lot with it." Even if the frost didn't quite reach her yet, she could feel the chill that it emanated, causing her subconsciously to take a few steps away from it to escape its chill. From his actions, it truly did seem as if Boryoku was the descendant of Sensoa, holding the same power although he appeared to lack the same ferocity that one of the ravagers of Earth did. His words did imply that he was close to falling over that edge soon, meaning that she would potentially have to choose her words carefully, although it wasn't as if she gave a damn about this stupid place anyway.
There was one phrase in the midst of Boryoku's explanation that truly caught her attention. The power to kill a super saiyan? Her mind briefly flashed back to her last encounter with her brother and that spark of gold that came from nowhere. Although she wasn't positive, that could be what that phrase was talking about. Why was he so much powerful than she was? It almost appeared as if the universe was purposely spiting her at this point, making it an impossible feat to kill him. Her expression tightened, her hands balling into fists, nails digging into her palm almost to the point of drawing blood. There was an anger, a hatred that burned within her that she had thought died awhile back. No, she was happy to see that it was still within her. In fact, she felt no remorse when she finally gained the confidence to ask Boryoku her request.
"If you are as strong as you say, why don't we make a deal Boryoku? If you help me with something, well I'll do something in return for you. I'll let you decide what it is exactly." Her face had twisted into her own smirk, almost mirroring the cold smile that Boryoku had. She honestly didn't care what he wanted to do with her if he were to accept it. It wasn't as if she had a bright future in the first place. It was as if death would simply be the kinder option for her, although she was at the very least determined to achieve her goals before she would die.

Boryoku watched as the girls attitude shifted, taking a step back from his frost. She was thinking by the looks of it and it was clear she was not as innocent as she seemed. Her words were enticing as she spoke of awesome power, but he knew he wasn't going to get anywhere as he was. She then went as far as to offer him a deal.
This brought a bigger smile to his face as he considered such a thing. He was a sucker for deals after all. So Boryoku's hands shifted in his lap, his posture changed.
"Oh? Now I am curious."
A deranged look was in his eyes then, one that spoke not of insanity but built in malice. Buried deep in his mind. At the end of the day, Boryoku was evil, violent and cruel. It was his base nature, his instinct to be terrible. In truth he had thought of killing Kon just then, but dismissed it. He needed to be calm, collected and patient. That was a virtue the predecessor lacked.

Good, it was a step at the very least. The fact that he didn't outright turn her down or turn towards violence at least made her feel better. However, Kon knew how to play her cards right. Asking for a deal without something equal in return wouldn't be as enticing as the one she had offered him now. Even if she knew that such a deal would come to bite her back, she couldn't care less right now. She had what she needed right in her grasp once again and this time Kon was going to make sure that it wouldn't escape her fingers.
Straightening her posture and putting on a serious expression, Kon began to speak."You see, I've been trying to find someone for the longest time now and I want to put an end to them." There was no point in sugarcoating her words, especially when she had to be honest at some point of the deal. May as well make it now than later so that she could at least get better results by being more honest. "One of them is what I'm guessing you call a super saiyan, a power that I can't go against right now." Her eyes narrowed as she once again cast a glance towards Boryoku. "But, you said that you had the power to beat a super saiyan, correct? You are stronger than one of these people and I am guessing you have more than enough strength to put one down." Well, maybe she was exaggerating more towards the end, hoping to at least slip some praise inside, however, Kon did also believe in her words somewhat. Surely, he was a powerful being that could help her achieve her goals.
Of course, there was more to it than that, and such a task certainly wouldn't be easy. "I just want your help in putting them down, although I would prefer it if if you let me be the one to deal the killing blow. Either way though, as long as they're dead I'll be happy." She said with a shrug. "After that, you can call in your part of the deal. I'll honor my side of it and whatever you see fit equal to it." Shrugging her shoulders, she would look towards Boryoku once again, this time her gaze fixing on his. "The person's name is Tarch. I currently don't have a picture but I can probably find one quickly if I had something to search it iwth." The name felt foreign on her tongue, causing the smoldering anger from earlier to erupt back into the passion hatred. Now it was clear to her, she wanted to do anything to put him down even if it was through making a deal with the devil himself.

Boryoku listened to her speak, taking her words in with each sentence. Truth be told he was glad it wasn't someone more serious, but still the fact remained he couldn't truly kill them. Sure he could put them in the ground but... The dragon balls could just resurrect them. It didn't matter how often, how many times or how strong he was...
With a sigh, the demon would simply his his head.
"So I am guessing he is alive and well then... You see Sensoa killed him once before... But I take it he was revived. So that means one thing. Even if I kill them, I cannot keep them down. It is impossible. But let's pretend I can kill all the world leaders, because let us be frank... I cannot fight kayen, and the saiyan empire... I cannot keep them dead. Nothing I do will be enough. Vaporization to atoms won't even stop it..."
Boryoku then looked at the ground then. A smile on his face but no amusement in the subject.
"Frankly speaking... If I killed him, nothing changes. So I would be at a disadvantage. I cannot kill your target permanently, I cannot kill his allies... I cannot even blow up this world. Because it will all be brought back. So effectively I am powerless... Not to mention I have been sleeping a whole year, my predecessor was stronger but still died and I am... Weaker than he is. I cannot keep up my end of the bargain."
Boryoku was not going to lie, nor did he see a reason to pretend he could win. Kayen, Carro, and many others were to strong. He could never win. It was all pointless to resist that.
"So I guess that is the end of that. I do plan to torment the world but I don't expect to be much more than a simple roach. In truth I can grow stronger but so can they. So can you. But they command not one but two armies, headed by the most powerful beings in the galaxy. Tarch is able to be killed but when he dies, he comes back.... We don't."
With a shrug, Boryoku would look to the horizon. Sensoa had learned much, but Boryoku was far more intelligent. Not as strong but clearly aware of the time gap and strength gap. He was not disillusioned to think he could win.

What.
Kon was simply stunned silent as the words finally settled in for her. Tarch had died? Tarch actually died? She simply didn't know how to react to this sort of information. While a part of her was giddy, happy that he finally got what was coming towards him, she also felt simultaneously empty. What was she going to do now that he was dead? Should she just return back to that stupid life of hers and pretend like this all never happened?
Still, there was a bit of hope for Kon. If what he said was true, the dragon balls could have brought him back to life. If that was the case, she had a chance at killing him again! That meant her dream didn't have to die and everything would be alright and-
A sudden realization came over Kon as her thoughts progressed. Why was she so excited about the prospect that he was still alive? Did her life really just revolve around her desire to see him and Kohlra die? She absolutely knew such a mindset was unhealthy, but at the same time what other meaning did her life have? She had already known that she had no other plans once she had seen that her saiyan family had finally died.
Well, fuck that. If she had a reason to live, she was going to keep gripping onto it no matter how difficult it was. "Even if he won't stay down," Kon said, finally coming to a conclusion in her mind. "Even if all his friends try to bring him back or some other shit like that, I'll always beat him down each time he comes back up." Her voice would suddenly rise to a shout at her final words. Simultaneously, she would slam the same hand that broke the mirror into a nearby tree, effortlessly smashing through the wood with ease. She didn't care about the pain or the damage she had gotten from that. She didn't care about anything else. No, all she cared about was achieving her goals. If her only meaning in her life was to continually put her brother and mother back down in an endless cycle then so be it!
"I'll break out of hell if that's the last thing I have to do, but I will kill them both!" Kon shouted, breathing heavily in and out. At this point, she was more trying to convince herself rather than anybody else. "I'll defy fate if I have to," she muttered to herself. Finally, she would turn towards Boryoku, facing him with a desperate look on her face. "It's something to do. It's better than sitting your ass here all day and just doing nothing. You have a life, and you maybe you should use it for something other than crying!" The emotions that she so desperately tried to keep hidden exploded. It was probably something she would regret very soon but at this point, Kon had far surpassed the point of caring. She wanted to achieve her life's only meaning regardless of whether she had help or not.

Boryoku was unsure about what to say or do. In truth he was buried in his own self doubt and frustration. If he could get the strength to fight, he was alone. Nothing was going to change like this. Even if he got to the next level of strength, they could catch up to him. He didn't possess a way to win soundly and that... That was the greatest problem yet.
"I will... But as I am now I cannot possibly even touch them. I need to recover, no... I need to surpass the limits of my strength just to stand a chance."
Boryoku looked to his hands as he spoke. Feeling strange to suddenly be having this conversation now.
"But I will try. Let's consider this deal on... And should we succeed you will be given the terms. This goal is a massive undertaking. I can only hope it works out. "
With that Boryoku stood up before dusting himself off. Perhaps they could succeed, but frankly it was near impossible.

Kon was getting frustrated. She didn't personally care how impossible the situation she spoke of was, as long as she had the chance to do so. "Then get stronger!" She blurted out before any common sense could stop her. "You're a strong demon, just train and then you'll gain power. The solution is so simple!" Her mind was beyond reasoning, caught up in the anger and stress that came from their conversation. Everything was hyperfixed on that single goal that gave her life meaning. It was pathetic, but hey it was a reason to continue living. There was simply nothing else that defined her life at this point and time.
If she had to piss off every single cosmic entity to accomplish it, then so be it!
Fortunately, Boryoku was at least willing to consider her deal despite how massive it was. That was enough for her, enough to satisfy her current thirst for revenge. "I'll make sure that it works, even if it's the last thing I do." She muttered, "I'll make sure that both of us will keep up our sides of the bargain."
Stretching out her hand for a handshake, she would stare at Boryoku once last time. "So, do we have a deal?" She asked, a shakey smile slowly forming on her face. Maybe by working with Boryoku, she would be unleashing that same demonic force from before back onto Earth, but she no longer cared. As long as she was able to accomplish her goals, that was really all that mattered to her. For all she cared, the world could just go die along with her.

Boryoku chuckled as she let her emotions out at that moment. Her desperation clear in her voice as she shouted to get stronger. Boryoku knew that but let her speak nonetheless, feeling as it was better to not interrupt her feelings. His head simply lowering slightly as he took her hand.
"I don't see why not. As stated I will try my best to fulfill my side of the bargain."
A firm hand shake was all he did, releasing her hand and teasingly pointing at her.
"You are much better off letting all that out, hear it helps. Anyone can tell how pent up your emotions are. Plus your cuter that way."
Boryoku simply shook his head and shrugged as he did so. As he turned his back to her and began walking away, he held up his hand to wave good bye.
"I'll find you again when I have grown stronger. Don't forget about me till then."
With that he would leave if not stopped.

The deal was set, and there was no going back. Granted, it wasn't as if Kon really wanted to go back in the first place. She was too focused on the goal and her hatred, too distracted by her daydreams to recognize any consequences in front of her. The fact that she had managed to convince such a powerful person into working with her was a win in her book, and she wasn't about to let anything sour her small victory. Soon, she would finally get this lifelong burden off her chest once and for all and she would finally feel free.
Kon was ready to say her farewells, having nothing else to say to the demon, when he would give her some advice, quickly followed by- "Eh?!" The sound escaped her lips before she could stop them. She couldn't help but blush at those words, completely caught off guard. While Kon herself wasn't particularly interested in Boryoku in that fashion, it was rare for her to gain a genuine compliment like that. It felt quite nice, especially after spending nowadays enduring the wrath of life. Still, she couldn't let that completely cloud her perception! Their deal was all she cared about in the first place.
After Boryoku's farewell, she would give him one of her own. "I won't forget you and the next time we meet I'll make sure that I'll be strong enough to pull my own weight." She said, watching him disappear into the woods. It seemed that her mind was set now that she had made this bargain with him. Kon now had to truly stick to her word, meaning that she would have to return back to her own martial arts life. Chances were that she had to leave her current, comfortable life behind although it didn't matter to her in the first place. She was sick and tired of it anyway, and she would always be willing to drop it for something like this.
Kon simply couldn't continue her smile as she once again took to the air, making her way back to her dingy little apartment. She was going to make sure this plan wasn't going to fail, even if it was the last thing she was to do.
