Kon's PL: 100,000
Kon had been spending the past few days traveling to this forest to train, hoping to whip herself back into tip-top shape so that she could potentially relive the days when she was free. Although the first few days had been difficult, she had been slowly but surely improving and quickly relearning the years of martial arts training that had been drilled in her brain despite the two years of inactivity. It was one of these few times that she was grateful that she had the blood of two warrior races within her body, as she was practically built for fighting.
After finishing up some rather loud reps on a tree, she couldn't help but wonder but think to the past. How were those people that she had met so long ago doing? Since she had dropped off the face of their world, she hadn't seen any of them since. All her old friends, acquaintances, and even her family have heard nothing from her and likewise, she knew nothing about them. Even if she tried to convince herself that she didn't care about what had happened to her mother and brother, she also couldn't resist wondering whatever happened to them. Although the feelings she held for them changed only slightly, only now muted from the passing of time, Kon quickly came to the conclusion that she would still prefer not to see them again. Old wounds unfortunately didn't heal very easily.
Wiping the sweat from her brow, she would once again fumble with her ponytail, trying to hold it in place as she would prepare for another set of reps. Kon was more focused upon this minor, albeit irritating issue than she was on worrying if others were around. It was getting to be pretty late, so it was unlikely would come out to such a remote place to attack her, especially when was sure to at least lower her volume as to not attract attention. Besides even if an attack were to happen, she was confident that she could escape under the cover of the night's shadows if someone were to spontaneously attack her. Everything was accounted for and there was little reason to worry, if any at all.
