Not much had happened in the past few months, Kraktus was planning, waiting for his chance to make his move. He needed the stargoons in full force, he needed Cress taken care of and he need the hero's surprised. He needed all of these to happen to set in motion his plan to defeat the forces of Earth and then Vegeta. Once he did that, the universe would slowly be destroyed and he'd finally claim his victory. But all of those things were not happening. It seemed the world had entered a sleeping period. Just waiting for the next great battle to occur. It was as if they were entering a peace. After Namek was blown to bits? If Kraktus had done it, unlike Cress he'd actually have a plan afterword's. To set the universe ablaze, of course he stopped Cress last time. Maybe Cress had some great plan but Kraktus could not let someone like him get a one up on him. Kraktus needed someone to bolster his rank. An enforcer like Sensoa could of been but never turned out to be. The Demon has grown too strong and too argent in Kraktus's opinion. Still he was type that could never be replaced. This scar in the earth proved that to be the case. If only he could find someone like that again.

An old wound in the world, one created a long time ago before the predecessor had humiliated himself before the whole world. A deep fissure that the demon had made to show off, but it had all been flash then. He was pathetic, giving up all that to save a red haired human- saiyan hybrid. Boryoku felt his stomach turn as he thought back at the failures. He hated this memories, like watching a never ceasing movie of someone he hated. It was as if he was sitting in a mold of his predecessor, not fitting properly and feeling uncomfortable.
The demon snarled as his red eyes searched the horizon, the dark magics still present to this day. Just what was Boryoku trying to do with this life? He didn't want to follow in the footsteps of someone weak, but he didn't want to simply give in. His predecessor wanted to destroy the weak, usher in an age of strength so that the strong could flourish but had failed. Boryoku could care less if the weak were present, he thought of them as fodder, something for him to play with at his leisure..
The demon held out his hand, the green energies from the pit slowly reaching out to caress his hand. This magic was attuned to his very being, and he hated it. With a quick flick of his hand the magic recoiled as if struck, the vapors wiggling about before sinking back into the depths. This left Boryoku staring down into the empty space with a scowl upon his face. Truly this was nothing more than a childs tantrum... but a powerful one. That he could agree on... but it still pissed him off to know his predecessor was stronger. He wanted to grow stronger, kill Kayen and Carro... then he supposed he could eventually settle down into a hobby... maybe pick up genocide? no, to much effort....

Kraktus glanced at the giant crater in the ground. Something was happening with it. As if old magic that had been untapped for many years was slowly coming back to life. This drew Kraktus interest right away. What was more his scouter was beeping with life. A high powerlevel was nearby. Kraktus checked his scouter and saw the powerlevel was over <100,000>, enough to make Kraktus want to see what it was. Kraktus floated up in the air and glanced at the number. "Hmm, some powerful magic-user? Maybe they want to use the Power Sensoa left?" Kraktus blasted off towards where Boryoku was. Kraktus flew down and floated down to face the Demon. The Demon for sure had a look that Kraktus would find interesting. A demonic warrior with a humanoid face. It somewhat reminded him of Sensoa. Another powerful demon. Maybe they were inspired by Sensoa? If they were maybe they'd be a useful ally. "Hmm, I didn't expect anyone here. This place is avoided. A Scar on the Earth, from a now-dead warrior. A demon just like you. I couldn't help but notice your power, does this place hold importance to you or are you just curious about such a magnificent scar upon this earth."

Boryoku stared at the scar a bit longer before casually scratching his head, thoughts lost in the memories of his predecessor. So many painful memories that got Boryoku worked up for no reason. He disliked the fact they were present... maybe he could get someone to remove them one day. But for now he was stuck with such unpleasant things, yet something good had come along. The demon turned to see Kraktus, speaking to him as if he was unfamiliar with the demon. To be fair in the alien's case, Boryoku was not the alien's dead friend, something he had to keep reminding himself constantly. Boryoku was indeed a fragment, but a separate piece.
"Heh, this scar? No I do not admire it... Its true meaning was not worthy enough to be considered 'magnificent' in any regard."
Boryoku kept his many eyes on Kraktus as he turned to fully face him, a smirk on his face.
"You know... I thought you would be dead by now... But seems the Predecessor was wrong... I am named Boryoku, a fragment of someone you knew."
Boryoku would gently bow, chuckling as he did so.
"Guess you could call me Sensoa's 'son' but I'd prefer if you don't... I truly hate the fact I was apart of him till a year ago."
With that Boryoku glanced over his shoulder once more. Shrugging at the magic's located within, pale embers of a now dead demon... just like he was.
"I... am just a small piece, a fragment broken off before he died. Not as strong, and certainly not as insane... ok maybe a little."
Boryoku would say with a chuckle before holding up his hand, a red flame forming in his palm similar to how Sensoa could do the same. He was certainly happy to see Kraktus, out of everyone alive, kraktus had never done anything to disappoint Sensoa... and his power was by no means weak. Yes it was even greater than what Sensoa was. Even thinking of their friendship or perhaps that was to intimate. They were not enemies, but Boryoku couldn't guess what they were he supposed. Friends seemed to... close.
"Even now, my essence? Or rather what is left of him is happy to see you. I don't know how I feel about it but at the very least you are not unwelcome to see. Tell me Kraktus, how have you been? I heard Namek was destroyed, was it your little scheme in play or did someone fuck up?"
Boryoku chuckled at this. He remembered the meeting with Kraktus, how the two had eaten together and told each other this then that. He doubted Kraktus had ill feelings toward Sensoa, but if he did... he hid them well enough.

Kraktus glanced as Boryoku seemed to care not for this place, he just happened to be here. But Boryoku seemed to know him and claimed he was surprised to see him still alive. Kraktus could not help but chuckle. "You may find that I am quite the hard man to kill. I don't plan to die until the stakes are all at the table. Once that happens, then I can die. Or I'll win. Afterall, the only thing worth fighting for, at least in my eyes is life." Kraktus shook his head, feeling oddly nostalgic. That feeling of nostalgia continued as the man claimed the son of Sensoa in some regard. A part of Sensoa, that was not as powerful nor as insane but still a part of Sensoa. That must of meant that he could become as strong as Sensoa. Hopefully, not as unruly. That meant he could be a great ally.
Kraktus nodded as Boryoku seemed to happy to see him but he was unsure how Kraktus would feel. "I would say I am quite interested to see you alive in some regard. Even if you are a new being, Sensoa did quite a good job getting himself into bad situations." As Boryoku asked about Namek, Kraktus felt his blood boil. Thinking about anything to do with Cress, always pissed him off just a bit. "No, I can't say that was my grand scheme. When I was going to destroy Namek, it would been alongside Earth. He destroyed it for the shit and giggles. He caused me a lot of problems. I had to even turn around to help reverse some of his damage. Because my plan was not set in motion. The man who did that, Cress is batshit insane. He was kinda like Sensoa, except Sensoa had charisma, and he had the power to back up his boosts." Cress had been strong but Sensoa had been stronger and could actually before he lost his mind, be a good leader to the stargoons.

Some part of Boryoku was proud to be praised in some regards, that Sensoa was strong enough to back up his boasts and that he had charisma. Though it still boiled down to the fact Kraktus had known Sensoa, not Boryoku... A feeling he could not shake and it bothered him immensely. The demon's eyes shifted off to the horizon as he thought about it. This connections felt artificial, as if he did not know the people before. He didn't know Kraktus, his whole self had... Boryoku hated to even think of himself as the broken off piece... like he was incomplete.
"I see... In some ways Kraktus, it feels odd. Talking to you as if I know you... I do, but only through the eyes of another. Its odd, to know a person having just met them. Like I am looking at an old photo of someone who I have been told about in extended detail. So allow me to introduce myself properly."
With that, Boryoku would bow gracefully. His silver hair spilling over his shoulder as he did so.
"I am Boryoku, the demon. I have technically only been alive for a few days, But I feel this maybe a great friendship."
Boryoku then rose up to stand up straight once more. A faint smile on his face as he did so.
"Yes well, I am sure in due time we can fix the mistakes of Cress. We just need to find the dragon balls here and undo the utter foolish act that the saiyan did. I have my own issues with Namek and I would very VERY much like to watch it burn.... or perhaps that is the Sensoa in me speaking..."
The demon groaned at the idea that what he wanted was actually something Sensoa wanted, like he was unable to make a decision without questioning it.
"Its crazy, questioning everything I think and do as "this could be Sensoa speaking" as a part of me. I despise that, to be unable to think I decided this on my own. So forgive me if I seem rather "Sensoa" in nature... I'm trying to undo his influences. You spend a year soaking in his thoughts and emotions and things tend to... blend."
Boryoku simply chuckled as he gave a shrug. Not much he could really do about that he supposed, but that was just the way things were.

Kraktus listened on as Boryoku noticed how odd it felt to be talking to him, knowing in some other life he meets him. Kraktus could not imagine it but at the same time, it went against many of his ways. Boryoku was he a new being or just an echo of Sensoa. Kraktus believed that death was final. That was how it had to be. If you could live after death, would you fight with all your might? Would you do all you can? Would anything matter? Those were questions that plagued Kraktus mind and he had always found the answer to be, that he'd make death final. Boryoku seemed to exist in between that, a new being but made in the memory of an old being. What did that make him? Kraktus would have to find out.
Boryoku introduced himself and seemed glad to meet him it seemed indeed the bond Sensoa and Kraktus shared was still in force in some way with Boryoku. Boryoku seemed on board to find the dragonballs at some point and reverse the end of Namek but maybe that was Sensoa talking. Kraktus laughed a bit. "I would like the same but Namek being gone could be our advantage too. That means only Earth's dragonballs exist. If we use them next time we get the chance and maybe get exactly what we want out of it." For him, that would be destroying the entire universe. Kraktus nodded as Boryoku noticed he didn't want to think he was being Sensoa. That his words were Sensoa's own. That he was his own being. Kraktus nodded. "It will take some time I imagine to get rid of the stains of his memories. But as time goes on you will become your own being and Sensoa's will be a forethought." Of course with Boryoku hopefully serving under him or maybe at his side. He always had a soft spot for Sensoa. He was the first chaotic warrior he helped unleash on the world and the most successful.

Boryoku listened to Kraktus, foot tapping the floor as he considered the future. A small smile forming along his mouth as he considered the potential future that could be, the future they could make. A world where they ruled all, but then again that future was near impossible. Boryoku looked out over the fissure, his eyes filling with doubt as he did so. Just what were they able to accomplish if the heroes were so powerful? Doubt was a terrible thing and Boryoku was infected with it.
"I cannot see a future where we win a head on fight, not anymore. If Sensoa had never died, if I had never been born then perhaps... But that is not possible. The demon will not come back, and we are stuck with me."
Boryoku then turned to Kraktus, a chuckle in his throat as he considered it all.
"When Sensoa was alive, he held the power to grow at an unparalleled rate, A being who took joy in the acts of war. I am but a small fraction of that, a tiny piece... I find myself faltering at the idea of going out to face all of that again. I suppose its fate I be faced with you, just as Sensoa's journey started by meeting you... Mine as done the same."
A hand under the chin, eyes closed in thought as he reminisced about the past. A trip down a memory lane he did not possess.
"He thought highly of you Kraktus, called you his rival. Believed you were a friend and rival to push him further. He was soft inside, held love for Kayen in a romance sense. He was truly a pitiful existence that deserved his fate"
Boryoku shook his head, working up to the words he wished to say. He growled his frustration at the past.
"I do not have such sentiments, I do not possess the same capacity for such weaknesses... But they infect me like a disease. The 'love' for his family, the disease of kindness he showed for a girl named Kitiana and Casca... It rots within me like a festering wound and I hate it. Though I'd never admit it to the Amara or Mumbo... I find myself disgusted with the memories within. It boils my blood, and yet I cannot simply remove them. As if etched into my very being, I am infuriatingly stuck with such weakness."
Boryoku was actively pacing now, growing more frustrated by the second.
"His death at the stargoon's hands were well deserved... He was a coward, weak minded and soft like the humans of this world... His obsession with them brought about his end... I will not make that mistake like he did..."
Boryoku put a hand to his head as he continued to pace, not having realized immediately he was rambling, the demon paused with a look of surprise.
"Apologies Kraktus... I got off on a tangent. I'm... I struggle with the weight of my predecessors reputation, his 'weaknesses' and memories. It is enough to drive a man mad. But then again maybe I already am."
Boryoku threw his hands up, still talking to Kraktus as if he was friends with the squidman. He was struggling to see Kraktus as an stranger, the comfortable feeling of having Kraktus around having lowered his guard. He could not simply remove the notion that the two had only just met. Just as he struggled to see Amara or Mumbo as strangers. He 'knew' of them but the memories flooded him like tidal wave. Even as he took a seat, he placed his hand to his forehead as he struggled with the weight of the stress. He had only been alive for a few days, but he held the stress of years of life on his shoulders.
"I'm just a broken piece off piece... I struggle to find purpose, to find where I begin and he ends... and I despise it."
His anger was not as fierce as Sensoa's, he did not gain strength from his anger. Not like the predecessor did he find it soothing to be angry, nor did he have the ability to move forward with the sheer weight of the world on his shoulders...

Kraktus glanced as Boryoku proclaimed he believed they could never win a head to head on battle anymore. Maybe if they had Sensoa's strength it would be different but that was not the case. Kraktus chuckled a little bit. "Of course not. But we don't fight fair. And when it comes the day to have a great battle and we are forced to engage in that type of head-on head fight. By then it will be too late for the heroes of this world. They will have already crumbled before my might. I will be the one to finally defeat the heroes of this universe. It will not be anyone else. Everyone else was too flawed. I have the abilities needed to crush those that need to be crushed. I know exactly how I am going to do it. It will take a long time but I shall plan my move with perfection and by the time we cross fists, they will already be in checkmate." Kraktus glanced at Boryoku. "You would be wise to join me on that crusade. I could use your might." This was more meant to be a threat, Kraktus was tired of the fighting. They would all follow him or they'd all die to him. It was simple as that for Krkatus.
Then Boryoku talked some more about Sensoa. How he held Kraktus in high regard and how Sensoa had been able to grow great in power, Sensoa journey had started with him and Kraktus and Sensoa fate were intertwined in a very odd way. Sensoa once even believed in a friendship and rivalry with Kraktus. Yet, that also showed the weakness that Sensoa had. He held strong emotional ties. He was tied down by them. He felt love for Kayen, he cared for people like Kitana and Casca. Those emotions weakened and rotted the strength that Sensoa once had. He had great power but the emotions made him weak. Kraktus had to agree, they had not only made Sensoa weak but he had not had the same logic that he once had. He was guided by emotion instead of logic. He deserved his fate as a result of this weakness. Kraktus nodded as Boryokou thought on Sensoa. "Agreed. Sensoa did a lot right but he grew to become weak. But emotions like those can be strengths. The heroes have used them to grow strong. But I believe in the strength of letting go. Losing those things can bring you higher power." Kraktus grinned.
Boryoku tried to apologize but Kraktus waved. "No, it was wonderful to hear your thoughts. It is clear you are different from Sensoa. You share somethings with him but you are also different. That is good. But as I said you should join me. You can find purpose on my side. You can find what you want in your life. Though it is just an offer. I imagine it may take a long time to decide what you exactly want." He really wanted to pull Boryoku to his side, he saw him as a better Sensoa. He had all the positives Sensoa had but he seemed to not have the attachment. He would have a second chance to mold a warrior that could conquer and destroy Earth. A man to lead the battlements, the strongest warrior. Kraktus didn't have the strength to overcome warriors like Kayen or Carro. He needed someone with a fearsome strength and reputation.

Boryoku snorted as he thought about the predecessor, of how Sensoa had done a lot right but had grown weak. Boryoku disagreed with that, a false compliment in his eyes to a mad demon who threw away conquest for 'friends'. Who gave up the keys to a world then was killed by those who he betrayed. A demon who fell in love with a saiyan queen, a common dog chasing after a jewel he could never have. Boryoku's eyes narrowed as the hate within solidified, like a stone being shaped in his heart.
"No... he did everything wrong. He spent his time trying to get rid of his anger, the source of his power so he could be 'normal'. He had the potential to grow into a monster unlike anything this universe had seen before. But no, he tried to sacrifice that potential for 'love'. He wanted to give it all up for a dog and a cat traitor."
Boryoku stood up then, looking to Kraktus and considering his offer. He was debating on who he should work alongside, as he had been made the same deal by Amara.
"Amara from the star goons made an offer to help me grow stronger... I hesitate to work alongside those who... well they killed my Predecessor. It feels threatening to be near those who would hunt me down."
Kraktus was someone Boryoku knew would be reliable, but that was whether the stargoons liked him or not. To commit to something without having all the information would be foolish.
"You and the stargoons, no bad blood yea? Can work together?"
Boryoku asked before looking off to the side, considering the two options. They needed the goons frankly... it was pathetic to Boryoku he needed to rely on someone. His freedom was in question here, a rope was set before him and whether it ensnared him, hung himself or used it to strengthen his allies was possible.

Kraktus listened as Boryoku noted that Sensoa had done everything wrong. Kraktus could not agree with that per say but he understood. Sensoa had so much potential but he didn't become the being he could have been. He was shadow of the Monster. But he gave it all up for love and he gave it all for other beings. Kraktus nodded. "Yes, your predecessor has his faults but that didn't mean everything he did was wrong." Kraktus shook his head, it didn't matter Boryoku wanted to be apart from Sensoa and that would be the best. Meanwhile he then asked about the goons as Amara had offered to help him grow stronger. So she had already meet the demon? Guess his timing was quite perfect. "Well that is good for me. The stragoons and I are in a good relationship. In fact we work together a great deal. The Stargoons have a contract with me and they will work with me as long as I work with them. They won't kill you unless I command it." Now granted if Mumbo asked if he could kill Boryoku for being Sensoa's 'son' then he may need to work around Mumbo's feelings on the demon. But he was quite sure he could give Mumbo an offer he could not refuse.
