APPEARANCE: This tall figure stands at 6 ft. 5 In. (1.96 meters) and is dressed in a Black suit with green accents including a green tie. Also wears a white under shirt. He wears a black bowler with a diamond crown and holds a black cane with golden accents along its handle in his right hand.
BACKGROUND: Mirin deals mainly in two revenues, these being information gathering and illegal appropriation of goods. Both allowing him to survive the fate of his planet when he found out some wannabe conqueror decided to turn their eyes upon it. Mirin gathered his few belongings, most importantly his mask, and searched for the nearest space vessel that would suit his needs. Mirin was long gone by the time anyone noticed, and was far ahead of the doomed fate his planet faced. Wandering from system to system, taking what was needed to get by… and maybe a bit more. Maybe a lot more. Having stored a good amount of wealth, Mirin eventually found his way to earth where he would stay for quite a while longer than his other stops. Something about this place was enjoyable. Whether it be the variance in burglary countermeasures, the comfortable climates, or the food, something was keeping him here. As of now Mirin has taken residence in west city, where Capsule Co. headquarters is located. Currently under the guise of a Human named Myron.
Traits:
DIMINISHING: Rampant - At least three transformed states of your choice need Tech Slots to be used to gain control at certain PL intervals. transformations 1/4/6
MODERATE: Antisense - Your character, through some means, renders themselves invisible to ki sensing techs. Scouters can still pinpoint your location in spite of this characteristic.
ACE: Adaptable - You're swift on your feet and smart with energy. Once per-thread, you can lower the KP cost of one of your non-signature Techs by one.
TECHNIQUES:
[UT] Impersonate: Take on the guise of another being, from their voice to their outfit. Does not give any benefit in KP battles (requires OOC consent from any PC I would want to change into)
[UT] Energy Sensing: Can sense the natural energies surrounding him. This technique is Passive not requiring activation and uses 0 KP in a KP Battle, Energy Sensing does not work on Androids.
[A1] Ki-Infused Cane: Through proper Ki Manipulation, Mirin has gained the ability to supercharge his cane-sword with Ki. Mechanically functions identically to a ranged technique. Deals 33% of your current PL in damage.
