Hello players.
It's a pleasure to be posting this first update to World of Dragon Ball. It was originally our intent to have all of development done before the site opened, but there was a reason we named this section "Ideas & Updates" early on -- we knew we'd find issues post-opening, thanks to player testing.
Our first update is a bit of a large one. Most of you are aware of how Blutz Generators and Devil Lamps work currently, but for those not in the know, or who perhaps are reading this for the first time post-implementation, I will list how they both work in their current iteration:

A simple description, right? We decided it was fine from the jump, but after looking things over, and discussing things internally, we've decided both of these items needed some nerfs before use of them became frequent. Luckily, we came to a conclusion before any Death Enabled threads were affected by them.
Now, the two items work as follows:

We felt this change was important. A whole faction could squeeze the Blutz Generator for every penny in a Saga. Five or Six Oozaru feeding off just one generator would make the cost -- to put it quite simply -- a steal. One of our other considerations was to make the Blutz Generator destructible mid-thread, but we worried that'd put a lone Oozaru in a heap of trouble in any DE. They'd be forced to take hits they'd otherwise be able to avoid to keep their form going.
The change to Devil Lamp came much simpler. It was always intended to be a bit weak, as its more of a detriment to Demons to have to purchase the lamp rather than a boon. Its cheap enough that buying them shouldn't be too out of the way for a Demon who needs one.
As for in-universe reasoning: The Blutz Generator isn't powerful enough to emit that many waves to that many people. Once three Oozaru drink in the power of the generator, there isn't enough ambient juice left for another transformation.
The Devil Lamp is in a similar boat. It can only imitate the Makyo Star, and seeing as its just a small lamp, the transformation is caused by staring into the lamp's light, or drinking in the smoke from the fire. Either way, its up to you (unless you flavored the lamp as something else-- that'd work too).
That's all for today's update. I hope it was insightful, and I hope to see you again soon.
