Name: Vicarous or Vic, for short!

Vicarous, not too unlike his fellow Herans, had bright orange hair (styled in a mohawk nowadays instead of what's seen above) and teal skin. He stands at 5'6" in his natural form, although he can bulk up and go up to being about 5'10", where his body will become lime green and his hair a brilliant orange-red! However, he is fairly lanky for a Heran due to him going through puberty.
Rather than the cloth outfit you see above, he instead sports this outfit instead, which is made with a stretchable material that contours to his form neatly, even when his body bulks up!
History: Vicarous was a kid born and raised by the Arcosian Federation of Planets Rebellion, due to his parents having been in the Rebellion and their parents before them. It was all he knew, and he was shown the suffocating environment that the World Trade Fleet had instilled on those living in Arcose's cities. He found it wrong, and while he wasn't as strong as some of those in the Rebellion, and frankly those other Herans, he makes up for it by being a techno-analyst. If he sees something, he wants to learn how it gets made, how to break it, and how to build one of his own designs!
He'd crash landed on Earth with Ledinjin (refer to Ledinjin's BP and history), having been surviving out in the Gizard Wastelands. While out there, he got to making himself a communications device to search for people, and on a unique frequency, he discovered Ledinjin had been living at some place called the Western Capital and that he'd been conducting his searches for everyone around the globe on his own! He had struck up a deal with someone who'd help get everyone in the Rebellion, as well as help the refugees out.
Not wanting to leave to Ledinjin's place immediately, he continued searching for several days, while feeding on some plants in the general vicinity and using water in a nearby stream to bath and drink from! Eventually, he discovered that most of those who escaped had landed all throughout the Northern Mountains and been communicating with each other via old radio wave tech. Vic informed them that he knew where Ledinjin was and, as soon as possible, they'd be going around to help everyone out! Vic had done so, now currently living with Ledinjin in his apartment.

Breaker Wave (N1 Wave): A beam attack that Vicarous shoots from his hand! It uses 1 KP and deals 33% of his current PL.
Support
After Image (SU1): A rapid movement technique. Permits dodging up to 100% the user's PL and uses 1 KP to do so.
Utility
Energy Suppression (UT1): You are capable of suppressing your power in order to better hide yourself from the gaze of those with Energy Sensing or those utilizing a Scouter, so long as you are not making use of powerful techniques(anything that would consume KP in a KP Battle) you can lower your ki signature to surprise your foes with your real power, or attempt to hide your energy at ambient planetary levels. This technique uses 0 KP in a KP Battle
