BACKGROUND:
In the demon realm there are lords and princes and nobility. Then you have the military beneath them. Then there are the regular demons. And then you have those like Chthonia who are on the bottom rung of the social ladder, the dregs of demonic society. At least that was how she viewed the whole structure of demons to be like. How she desired to advance her status, but could never get the opportunity to do so. No, those slots were reserved for those born into the right families even if they were half-breed filth. She prided herself on being pure demon, but the fact that she was losing out on chances to even try and improve her status to beings that had only half demonic blood in them at best... It sickened her.
So she decided that if she wasn't going to be given the opportunity, she was simply going to take it. What she lacked in power, she more than made up for in ingenuity. Chthonia practiced day and night for a decade on controlling her energy levels, a tricky feat given that she couldn't sense those. Yet. But that wasn't the true goal of her training, oh no far from it. No, her true goal was to render herself undetectable... and she succeeded.
Mostly.
She'd figured out how to make herself invisible by manipulating the light and shadows around her with her magic, and combined with her ability to lower her energy output to a bare minimum and keep it there... The only downsides were that she could still be heard and smelled, a fact she became keenly aware of when she'd tried to rob one of the demon lords mansions and found herself running with a pair of hell-hounds snapping at her feet!
It took her some more practice to get the hang of breaking and entering, and more importantly getting back out again without getting caught. Chthonia took to working as a freelance agent for some of the minor military and nobility, stealing certain items for them or acquiring information on their rivals. She was paid for her services, but it was a pittance, barely enough to keep her fed. Eventually though one of her clients got caught and pinned the whole thing on her as if she had been the mastermind the entire time!
So in order to take some of the heat off of herself, she made her way to the mortal realm of Earth and wound up somewhere in its eastern side of the continent. Spotting some red banners in the distance, and noting that where there was a military force that there may be some chances to improve her lot, the red-eyed demon girl sneaked her way towards the settlement, preparing herself for what may be coming her way.

UTILITY TECHNIQUES:
- [UT1] Energy Suppression: You are capable of suppressing your power in order to better hide yourself from the gaze of those with Energy Sensing or those utilizing a Scouter, so long as you are not making use of powerful techniques(anything that would consume KP in a KP Battle) you can lower your ki signature to surprise your foes with your real power, or attempt to hide your energy at ambient planetary levels. This technique uses 0 KP in a KP Battle
- [UT2] Energy Setting: You are capable of setting your power to a lower level to not only hide yourself, but also effectively fight while at this level, meaning you can make use of powerful techniques (anything that would consume KP in a KP Battle). This is great for people who want to train weaker fighters.
- [UT] Invisibility: By using her magical powers, she can render herself invisible to the naked eye, appearing as little more than a heat haze at best. Of course she can still be sensed by energy sensors, heard when she makes a noise, and smelled out by those with keen noses.
